Excelente lugar y el personal super amable, el restaurante -bar de la azotea de 10 Un poco de confusión con el pago porque la aplicación si te retiene el monto y llegas a pagarlo al hotel en efectivo, después de 7 días del ckout te liberan la retención

The hotel is located in a great location near the town center. The roof top pool looked like it was in the middle of being fixed both roof top pools were dirty. The ground level pool was beautiful and clean.

Rigtig fint hotel, god service, lækker pool. Hotellet er placeret meget centralt i byen. Hotellet var meget rent og værelserne var rigtig fine. Tagterrassen kunne godt lige trænge til en renovering. Hotellet kan helt sikkert anbefales og vi kommer gerne igen.

We had a great stay. Staff were very helpful and the location is perfect for walking to the city center. We also loved the rooftop small pools & restaurant. We never had a problem with noise, and we were able to park our car in the enclosed lot, but keep in mind it’s VERY small and probably only good for a compact car.

Best thing about the hotel is the central location. Self-parking is easy and staff are friendly. Otherwise this is a basic hotel. Rooms are small and not especially comfortable, OK for a night or two, and certainly not for more than two people. The pool gets little direct sunlight and is uncomfortably cold at all times. Wifi service is terrible - doesn’t work in the room and not much better in the lobby. Price reflects these notes so measure expectations accordingly.

The hotel manager assured us we would have adjoining rooms, but this wasn't the case, and he never showed up to explain what had happened or to respond to the many problems I will mention below. The room was bad in general. The sheets were stained, and the pillows had a strong smell of damp. The air conditioning never worked. We spent two terrible nights practically unable to sleep because of the heat. Far from repairing the air conditioning, they made it worse and it was leaking water into the room, flooding it and making a lot of noise as it dripped. They didn't clean the room properly, and they didn't provide soap or towels. Hot water never came out of the shower, even though they claimed to have repaired the problem. Overall, it was a terrible experience. The hotel is run by unprofessional, rude, and incompetent people, especially the manager.

Por el precio, estuvo bien. Me tocó una habitación con el cancel del baño roto, con los azulejos del baño botados, con moho en la regadera. Las ventanas del baño no abrían y se encerraba el vapor de la ducha. Las ventanas del balcón estaban mal planeadas y no abrían por que la cama estorbaba. Finalmente, para pasar la noche, cumple su objetivo. Creo qué hay mejores opciones.

heavy rains and your ceiling / roof is leaking - leaked onto 1 of the 2 beds - so we moved onto the other bed and notified person @ desk. They did not give us a discount. Your rooms are very dark ! Last visit we had a nice breakfast on roof-top ????? Appears you don't have coffee or breakfast now ?

Nice rooftop area. Beautiful tile. It took a long time to check in. We stayed in the Jr Suite. It was small and the beds were uncomfortable. There was one towel in room for 3 people and when we asked for more, they left 1 cleaning towel by our door. We were wrongly accused for another hotel guest's actions. Manager was yelling and rude. He made us checkout early for something we did not do. Not worth it for the price.

Very disappointed in the communication about breakfast. Your site says 100 peso. We were told NO breakfast available 1st morning because we didn't inform the front desk night before. 2nd morning, we were told breakfast was down the street at other hotel. Got there and they charged us 150 pesos. Then charged me extra dor a second cup of coffee 50 pesos and a very small glass of water 50 pesos. Ripped off, poor communication. And lots of confusion on time frames of pool and roof top pools and being open vs closed.

Nice rooftop area. Beautiful tile. It took a long time to check in. We stayed in the Jr Suite. It was small and the beds were uncomfortable. Hôtel charmant bien placé Par contre pensez à demander une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la rue car la rue est très très passante De l autre côté, très calme Jolie petite piscine et 2 beaux j’accusai sur le toit terrasse Personnel très disponible et très sympathique Ils servent également le PDJ en option sur le toit terrasse : bon rapport qualité prix mais il ne faut pas être pressé, le nombre de table pour le petit dej varie d un jour à l autre allant de 2 à 6 tables et la moyenne d attente pour être servi est de 30 minutes mais c est bon et la aussi le personnel est sympathique

Nos encantó absolutamente todo de nuestra estancia corta en La Aurora: el hotel, la habitación, el servicio, la comida, el ambiente encantador, e incluso la entrada, que nos pareció simplemente espectacular. Durante nuestro fin de semana largo en Yucatán, pasamos la primera y última noche en Valladolid (en dos hoteles diferentes), y podemos decir sin duda que este fue el hotel que más nos gustó de todo el viaje. Una experiencia maravillosa que recomendamos sin reservas.
