Residencia El Balata is an exceptional hotel that truly feels like home. it's my second time staying there and will go back. The staff is caring, attentive, and treats everyone genuine compassion and respect. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere they provide. Flight was canceled due to a storm and they refused to refund. I would look into a hotel with moral policies instead.

The property was in nice quiet area, 5 minutes away from the center of town. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. It was my 2nc time staying at this property and I would definitely come back to stay with them.
