Convenient and close to NJMP. I just wish the how tub was actually hot than just warm. Otherwise I have no complaints and the 3rd time we’ve stayed there for the MotoAmerica race weekend

The Breakfast was nice. I didn't have a chance to use the computer. This hotel had coffee, tea , hot cocoa.& Cold water in the lobby

When you book a property based off of amenities we were drawn to the indoor pool only to find when we arrived that the pool was out of service.

Upon checking no front worker. Waited about 5 minutes for her to check us in. Then we go to our room and they need people that can do a better job in cleaning. Then we change to go to the hot tub well there is none. Closed permanently told by employee. Pool was disgusting went in and there was someone spit mucus floating and bottom was brown. Went told the front girl and she said to me we have someone clean it every 2 hours and she forgot that she said to me earlier when I said I'm going in the pool she said no one had been in it so how can there be mucus floating that means no one cleaned it. So i try to call my booking agent and they called hotel but they denied a refund even though they are false advertising on their amenities. No one took responsibility.

Sadly the hot tub was out of order while we were there or else i would have given 5 stars for the facility

The hotel is in a secluded spot away from the road but is only minutes away from decent shopping and food options. Staff is friendly, and their no-party policy makes it easy to relax. The pool and the gym are basic but private. Overall, it was a pretty good if not the greatest experience.

My family and I came from NY for a small vacation. The hotel was close to so many stores and restaurants. This was very helpful. Loved the hot tub and pool. The beds was very comfortable.

The property itself is fine. Tucked away a little bit which is fine. Breakfast staff were great. Found very disturbing hairs in my room upon checkin. Just felt dirty indicating not a try thorough clean. Hairs in the soap dish and nightstand. Disappointed in this. Will not be staying again.

The hot tub was nice. The bathroom in the room had a little bit of mold on the ceiling.

Found a cockroach in our room advised front desk and showed them.

The bottom of one of the drawers was coming out and the door lock on the door was temperamental (we had to work it from inside for the lock to go in so we could shut the door). Other than those to things, it was great. Location was wonderful. Convenient to everything.

Nothing special about this place. The rooms are outdated, but clean. The staff is nice.

The folks at the front desk were wonderfully kind and helpful. But there was a broken light in my room that never got fixed and the internet was frustratingly unstable. The place could do with an update; it's very clean but feels kind of shabby.

The property was great. Check in was awesome. The only issue was the bathroom shower. It seems that the faucet was loosely fit from the wall and when I took a shower (and possibly this could be from the pressure), it gave a high pitch squelch while the water was running so I took a quick shower because I couldn't take the high pitch noise. Other than that, the stay was good

The mattress has a huge divot in it. Not trying to be mean in any way, but it looked like someone who was 400 lbs slept there for an extended period of time. I addressed this with the front person but seemed unconcerned.

The room was in good condition and clean. However, my husband and I were in room 212, the room directly over top of the housekeeping department. They, the housekeeping, begins washing linens (I'm guessing) very early in the morning. My husband I were planning to go out to breakfast the next morning and planned bedtime for midnight. Unfortunately between midnight and 3:30 there was intermittent noise from another guest directly above that was stomping or banging on the floor. It was quite perplexing. By the time I was able to fall asleep for a few minutes at nearly 4AM, housekeeping was going at it and I heard the washers on the spin cycle and a loud beeping. I went into the hall to be sure it wasn't a fire alarm or anything. No, it was the laundry room making all that noise! Needless to say hubby and I had such a sleepless night, I went to grab a couple items from the breakfast bar when it opened. Unfortunately, we were unable to go to breakfast and instead had to rush pack our things after getting some sleep between 7 and 11 in the morning. Very bad experience. I gave 2 stars for the cleanliness.

Room was clean, great staff. The only minor nitpicks I have would have is that you can't close the drapes all the way to block out the outside lights, and the mattress was a bit hard for my back. Otherwise, great stay.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! We checked in Saturday, I requested an early check in for noon, but bad weather delayed that, we did arrive around 1:30ish pm and the lady explained they were fully booked night b4 so our room was not ready... my Mom had a discreet accident and when i explained my Mom needed to shower b4 the 3pm show we had tickets for (we drove 6.5 hours) at the levoy theatre, she promptly got housekeeping to ready a room for us. Absolutely lovely lady! Thank you for your prompt attention and caring demeanor... it meant the world to us. My Mom had the best time at the show, and you made sure she wasn't embarrassed! Thank you 😊

There was no shower gel when we called no answer I had an appointment in the morning came back 11:06 my key was canceled I paid 388.00 I don’t this I’ll do this again to much money poor service

Friendly staff easy check in and out

I stayed at this hotel which is put away and looks nice from the outside. The room was very old though and furniture was motel styled. The room smelled musty. We could hear the guest above us the entire stay. After the stay I was charged a housekeeping charge because as the manager explained the room was so dirty that it required more supplies as that is what my charge said. I was never given terms for what there standard of clean was and when I advised that I would like to exchange evidence the manager k love was very rude and lied said she send the evidence confirmed my email and never did so to me the managers respect and integrity says a lot about the company and if that’s who they chose to hire for that reason alone will the entire team eventually reflect as that is their lead. I never received terms or agreed to a supplying of products. A freshly cleaned rug as the manager said yet I have before and after picture I could not provide. They could do with a replacement or training on empathy and communication and a few upgrades. Otherwise if you have a bigger family it’s the closest for fit in the area. I put a card on file for is incidental and damages which neither occurred not cleaning did.

The surrounding area is littered with junk — abandoned shopping carts, garbage, even a discarded dishwasher. (To be fair, this is not directly on the hotel’s property.) On the property itself, there’s a large herd of feral cats. At night, there must be a nearby bar because the loud thump-thump music carried on until about 10 p.m. I had asked to be placed near my friend’s room and was told yes, but when I arrived, I was told no — apparently because I had booked through central reservations instead of directly with the hotel. Of course, central booking had no issue taking my payment. Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the price. I expected better.

Quiet and out of the way- stores still convince

Quiet and relaxing location.

I liked the hidden, yet convenient location.

I tell you, it’s hard to find a more beautiful setting for a Fairfield and I’ve been to many. It is surrounded by lush forests, ornamental grasses, flowering trees etc etc. One never imagines this beautiful building sits quietly and so privately in the middle of this oasis!!

The property was very clean. All of the staff were very friendly, no matter their title. There are alot of shopping options close by, about 4 min away.

I really liked how it was set away from all the hub bub but yes still convenient and easy for dining options including delivery by local restaurants. Staff was wonderful and welcoming and bed and pillows offered the good might sleep that was so needed. Thank you!

I appreciate the good customer service from the staff which was amazing. I felt like the room could have been cleaned a little better. There were spider webs underneath the lamp shade and behind the table. During the daytime you could see the spider webs on the outside of the window which was very dirty. At night time was even worse. The breakfast was kinda cold especially the sausages and I arrived around 6:20 am. The question is would I return again?. Absolutely not !!
