It was a bit confusing getting into the right parking area. The signs were hard to read from the road, so I checked in and when I drove over to where my room was, there was some guy sitting on the sidewalk drinking out of a bottle of something. Directly upstairs there was a group of guys sitting on the balcony drinking beers. It just seemed a bit sketchy to me and I would never stay there again.

This was a quick “on our way to…” stay to make it easier the next day for travel. We pulled into The hotel next to it on accident and got very nervous. Very shady place. But when we got into the right place it wasn’t so bad. Don’t get me wrong- I wouldn’t go for a walk and kept the car close to the room- but the ground it self was fine. Pool in the middle of the parking lot. Room was spacious and fit our 2 kid size inflatable beds without problem. Whole mini kitchen complete with full fridge and burners for cooking. Free breakfast in the morning- they had fruit, waffles, eggs, cereal, yogurt. Staff was very nice and helpful. Also has a lot to purchase in the lobby as far as snacks goes.

Check-in staff & Breakfast room staff were great. Wish pool had been open a little longer. Room had a full fridge & kitchenette wbich was nice. Floor seemed swept but needing to be mopped. Place was clean. Good value for price paid.

The power went out at whole facility, not their fault, on my first night. They were quick in getting it resolved. I had a great stay....it was quiet and room was CLEAN. The employees were friendly. No complaints

Tried to relax by the pool but it was dominated by a loud group of people blasting a boom box playing vulgar songs. Apparently management is ok with that. Motel setup with constant noise. I won’t be staying here again.

Arrived Friday evening, no hot water. Told manager in morning. Was gone all day, upon arrival in the evening, water was brown and manager said water heater was just replaced and give it some time. Did not have hot water until morning I left. Manager said they would give me a discount. As of 2 weeks after stay, no credit to my card. Stayed here every year for the same event. This will be the last time.

Everything seemed to be great. Nice price, pool, well kept room. I got to the room and there were like 20 flies in the room I got rid of most of them but they were multiflying. I went to sleep with only noticing on. I woke up to 6. The pool had some white things that looked like dog hairs floating in it but it was nice. Overall this place is a great deal. This time of the year , flies are problematic.

I will not recommend to stay at this location . A black out of light left the entire hotel in darkness and no other accommodation was offer to us . I travel with an infant and was in darkness for 6 hours in the heat .

Gave the place a chance based off reviews. Very disappointing. Both beds had hair on covers and sheets. Bought something to sleep on top of the bed. Heater was loud and making noise all night. Bed was super uncomfortable, almost like the springs in the mattress were broken. Bottle of hand lotion attached to wall was frozen in a squeeze motion. Friendly check in. Place just felt like someone threw some paint on and hope you don’t notice anything else.

The first room they put us in smelled like urine, inescapable smell. Asked to be moved and the next room was fine. It’s a motel, not a hotel and there is no picture of the outside of the establishment or I would have opted out. People were nice enough but just, yikes.

The room was surprisingly in good condition. What made everything enjoyable was the large refrigerator, push button stove top, and large microwave. Everything was cleaned pretty well, and the beds felt really very comfortable.

The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and cozy and came with a full size fridge/freezer. Also was very surprised of a full microwave, kitchen and electric stove top. Beds were pretty comfortable, and the AC worked great! Very quiet!

I have 40 years of hotel experience, having worked the industry, this is an awful property, do not stay there! Very dated and tired property room had horrible noise issues, I could hear every surrounding rooms’ water flowing, toilets flushing and voices! Toilet seat was loose, I actually placed a towel over ythe pillow as I did not feel the bed was adequately clean…

Check-in staff made it clear the office is open 24/7. However, upon 5:30 a.m. check-out - the office was locked, no one answered 2 phone calls and there is no drop-box for door-keys. Location seems to be a homeless shelter and/or used for state/county housing, Had to use air conditioner and tv to drown out the arguing and yelling of tenants outside

We were pleasantly surprised at the nice condition of the property because the price was right! All hotels in Vineland were twice the price. The Suburban side has been recently remodeled. Breakfast was hot and good. We will stay there again next year.

Very busy place. There was a church convention going on and there was a wedding party also in the property. Very quiet. Good price point. The best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel
