蒲田出張にて滞在。室内はきれいだとおもいます。必要なアメニティは1Fで持って行きます。今回非常に良かったのが、お皿、マグカップ、スプーンが備えてあるため、外でご飯を勝って食べるときなどは非常にたすかります。ホテル周辺が飲食店街のため外食も困らないです。ただ1つ、テーブルにテレビが置いているため、ノートパソコン開いての仕事ができません。その時は１Ｆのフリースペースが利用できます。（無料のコーヒーあります）

Was absolutely perfect for intended purpose - which was having a place to stay that was close enough to the train station leading to Haneda Airport for a few nights. I didn't want to stay TOO close to the airport because the only thing in that area is just business hotels, but Kamata had a nice mixture of shopping (Tokyu Plaza), food (lots of restaurants) and convenience (Family Mart & Seven Eleven just a few minutes away), plus it's on a direct line into Tokyo proper if you want to go sightseeing. Some construction happening in the area, but nothing major and the noises didn't carry to my hotel room anyway. The room itself was impeccably clean, and the best part was having a washing machine/dryer IN the room with detergent included! Staff was friendly and kind, and the room was nice and quiet. Provided pajamas, everything was tidy and all-around enjoyable. My one 'complaint' would be that the room is so narrow that there was nowhere for me to open my luggage fully - I always had to prop up one side on the wall. I know most hotels in Japan are like this (unless they're VERY expensive), but it did make packing a struggle. Still, this place is an absolute STEAL for the price! Would definitely stay again!

Very good place to stay. Close to both the Keikyū line or the JR line. Although closer to the Keikyu line. With a lot of eateries around the immediately vicinity. Very small room, only good enough for 2 people max. Washer and dryer are a bonus as it actually does dry the clothes. Would stay here again with less luggage next time.

Staff support was definitely lacking. I brought up an issue to the front staff only to be told that no solutions could be offered, as I insisted, I was told that the solution would be in the form of an upgrade at my cost. I inquired how much, as the issue was a large one, and was told that someone would get in touch with me regarding the issue and upgrade cost. NO ONE did!!! I stayed there for an extended period of time yet no care, no consern, no service was offered. As well, I booked and paid for ahead of time for a three double bed room, and received two double bed and a single rolling cot that gave me SEVERE BACK PAIN. I have overpaid, knowing that I had at least expected a decent service and what I paid for, but I never receive that. Will never stay there again and do not recommend.

Staff was no so polite as could be expected normally in Japan. I couldn’t take complementary breakfast before checking out as there were no items available which I could eat. Staff told me you could select only three items among the bread sandwiches with beef, pork and other NVs and some juices which I can’t take. There were no varieties available, even plain bread and corn flakes which are the part of any regular menu for breakfast. This was so disappointing. Above and all the politeness and gentleness are utmost important which were lacking. Thank you,

My biggest issue was with the housekeeping. They don’t change your sheets, all they do is give you new towels and maybe once every 10 days they’ll clean the room fully. I had a jar of lotion on my bed w d they told me they wouldn’t be able to change my sheets because I had things on my bed, meanwhile my friend in another room, she had some stuff on her bed and relocated this to her suitcase…THEN I told the staff, and the guy came the next day as I was walking to get breakfast, I came back in the room and said all I need you to do is change the sheets…he ran out the room mind you (there was also an for from him) the front desk told me I had to leave my room so he can finish…crazy…I spent time in a different part of Japan, and did not have these experiences

Overall, it was worth the price I paid. 8 minutes to the JR Kamata Station and 3 minutes to Keiyo Kamata Station. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Several convenience stores and grocery stores are in the vicinity. Hotel staff are not as friendly as other places I stayed in the area, but not rude either. They seemed to be just doing their jobs. Recommended.

Nice clean property about 5 minute walk from Keikyu Kamata station. Good security as you need key to get to your floor. You can buy a small breakfast but I didn't try it. Lots of restaurants in the area. About 10 minutes to Haneda airport
