Overall a decent hotel to stay for one night before our cruise. It was comfortable. The suite we got was pretty small for 6, but it worked for a night. Not many frills, definitely needs some updating. Otherwise no complaints, it was clean!

Not very clean, phone didn’t work to call front desk , then they where not very helpful or responsive. One of the staff didn’t even say the pool was closed just hand jesters! Rooms were not very clean they had hair from someone else everywhere. Worst hotel ever!

From beginning to end, it was a great experience. The staff was the friendliest I have experienced. The rooms were clean. The hotel smelled amazing. The pool was clean. The breakfast was always well stocked and there was a great variety of foods to choose from. The fuse to the tv's blew in our room, and we had maintenance there within minutes to fix it.

My third stay here in the past 2 months. This trip was much better than my previous. The room temperature was comfortable and bath towels as expected ( towels are prior trip were not much larger than hand towels). The breakfast buffet was adequate. This was a decent value for the area.
