The hotel itself was great. The airport shuttle service experience not great at all. The shuttle was full and you have to wait over 30 minutes for the next one. We waited for almost an hour and opted to pay a ride share service than wait for the next shuttle to come back.

The hotel doesn't have enough spot to parking, the parking is managed by 3rd party company; I had pay that company for parking for 2 days, but the 1st day when I came back late night there was any spot to park, nobody respond for parking lot, I had to park outside the parking on the street, exposed to my car was towing.

There was no notification of a $27 per day parking fee. That is ridicules. The water pressure is nonexistent. It's like a third world country. The Water pressure is weaker than an old man's urine stream. You have to spend forever in the shower trying to get trickles of water to wash the soap off your hair and body. The breakfast is a farce no food, no plates, no cleaning service. Today a prostitute got kicked out of the breakfast area. It's a third world environment. RUN LIKE HELL!

CONS- Excellent friendly staff, good room service, large clean bathroom. PROS- 2 out of the 3 elevators were not in service, long lines, and waiting to get to your floor. No internet connection or very poor and unstable. I was not able to use my laptop and tablet even though for reading my emails. Good items for breakfast, but the quality of the eggs and waffles is very bad, waffles are hard like a rock, either cooked on low heat for a long time or the recipe is bad.

The parking could be better, its a small parking inside the premises and you have you pay $25 every night, feels kind of unfair. They tell you to park outside and if your car gets towed they are not responsible. Apart from that, very clean inside and they are very fast at taking care of things for you

The property was very nice. Our problem was getting a shuttle from the airport. I called the hotel but couldn't get a person to answer. When I finally got a person after 15 minutes I was assured the van was on the way, but it took 3 more calls and waiting over an hour outside in the heat for it to show up. Shuttle was on time to get us to the airport.

Shower glass was covered in soap scum. Pool had algae growing around the edges. We asked for pool towels every hour and NEVER got them. We paid for late check out and housekeeping came in after one knock prior to our check out.

What they advertise on the inside of the elevator at their little restaurant, they didn't have any of that. What I did try was awful and tasted like processed microwave food. The pool never really had enough towels. Had to ask. The parking gate didn't always work very well

The property is convenient to the airport and breakfast included was good. The property itself needs help. The carpets in the public areas are filthy. The elevator not cleaned at all during our two night stay. The carpet, walls and floor buttons were gross. The housekeeping manager should be let go. Noise level was high in the halls with kids running about and a couple having a horrible fight. Not recommended.

Check in was easy, the shuttle was a plus. Liked that our room had a functional kitchen- stove, microwave, fridge, dishes (plates,bowls,silverware). The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress sunk all the way down when sitting or laying on. I feel like the mattress was old and worn. I was only there for one night so no reason to complain. Also it’s difficult to find the shuttle from the airport if it’s your first time. We had no idea where to go. You basically go anywhere picks up are and flag the shuttle down. Those were just 2 minor improvements i noticed but overall i would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Sheets were dirty and had holes. Bathroom light was twitching. We often called for downstairs Services and they never showed up (ex: called for towels 3x and they didn’t come , also requested a freshen up and didn’t come).

I loved that we were able to get a day room after our cruise and we had a late flight home. Check in was simple and customer service was great. Transportation to the airport was fantastic. I did not like the expensive breakfast options for what was offered. Taste was fine and service was good. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Pool option was great too even though we didn’t use it. Outside food options were good and in walking distance but it was raining.

We had a good experience here, the customer service was always very friendly, the breakfasts rich, the cleanliness decent and the security inside very good we never had any problems with our belongings. Unfortunately the last day we parked our vehicle in the surroundings and someone punctured it, I know it is not the hotel's responsibility, however, it is something to keep in mind, the surroundings are not nice at all and do not feel safe at all.

What I liked about the hotel was that it was close to the airport. The rooms were clean; however a bit dated in appearance. The rooms had microwave, stove and small refrigerator. The lobby was well kept and clean. Shuttle from the airport was inefficient. That passing me full. I had to walk about 10-12 exits to catch the shuttle at the beginning of its route dragging luggage. In the heat and humidity was not fun.

Took the people mover to the bus/train exit and walked two blocks. Found it very convenient. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Despite being on the flight path, we found it quiet.

I would like to share some insight about this hotel experience I had. The room itself was wonderful, this was the only highlight of this hotel. The room was better than the pictures and the kitchen inside was such a treat!The waiters/room attendants are excellent. I do wanna say that Fidel and the other gentlemen that works there in the restaurant side were excellent as well. Now for the negative aspect of this trip. However, the front desk staff leaves something to be desired. My purse was stolen on my trip and my room key was in it - they refused to allow me back into my room even though I had been there almost a week and had become familiar with the front desk. It wasn't until one of room attendants saw me in distress that something was actually taken care of. I also know that two other families struggled with the hotel front desk as well with their unfriendliness and unwillingness to make all of our stays more enjoyable. This is a shame. The price of food for the quality given is pretty ridiculous as well. I ordered the meat & cheese platter and I was given saltine crackers. The lowest of the quality cracker ever, there were better crackers in the pantry they could have used. I wouldn't call their menu gourmet like they suggest with the prices they expect you to pay.

The early check-in cost ! $50.00. We coordinated our travel to stay one night in Maimi and then take a cruise. But we arribe one day early before the cruise. But the rest it's ok. The breakfast and staff so great.
