The pool is very small and was not clean at all. The hot tub was not hot at all and when we asked about it she said oh well maintenance will have to look at it Monday which I understand them having to fix it but didn't adjust the bill or anything. And that's one of the reasons that we picked that hotel is because it did have a hot tub and another couple that was there picked it for the same reason. Staff was either non-existent or very rude. The room was clean. That's about the only thing positive

From the moment we checked in until we left the staff was amazing. The property was very clean. It was close to the Tanger Outlets. We checked in, shopped, ate at the Bistro at the hotel, swam and sat outside by the firepit and relaxed. I will definitely stay there again.

Great hotel! We were greeted warmly by J. Our room was clean and well maintained. The lobby was clean and welcoming. We loved having the bar/cafe onsite. T who ran the cafe and shuttled us to the casino was so friendly. We enjoyed our stay. We stayed at different Courtyards two nights in a row. Unfortunately I got them mixed up and gave this hotel a bad review on the company website. I am trying to get it changed.

From the broken fire pit to hours and hours of outside maintenance to the pool area being completely unsafe and unusable although staff said it was fine to use, this was a very disappointing stay for a peaceful night before a work convention.

I frequently stay at this hotel on business travel due to its convenient location, price, and usual cleanliness. Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom floor and bathtub/shower were very dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. I would never keep my home bathrooms this dirty.

I am shocked at the state of the bathroom and shower of the room we received. The toilet was not secure and base wobbled. The tile appears has been repaired but the door gets wedged on the repaired area...took serious effort to unstuck. The shower also has mold growing around the base and could be due to water getting past the tile due to not being caulked. With the grout outside of the shower being cracked and half removed water is definitely under the floor and causing issues. My wife and her mother frequently stay at this hotel but my wife said none of her past stays have had a room like this. Super disappointed :(

This is an extremely dirty and old and not maintained hotel. We had to change our room 3 times. 1st room had a considerably large bug on the bed, 2nd room had stain on bed sheets and a very noisy fridge, 3rd room had yellow bed sheets. Next morning the housekeeping staff just opened and walked into our room without knocking or asking.

Rooms werent ready at check in, had to wait about an hour. The room was ok, however the bathroom floor was disgusting. The tiles on the floor were all loose and made the floor slippery after a shower.

It was roomy, but seemed to be getting a little neglected, an unstocked convenience pantry, removed vending machine, a little mold in the bathroom, towels getting a little worn, seemed a little understaffed, although staff was very nice. Nice outside area for guests to get a drink. Better for business travel.

The hotel was comfortable and quiet. The bed was decent and the sheets were clean! I liked the layout of the room. Nice bathroom, however, the shower grout had mold on it and the drain had hair in it, so it was not properly cleaned. There was smell in the bathroom off and on and seemed to come from the shower drain.

While our 2 Q bed room was spacious, clean & quiet, both mattresses were completely broken so you could feel every spring stabbing you in the back. Most uncomfortable mattress ever, and needs replaced/ upgraded immediately. After cleanliness, comfort is the most important to me. I was in pain from the bed everyday, and it ruined my sleep.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. Don’t bother with the breakfast add on, but I will say the lady working breakfast was so sweet. The options are slim and it’s not a buffet. Front desk was good. We asked to switch rooms because ours had a very strong rubbing alcohol smell and it wasn’t an issue. I would ask for a room without adjoining door as they aren’t very sound proof. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We booked a king room months before New Year’s when we got there upon check in we were told our room was upgraded. Once we got to our room it was a bigger room but it was a queen room that they put an additional king cot in. The king cot was very uncomfortable so we slept in the queen. I tend to book Marriott because of there bed comfort. We have a queen bed at home but like to book and enjoy kings when away. Otherwise, nice hotel and clean

Nothing compares to the comfort of a Marriot bed and linens. The pillows are just divine. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. I will stay here every time I come to visit my son at college. Highly recommend.

Renovated and very comfortable hotel next to the Tanger mall. The room offers a sofa that faces the TV which makes watching TV very comfortable. The set up is really ingenious. Beautiful large bathroom with lovely soap- the 39 smells wonderful. The bed and pillows were very good. There is no complimentary breakfast at this hotel- you will have to pay- on the other hand the eggs over easy were delicious. Almost perfect - except for the room coffee ......just disgusting - who can drink that crap?

I had booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds but when I arrived to check in they only had a room with one king bed. I took it but it was next to the elevator which could be heard from inside the room. Also, the TV cast a dark bluish tint on the screen. Even though the hotel seemed busy fortunately they had another room and it was no problem switching rooms. Alas, the new room was fine.

I would not recommend this hotel. I was very disappointed with the customer service here especially since it’s a Marriott which is why I actually picked this hotel out of the way instead of some random named hotel. The front desk was not helpful with any of our issues such as new pillows because we had flat pillows, they said “we don’t have any extra” and did not make us feel welcomed upon arrival. Also we reserved a King bed but when we got there all the kings were taken. Very poorly run hotel.

NEVER STAYED AS I was never able to check in. The hotel canceled my reservation 2 hours before check in and did absolutely nothing to assist with booking or finding another hotel. I was forced to scramble to find a room at another hotel in another area away from where I needed to be with less accommodations for more money. Absolutely awful customer service and no way to conduct business. Spoke with guest care manager Jordan Morris who was unwilling to assist or help. Just said "sorry" and recommended I call other hotels to try and find a room.

The hotel is nice and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Room cleaning is only done upon request as such we would have liked bigger or more garbage bins as we shopped at the outlet store and had a lot of extra packaging to get rid off. Short staffed. The receptionist is on her own to deal with check-ins as well as and issues with the room. The individual preparing breakfast was also on her to take orders, cook, wait on customers and clean up.

It was an amazing hotel with amazing staff. The only thing was the room wouldn’t cool down but that is such a little thing compared to how beautiful and clean the hotel was. We truly enjoyed our time here. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. They would truly enjoy their stay. It was such a convenient location right next to Tanger outlets. There was no cold water in the shower. The water was so hot we could not get in the water at all without burning our skin. The woman that makes breakfast was very rude to myself and my husband. She was very polite and professional to my mom and dad who were in line in front of us. When myself and my husband stepped up to order she was very rude and judgmental. The food was not very good and they were unable to make two out of five actual cooked breakfast meals they offered. The front desk woman was very polite and kind. She was the best part of the experience. Thank you!

Room was clean, and beds were nice. The outstanding part of the stay was the breakfast staff in the lobby. Two wonderful gentlemen were helping every guest. I dropped my fork on the floor, and before I could get up, one had already picked it up and replaced with a new one. They were so sweet!

We were in town for a few days with family! Clean room, comfortable beds, great location! I would recommend having 24/7 coffee/tea service AND a free breakfast as a majority of other Hotels now offer! We had to pay $4+ for a cup of coffee and for breakfast and coffee was only available for a short period of time daily!

Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience except for one thing. They do not have enough staff-we went to get our breakfast and was told it would be at least a half hour for our food since the woman was the only one doing everything from running the register to cooking the food. She must have had 30 people to take care of while the desk clerk done nothing but watch tv and walk around. She had to start turning people away she was so overwhelmed. This place needs to get some people hired asap.

Overall a typical stay. Bed had a stain on the bedspread. The bathroom was fine but no little extras at the sink. Lots of slamming doors and loud voices in the hallway. Dining counter was managed by one lady who also did the cooking. She had to service the line of people to place their order, take payment, and then run to the back kitchen and make each order and...bring it to the table. Typical cutting of corners to not have enough staff and overworking good people. Do better Marriott
