Hotel was average, check in was ok. Parking on site and free wifi.

Hôtel calme personnel accueillant sur place moins au téléphone. Nous avons pu avoir une place de parking à 12€ la journée mais on ne peut pas le réserver Chambre hôtel vieillissante, il y a de la place mais pas de rangements

J’ai eu horreur de descendre dans le parking ( qui est d’ailleurs le meilleur endroit pour abîmer votre voiture tellement l’entrée et la sortie sont compliquées , c’est au millimètre.) et que finalement on me fasse retirer ma voiture car c’est une prestation qui n’est pas gérée par l’hôtel mais par un tier. C’est aberrant. Donc j’ai traversé la ville pour trouver un parking alors que j’avais choisi cet hôtel car il en avait un. Pour le reste c’est correct, et je remercie chaleureusement les personnes qui y travaillent, notamment les femmes de chambres. Ma fille a oublié sa tablette, et elle nous a été restituée même une semaine après. Vraiment très content.

Kamer was prima, maar leek niet goed gezogen en er was geen airco en wel een héle warme kamer. Spullen voor 3e persoon (lakens, handdoek) ontbraken. Service was prima. Parkeren betaald, ontbijt moest ik ookbetalen. Uiteindelijk bijna net zo duur uit als Ibis niet-budget overnachting op de heenweg in Compiegnes, maar daar grote kamer, Netflix en airco. Locatie was alleen niet zo best daar.

Check-in was efficient and quick, staff were pleasant and helpful and spoke fantastic English (thankyou). on site underground parking was a reasonable cost per night. 1st floor street facing room - size and content as expected. Hotel and room was clean and use of a room door access code as opposed to a key/card was a nice feature. Lack of Aircon would be an issue in the summer.street / traffic noisy with window open. Great location. Room cost reasonable for the short notice booking

05/12/25 Arrive at the hotel and greeted by two very rude reception staff. We prepaid for our parking ahead of our arrival so the first thing we enquired about was getting parked for the weekend. Immediately get told there is no parking, it’s full! After explaining we had prepaid we get told where the carpark is and that the gate might open. Carpark was probably half full and certainly not anywhere near full. Upon check in they had us down for just one room and not the two we booked. Had to argue and show our booking to prove we pre-booked two rooms. Because of this mistake on their part we were placed in what felt like emergency spare rooms on the ground floor. The door to one room didn’t work and the room could only be accessed via the other room, the same room with the in-operational door also the window could not be opened!! Having not long fallen asleep, 01:30am Saturday morning the fire alarm is triggered! Hotel reception is now full of guests. Receptionist with a beard and tied back hair simply assumed someone was smoking in the room and without proper checks simply disabled the alarm!!! Didn’t even go upstairs to check!! No evacuation, no roll call of guests, nothing!! This “false” alarm caused my children such distress and they just could not get back to sleep, 03:00am we got to sleep. To top off our weekend i get an email from the parking company stating the cameras did not not detect us leaving the carpark and that i had over stayed past my 11:00am departure.

Booked because of parking option but desolately this was full at arrival. So dont book it for parking. Shower was dirty. Romm rather smelly.. Room was very hot without airco option, not recommended on hot days. Breakfast very poor: no fresh coffee or orange juice (powder), rather dirty. Staff rather limited service. We padi way too much for this budget hotel, a hostel would have given better quality

bon accueil, bon état général de l'établissement en dehors des odeurs d'égouts dans la douche, chambre 401. nous n'avons pas souhaité changer de chambre mais il faudrait trouvé une solution à ce désagrément.

Bien située par rapport à la gare. Chambre honnête pour le prix, propre. Personnel professionnel. Rue un peu bruyante la nuit.

Nuit à 230 euros pour 3. Chambre sale avec cheveux encore présents dans la douche, moisissures dans la douche, draps dont la propreté est douteuse pour le 3ème lit. (Les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont dans une housse ) sans protection. Honteux de pratiquer ces tarifs. C’est du vol

Dirty, Breakfast a joke ham cut into 30mm strips, no air con had to leave window closed due to noise, we had a room for 3 just about big enough for,1 no where to put clothes. Could go on .

Chambre très chaude avec peu de possibilité d'aérer compte tenu du bruit extérieur. Pas de climatisation. Lavabo qui fuit.Donc impossibilité de l'utiliser. Propreté des draps douteuse

La chambre était conforme à la gamme Ibis Budget. Seul point noir : une odeur (d'égoût ?) dans la chambre. Mais le lendemain, le personnel nous a changé de chambre.

Vraiment pas terrible pas très propre des puces de lit présent dans les draps qui te pique toute la nuit !!!! Dans les deux chambres que j’ai loué.

Chambre propre mais pas fonctionnelle. Une seule prise a cote des lits. Pas de rangement. Qd a l amabilité de madame Accueil et madame petit dejeuner.... je ne prefere pas en parler. Ce n etait qu'une nuit heureusement. Le petit dej : decevant.

Chambre plutôt spacieuse et confortable, un bémol: bien que il y ai des W.C séparés dans la chambre, la douche se trouve elle, littéralement, sur le côté du lit. Et vu que c'est une chambre triple avec un lit superposé cela peut poser problème avec un couple et un enfant pour l'intimité. Ce n'était pas notre cas et pour nous c'était même idéal ! Ah et il faudrait penser à renouveler le papier toilette entre chaque client, c'est embêtant d'en chercher quand il n'y a pas de personnel à proximité. Hormis cela nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel de par sa position, sa propreté, la qualité de la literie et son accueil. Et un tarif plutôt "doux" pour le vieux Lille. Séjour très agréable, nous reviendrons sans nous poser de questions !

Slechts één negatieve opmerking. De deuren van het trapportaal maken bij het dichtvallen veel herrie. Vooral ‘s nachts hinderlijk. Verder ben ik zeer positief.

Schlechte Luft, keine Klimaanlage, Fenster konnte nur spaltbreit geöffnet werden; daher im Sommer absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Nous avons passé un très bon moment les personnes qui travaillent à cet établissement très très bien très gentil le seul bémol c'est que il y a pas la clim mais bon sinon manque de restaurants autour un peu isolé sinon très bien

BOn rapport qualité pris mais bruyant : les portes se rabattent automatiquement et claquent suffisamment fort pour réveiller à plusieurs chambres de distance

Cheap and cheerful with friendly staff. Beds were super comfy and you get what you pay for. Would definitely use again!

A fair walk from lillie flander and europe. Not a nice area. Main reception was terrible, but the room looked clean. Very very basic.

Bon séjour. Chambre correcte, accueil sympathique, petit déjeuner bien. Satisfait de notre séjour à l'hôtel

Really convenient and walkable for both Eurostar and the old town, with free luggage storage, which meant we could easily explore Lille before our train in the afternoon. Reception staff were all very helpful and friendly. As expected for a budget hotel it is basic, and rooms got very hot with no air conditioning.

Very central

The hotel is super central, with everything within a 5min walk. Restaurant street right around the corner with everything from crepes to indian food. And they allow dogs here, that was great! But at night the prostitutes stand right in front of the hotel, and there is a lot of fighting and shouting. It's nearly impossible to sleep through the night becouse there is no aircondition, so the window has to be open.

Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la gare Europe, facile d'accès à pied 10 mn. Chambre simple, fonctionnelle et propre pour 3 personnes pour 1 nuit. Attention 2 hôtels Ibis budget près de la gare au numéro 10 courdray et Tournay... à ne pas confondre ! Hôtel conforme à l'annonce.

Pillows are like paper that I have to put a backpack underneath to have volume and neck support. Room is very small for 3 people - space just enough for sleeping. You have to go out to have some airy space. Breakfast is ok.

Perfect for a single person or a couple, for more than that the room is too small. But is doable if you don’t have any more options. Breakfast is very good for the price. 10 min walking to the old town. So is in a great position.
