This was by far the smallest “suite” we have ever stayed in. Cramped and uncomfortable are the perfect words to describe this hotel. There was no place to eat any food you make in the kitchen, there was no luggage rack, and no extra pillows or covers for the pull out couch. Basic, basic, basic. During our week stay the smoke detectors were worked on, so someone had to come in our room to do the work. After they worked on it, it was so sensitive that the shower steam set it off every day afterwards. On another day they were doing water maintenance, so the water was turned off for an hour. Furthermore, one night we were back in the room watching tv around 6 and we received a call from the front desk saying there was a noise complaint on our room for stomping….no one in our room was even up on the floor walking around. Instead of investigating the noise they just called us and assumed it was us. A quick mute on our tv and walk to the hallway door and we could also here a sound…which obviously wasn’t coming from our room. Staff were also overall unfriendly. Only one worker greeted us the entire week when coming and going.

The hotel is very nice, room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty. The only negative comment I could make was that the tub was made from PVC or plastic which made loud squeaky noises when you were standing in it! Lol. Not really a huge issue!

We stayed for 2 nights. All good but would have been better if someone had checked us on clean towels. There is no room cleaning, no fresh towel for the second day neither. There is not even shower cap provided in room. The complementary breakfast has very limited selections. Feels over priced for $275/night.

The hotel was very clean! The room was spotless and looked very updated, the only problem was the bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it wouldn’t deter me from coming back. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as well! The staff at the front desk was very nice as well

Good stay - the only thing we don't like is the placement of the TV in the room. When watching from bed you have to turn your head toward the tv the whole time instead of looking forward.

For some unknown reason the hotel downgraded me from what I reserved. I reserved a King suite. I asked if it was possible to change to a double Queen and was told that they have me in a Queen and there are no doubles available. “ But we can put you in a King”. (It seemed like a Queen). The room was clean and comfortable, just a bit tight when the sofabed is open. Breakfast was what one would expect at a Holiday Inn Express but we definitely paid Marriot prices.

The hotel cancelled my reservation and booked me in another hotel because they said they were over sold. I’m not sure why I had to relocate because I was at the hotel ready to check in by 1:15. The hotel that I was relocated to was 20 more minutes farther than my work place for the week so I had to contend with extra traffic every morning and afternoon. The Towne Place Suites is the hotel my company uses for all visiting employees. We have given them plenty of business over the years. Not sure if we will continue or not.

Great location - close to EB. in house services are terrible. Breakfast food is gross. I asked for house keeping services and never got it. I brought it to the attention of the desk staff and it was received with enthusiastic indifference.

Excellent place to stay. My business had me there for 2 weeks. Very clean and comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast, conveniently located. Dave's Supermarket across the street has everything you need, to include excellent food. I say the breakfast was good, not great only because they do not put out the waffle makers during the week and they should have sliced bread for toast. This is my for sure go to place to stay while in North Kingstown.
