Best Western Plus Casino Royale–Center Strip

Right on the Strip close to everywhere we wanted to be. Close to the Linq Promenade. No resort fee and free parking. The staff was super friendly, my kids enjoyed the pool, we had a large vehicle and didn’t have a lot of trouble getting in and out of the parking lot. The only con for us was the beds were a little hard. Other than that, can’t beat the price for being on the Strip!

Pros: Location Cons: Gambling Casino terrible, motel feel, pool In all fairness, the room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was disappointed with the casino. There is no table games and very limited craps/roulette/bj slot games.

We stayed for three nights at the Casino Royale and found it to be a great budget-friendly option. Its best feature is its central location on the Strip, right next to The Venetian, putting you in the middle of all the action. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The in-room fridge and coffee maker were convenient for our early morning trips to the Canyon. The bathroom was clean and well-supplied with towels. The only drawbacks were the hotel's common areas. The hallways were dark, dated, and had a moldy smell, and one of the elevators was out of order. However, the biggest positive was that the hotel charges no resort fees, which is a rarity on the Strip and a huge win.

Room very clean, comfy bed, quiet. Small pool was warm, plenty of pool towels, very few sun beds but wasn’t a problem as only 4 people there. The casino smelt badly of smoke, but guest entrance is just inside the casino so no need to linger. Very close to linq and high roller with lots of places to eat. Deuce bus stop nearby.

Everything is clean and no frills. It was quiet, despite being on the main strip. The small gym has some machines (no weights), which was nice. Laurie, at the front desk was extremely helpful! The only minor complaint is that they use separate tiny plastic bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, which is not eco friendly.

Stayed for a long weekend for concerts at the Sphere. This location is perfect as it's a short walk. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the constant sewage smell around the pool area, which we were beside. It came into the hall as well. Manger was AMAZING! Thus his team was too.

Even though the hotel is older, the room was very comfortable and clean. I liked the fact that it was a smoke free hotel (even though the casino isn't). The elevators however need to be upgraded as they didn't always open properly. I wish the ice machine on my floor was working as well. The location is great as it was close to a monorail station, which was helpful in the over 100° weather. The Walgreens next door and the refrigerator in the room helped with that too. It would have been nice to have a microwave as well, but you can't have everything. I'd stay here again even with the wonky elevators as the hotel is only 4 floors. I also appreciated the fact that you could opt out of having your room cleaned every day.

Casino had a weird smell. Not smoke, almost like a sewer smell most noticeable near the rear/parking entrance.

Hotel room and Parking were Excellent. The Casino had a distinct and strong mildew smell.

Room felt like entering a bunker. Sheets were stained with what appeared to be blood, but might have also been some sort of makeup. Place has clearly seen better days. Checked out a day early for the first time in my life. I'd pass on this.

Best thing about this room was the location and short walk to the strip. Not sure why the ratings were so high. Basic hotel room with a view of the parking garage. Was disappointed to find a lot of hair in the tub and ants and gnats in the room. We got locked out of our room twice because the keys didn’t work. Casino bathroom was one of the dirtiest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Parking was free but garage was very run down. Definitely better options for the price we paid.

Rooms were not very clean and the toilets clog up staff was friendly although no one came by to service rooms Air was very heavy in the rooms with the air conditioning

Location is convenient. Rooms are probably cleaned but it is quite old. There was a constant smell of sewage in the room and 1st floor hallway.

Property is old, however room was confortable. Cleanliness could be better. Staff at the desk was excelente, kind and willing to help

Great location, excellent price & food selection. Cleaning staff did not take out our linens on our 3rd night, even though we removed them so they could be exchanged for clean ones. We didn’t ask for housekeeping until the 3rd day. Front desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly!

The price was very affordable but the hallways and entryways were dirty.

Great place to stay! We came to vegas for six days, and I was extremely happy with the hotel and location. Super convenient, within walkable distance to the most popular casinos and a lot of restaurants around. The front desk staff was amazing, very friendly, and helpful. However, housekeeping does not really clean the room. They changed the towels and took out the garbage (if there is any, we had empty bottles of water all the time). No cleaning was done, the bathroom was dirty, and one day when we can back from the tour bed was partially done, and the pillows were in the same position as we had left them. Overall I do recommend it, convenient location.

If you are looking for a cheaper option in the middle of the strip this is perfect. The location is great. The rooms are clean, but a little small. The pool is small and quiet, which is a nice break from the rest of the strips loud vibes. We enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning and having a moment of relaxation before a fun night out. The hotel itself is older and does need a few improvements/updates, such as the elevator. It is very run down and you could feel the shakiness of its operation. There was signage inside that explained the step by step of what to do if the door would not open. Which made me believe this happens regularly, so we took the stairs. The walls are thin and the doors are heavy, so you can hear everything going on as guests and maid services makes there way down the hall. This only really bothered us in the morning hours. One other thing to mention is that the cliental of the casino changes drastically at night. We were very aware of our surroundings after dark. It is nice that there is a key card required to get into the actual room area. That made us feel a little better about it. Overall a good stay with a clean room to come back to after a night out.

Location and quietness of room.

For being right on the Strip and extremely close to locations like Ceasars palace and the bellagio the pricing is extremely worth it. However, both rooms we rented were on the 3rd floor and neither had working A/C

Convenient location, free parking and no resort fee. The parking lot elevator could use some cleaning. The open garbage bins smelled so bad. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable.

The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Location was fantastic. It was quiet overall.

No air conditioning during winter months. The room was 75 degrees.

Simple and clean however they must update their bed as it was a rough sleep.

Room was hot at night. AC did not work. Manager indicated that individual room controls don’t work. Finally had to open windows. Fortunate that outside temp was cool.

It was by far the cheapest place on that part of the strip and extremely close to the Venetian/Harrah's. It wasn't exactly like the pictures of the rooms but it was clean and comfortable and the AC worked real good. The shower head was a little short for someone over 6'.

I like this hotel because the friendly staff and all the services they offer either I am visually impaired. They help me for anything I need.

Lori, at the front desk, was kind and very helpful. The room was comparable to other more high end rooms I have stayed in here in Vegas. Has everything I need plus a Keurig!

Had a small problem and manager sorted it out quickly with a restaurant voucher. Hotel right in the middle of the strip, free parking and zero resort fees. It’s very basic but clean, safe and comfortable

Great value for the location on the strip. Katrina at the front desk was very pleasant. Rooms are clean & slept well. No resort or parking fees was a plus.

Just returned from a 4 night stay including the weekend. What makes the hotel are the people who work there. They genuinely care and listen to your needs to boot. You can’t get a better location at center strip and you want to be were all the action is and branch out from there. Luxury it isn’t. The hotel is going to be demolished this summer I read and replaced, so it’s seen it’s better days, but I wanted to thank Laura In housekeeping Michael behind the bar, and all the nice lady’s at check-in. I felt organized because of all of them!

Amazing service, quick check in. Room was clean, staff went out of the way for the children with free beach balls in the pool. Highly recommend.

Location was great. The problem was that our key cards failed every day. That was super inconvenient. We had to go to the front desk every day and night for new keys.

The check-in staff was rude. The hotel is rundown and dirty. There are not many amenities. For the money paid this was absolutely not worth it. I would never stay here again.

We were pleased to stay in the thick of things on the Strip - the Venetian is next door, Ceasar's, Treasure Island across the road & Belagio a short walk down the Strip. The deuce bus operates 24/7 up & down the Strip with a stop close to the hotel - good for getting to the excellent Mob Museum and Fremont Street. Easy free parking at the hotel (once you find the way in). Our room was in a block behind the Casino & was amazingly quiet given how busy the Strip was on the weekend. Bed was comfortable - usual stuff like shower, coffee machine, a/c, fridge, safe, ironing board, tv all good. To get on to the Strip, you walk through the casino (which has a pizza place, Subway & foot-long sausage counters). Next door is a Denny's Our room was clean. Reception called 10 mins after we arrived to check we were happy with the room - nice touch. On checking in we were asked if we wanted the room servicing for our 2nd day - we did & it was done well. There is a small "dipping" pool rather than a swimming pool with a few loungers at the back but we didn't use it. We were pleased with the choice as a useful base to explore the Strip.

The best kept secret for staying on the Las Vegas strip. This location was the most convenient. The property was clean and spacious. Parking was included (behind the Walgreens/Denny's). I will return again!

Good location for what my needs were. Took the deuce bus and the stop is cross the street. Close to Walgreen, McDonald’s, chipotle, and panda express.

A wonderful central location that was very walkable. We were in town for a concert at the sphere and the hotel was so convenient. The room was very nice. O thing fancy but clean and comfortable. We aren’t gamblers so the casinos were of no interest to us. The only challenge was Uber. Be sure to use the Harrahs ride share for your pickup/dropoff location. It is more familiar to the drivers and only an 8 minute walk from the room.

Excellent location right on the strip, nice and small, no big crowds in the hallways. I will stay again if any rooms available. We stayed a week so it was great.

Clean comfortable and eady access to rooms from the strip. One thing to note… UBER will drop you off at the Hotel, but you have to be picked up at a nearby Harrah’s hotel.

Staying on the strip on a budget and not getting ripped off with parking and resort fees is getting close to impossible, so this place is nirvana as far as that's concerned! Easy access to the strip and my room, Walgreens and food court next door with 24 hour options, quick check in & check out, and easy access to ICE MACHINES. (That may seem minor but I hate hotels where the only way to get ice is room service, that is awful.) And REFRIGERATOR in the room without any surcharge, that is impossible to find on the strip nowadays. Room was otherwise clean and well appointed. I love how uncomplicated this place is. Downsides: Not much of a pool so if that's important to you, better look elsewhere. And the walls are thin but I didn't mind. There is also a sewage odor coming from the plumbing/water that can spread as far as the casino floor, but I've experienced that even at Bellagio so I guess it's common in Vegas. (The odor was in the running water and on the casino floor but not in the room itself.) The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that before my checkout, housekeeping opened my door without knocking and ignoring the "do not disturb" tag. (I had arranged a late checkout and it wasn't even 11am yet.) I mourn the probability that this place will be torn down before long to put up some pretentious corporate "boutique resort" hotel with ripoff resort and parking fees, but until then, this is my absolute go-to stay in Vegas. LONG LIVE CASINO ROYALE!!

Affordable option right in The Strip. Enjoyed casino on site and option to have bags held at desk on last day after check out, before departing city. Staff very friendly. Felt secure. The 7 “restaurants on site” include Subway, Pizza Hut, etc. Rideshare pick up/drop off through Harrah’s, a little confusing. Totally worth the price.

This smaller boutique hotel will have you out on the strip in under a minute. It also provides easy access to free parking within feet of the back exit. Having the coffee maker and small fridge in the room is an added bonus. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. The hotel also includes a white castle, Pizza Hut, subway, and a quick hotdog for food choices.

Recent 3 night stay at BW Casino Royale and was very happy with our choice! From check in with Thomas at front desk, who went above and beyond to provide a room at our early arrival, to the excellent location, smack mid strip, to the clean and comfortable room , the reasonably priced bar and dining options on property and a very nice casino. This place has it all!!

Great location among all the popular attractions. I felt safe in my room and in the casino. Having a Denny's, Walgreen, and other restaurants on property was super convenient.

I loved the fact that the casino is just the right size and that there are so many different options for dining. The position of the Hotel in the middle of the strip is perfect. The hospitality was great from the hotel staff to the persons working in the casino. I will definitely be telling others and staying again in the future.

It was difficult to find the front Desk. Had to walk thru the smoky casino to check in. Convenient location and covered secure parking. Right next door to the Venetian and Harrahs. We had a nice breakfast at Dennis next door. Go early as there was a long line when we left around 9am. We checked out a day early, it was 110C! We decided Vegas is for younger people, not seniors like us. And gambling is no more fun, everything is electronic, even Poker, Craps etc
