This seems to be a brand new hotel. Everything was very nice, modern, clean and new. They have a very nice breakfast buffet and a separate coffee counter also. Oh and free underground parking on site. Good location to several medical facilities nearby. Loved it!

I think it’s the perfect location for anyone going to Tj for cosmetic stuff. Its in the prime location of alot of doctor offices. 5 mins from the boarder. Cross the steer is a small venue with a few food trucks like coffee, drinks, lunch, hotel was nice and small cute deck . Parking was free , taxi cost us $10 and he waited for us to run a few errands .

Poor experience largely because of what happened the first couple days we were there. No help once we arrived. Told to park in the street because lot was full and it took some time to get clear direction on that. Had to take dolly myself up to room instead of having a bellhop do it. Forgot to bring it back because of a long flight and drive that night. To retrieve it, they locked us out of our room in order to get it instead of calling us or knocking on the door. Insane and unprofessional. Also, we called late at night the first night to get extra pillows only to be told that no pillows were available in the whole hotel. We were told the next day that wasn’t true when Santiago, who at least tried his best to clean up the mess that everyone else in the staff had created, let us know there were pillows and got them for us. This hotel has a high rating, but for travelers that have high standards and expectations of service, this hotel didn’t meet them, at least for us.
