Had a very nice stay the only thing I would say is that I witnessed multiple people fall on the floor in the pool area an adult even, so I’d just say be careful but other than that the stay was great

Quick and easy check in. Breakfast was good and hotel was very clean. Pool area is pretty dangerous tho. Multiple kids were falling. I slid myself and pulled my back. It’s like walking on ice or a greased floor. Never experienced that in a pool area… it was weird. Very nice but probably won’t stay again just because of the pool area.

Was not aware this hotel was under construction when I booked. The rooms are very tired so good they are fixing it up, but it was so noisy and woken up early in the morning by construction. The bed skirt was filthy and looked like bodily fluids were on it. Would not stay here again.

I have stayed here many times. Pros: highway access; close food and coffee options; super comfortable beds; great room temp control, quiet and spacious room, reasonable prices. Cons: small cold pool; overall interiors starting to look run down: scratched paint trim, shabby couch fabric, wall scuffs. I usually give this place a 5 rating across the board, but now it’s more like a 4.

It was dirty. The hotel itself was kind of stinky and our hotel room smelled musty when you first walked in. But that was likely due to all the construction going on at the hotel. And because of it, you had to go to the 3rd floor to get ice and their guest laundry was blocked off.

Check in was easy and seamless, thats where the good ended. Got to our room, used restroom which was unexceptable. Long hairs everywhere on the bathroom floor and shower, 1 - 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the whole room. Went to front desk to explained our situation, the young lady was terrific and came to our room and cleaned the bathroom floor. Staff we encountered were all very helpful, but this is definitely one of the least clean hotels I've ever stayed in. We travel to Green Bay to the Vince Lombardi cancer center every 6 weeks, this is our 1st and last stay at this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel recently and while the breakfast was good, my overall experience was disappointing -especially when it came to housekeeping and staff communication. We rented two rooms, and neither was cleaned on the first day. When I asked the front desk, I was told we had to request housekeeping in order for the rooms to be cleaned-something that was never communicated at check-in. After notifying the front desk, I was again told I needed to make a request. I spoke with the manager, who assured me the rooms would be cleaned. On the second day, towels were replaced but the beds weren't made and the bathrooms weren't cleaned. When I followed up again that evening, the front desk staff told me I had to specifically request that the beds be made-which is absurd. This happened in both rooms we rented. Upon check-out, I spoke with the manager again, who contradicted what the night staff had told me and claimed that such specific requests weren't required. He also wasn't apologetic at all for the repeated inconvenience and miscommunication. Overall, I was highly disappointed with the service and the lack of accountability from staff. A comfortable stay is about more than just a good breakfast, and unfortunately, the lack of basic housekeeping and poor staff communication really ruined the experience.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, although they may have been understaffed. A couple of times there wasn't anyone at the front desk for a decent amount of time. Once we even left a note from grabbing some items from the drink and snack area. Our room was nice, but it could've definitely been cleaner. There were crumbs everywhere on the floor and the garbage cans hadn't been cleaned under the trash bags. The bathroom, bed and sheets were clean though, so that's why I didn't complain. We did stay for 4 days, and the same mess was on the hallway and elevator floors the entire time. Again this could've been a staffing issue. Overall a decent hotel. We've stayed in the area at least once a year and have had better experiences, so I would probably not stay here again.

Hotel needs a deep clean. Doors were all scuffed up, lamp shade in room cracked and broken. Chair was full of stains. You could see a layer of dust on everything including the walls. Won’t be staying here again.

I stayed twice this month out of pure convenience. Unsatisfactory cleanliness on multiple levels was consistent both visits. Carpet is peppered in debris, mirrors are cloudy & streaked. Found a water bottle under the bed ruffle first stay. Second stay was the absolute worst surprise of putrid smelling dirty mens socks left in the dresser drawer. Do better cleaning staff! At least the towels & sheets were clean. Desk staff seemed pleasant & helpful, I very much appreciated that. Peaceful rest on the 3rd floor away from the pool. Quiet neighborhood, good size hot tub, and Dove brand toiletries were a plus.

Staff was super friendly and welcoming. It was difficult to control.the temperature in our room and our neighbor was very loud. Walls are thin, we could hear every word of his phone conversation at 430am. Room and bathroom were clean, beds are very comfy!

It's a standard Holiday Inn Express. Nothing fancy. Staff was courteous. Walls are thinner than most, which made it a bit loud. Easy to get to, multiple dining options both ealking distance and short drives. Centrally located, which is a big plus. Just small issues, the shower doors didn't close correctly and weren't level. It had newer fixturing and decor but oddly felt dated. I would stay here again since the price is right.

The guests above our room were absolutely horrible! From 9:00 pm to 11:00 pm they were stomping and running on the floor, slamming the door, had the TV on so loud that we could hear the words from the TV in our room and very loud out in the hall. The refrigerator in our room buzzed all night and to top it off the fire alarm went off forcing us out of our rooms with no apologies or information as to why it went off! The front desk just said it was safe to go back to our rooms. No fire personnel responded to make sure it was safe! I told the front desk about all the noise above us and absolutely nothing was done about it! We were going to spend the day in Green Bay, but we woke up tired and just decided to go home! Not the fun weekend I was anticipating! Maybe some of your higher up’s should spend a night in their own hotels! We definitely did not enjoy our stay in your hotel!!

From check in to check out it was an excellent experience! The room was clean, spacious and quiet. 24/7 coffee in the lobby and the breakfast was delicious! The staff was very friendly and we asked for a late check out and they extended it to 12 for us which was awesome! We will definitely be staying there again!

Just like other hotels in this line, it was predictable, clean, and easy to find. No complaints there. The best part of this hotel was Robin at the front desk. Our room had an AC unit that was very loud. It honestly sounded like it was either going to separate from the hotel and reunite with the mothership somehow, or that it was going to explode. When I told Robin, he came right upstairs, pronounced it as "worrisome" and gave us another room -- and made sure that room was away from the hallway AC unit that was also sounding like it was working hard. He also had quarters to sell me for the laundry machine (and gave me directions to an ATM), and double checked that there were options for a dairy free breakfast.

We stayed here for a few nights for the MNF Packers game. I left my apple air pods on the nightstand and didn’t realize until I had already flown home. Upon tracking them, I saw they were no longer at the hotel. My husband called and spoke with the manager because we feared they may have been stolen by the staff. The manager took the address where they were located and personally drove to the residence to get them back for us. Talk about customer service! Of note, the address did not match their staff, but the kid got it somehow. Was my fault for not making sure I had them. Be careful with your belongings, but I was very pleased with how it was handled. Thank you so much!!

We booked a room with a jetted tub and fireplace for a birthday and when we arrived for check in they said the room wasn’t available even though I had a card confirmation receipt. Would not recommend staying here. Definitely won’t be back

Treated like a second class citizen when receptionist learned we were checking in with a Hotels.com reservation. Very concerning was that our first floor windows were both unlocked. The desk chair and TV looked very dated & most of the furniture had peeling paint. Was this older room assigned to us on purpose because of us being a Hotels.com customer?!? It made us wonder. Fortunately, the breakfast area and hostess maintaining the food items was very friendly & dedicated to her responsibilities. The additional notes I made regarding this location including the poor channel selection on the TV. It was hard to have a pleasent nights stay with the rude treatment at check in & the security scare while completing my normal room check, working toilet, unlocked windows/doors, tv remote works etc.

Rob and his front desk staff (all of them, not just one) were great. They made sure we had everything we needed. We had a minor issue, but they fixed it for us right away. Wish there were more breakfast options and better parking, but we'd definitely stay there again if in the area just because of the staff.

The pancake machine was broken for the whole 3 days i was there so limited breakfasts. There was no body wash in our shower the first night, the furnace didn't work properly and kept making loud poping sounds all hours of the night. It was either smoking hot or ice cold in our room there was no control of the heat. Other than that it was clean and relatively quiet. The housekeeping girls were great.

The rooms are newly updated and looked really nice. They are working on making updates through out the hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Was one of the best sleeps I've had in a hotel. The room was the cleanest room I've every stayed in. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was okay and there were different options for everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.
