Urban Travellers Hotel

I stayed 1 night with breakfast only. I booked a 2 single bed room, when i arrived they said they booked it to another. But they gave me instead a kingsize bed with a single bed, fore the same prize, so that was very good service. The room was very used, and could use a makeup. The aircon was very noisy sometimes you wake up at night just becaurae of the laud noise, and the changing of the tempreture was not possible. And the tv channels had bad connection, had bad viewing. But after all this, i want to say that i think its one the best foarm in the bed. It was very comfortable. Thats a 9/10. The breakfast OK, Rice, pancit 2 hotdogs and egg, with coffee and juice. Thats taste was good, but the portions was very little. The hotel have a nice little pool and bar on the top. And the price in the bar was OK too. All the imployies was not so much smilling, so i think the owner needs to give them a higher salery becaurse the service was in top.

Swimming pool

Cute pool on the roof about 15 meter square with a view of the city. OK breakfast with eggs and meat. The restaurant on the top floor was good - the problem was LOUD karaoke music and signing that was not enjoyed by us. If the volume were about half it would be OK but we could not talk across our table! Very unpleasant. I should have asked them to turn it down - I think they might have.

The hotel itself is good and clean. The food is great! The pool area is pretty. It is a bonus to have toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The staff are excellent. However, the street is very narrow and crowded. Some areas of the street are dirty. Overall we had a good time bonding and we had fun.

Roof top pool and bar were nice

Property was a little run down. Rusty metal chairs and stairs to the pool area. Pool water was cloudy. My in room sink faucet was leaking. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Like - I like hotel staff, they’re friendly, and front desk staff have an elegant uniform. Security guards are considerate too. The room we were in, was a family room, so I gave 4 star on the space and cleanliness. The swimming pool, it looks nice but unfortunately we didn’t use it. The free breakfast - consist of fried rice, 2 longganisa and 1 fried egg, it’s good. But pandemic style, it’s packed and delivered to your room. Dislike- The hotel restaurant. They have menu but it takes an hour and half before your orders arrives, I don’t know if it’s from another floor of hotel? Or came from another building. The food does not taste good, especially the fried rice. I only appreciated the calamares. The hotel restaurant, they don’t inform the diners or guests that they can singalong or karaoke with a fee of 3 songs. It would have been nice to know rather than looking bored until you lost the appetite to eat waiting for your order and feeling you’re being forced to listen to restaurant staff singing. Suggestion - the slippers in the hotel rooms, we didn’t know that it is not complimentary. If you take it home you have to pay them. With the bacteria and viruses going around us, please include the slippers in your hotel rate.

See earlier review. Close to airport; LRT station; Robinsons mini shopping/food court. Service Car availability a plus. Slight-moderate infestation. Pool was closed. Restaurant dinner only.

I love this place, its my go to when I am in Manila! Its a good location, the pool area and bar are great, and I love all the staff! Everyone is soooo friendly! Shout out to my great friends Annie, Luis and Lloyd! MOA is close as well as Manila Bay.

They need to work on the cleanliness of the place. Our room wasn't cleaned up even though they knew that we went out because we left the room's keycard and we also put the sign on the doorknob. When we went back to the hotel it was already dark and we were tired from our trip, I was surprised and frustrated to find they didn't make up our room. When I called the front desk I was told, I should have informed them to clean the room when we left. Most of the hotels I've stayed doesn't need to be told when to clean our room as long as they knew we left and put the sign outside to make up our room. Also, I was not a fan of their breakfast food. They need to improve the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff should observe proper customer service, and the hotel should think of the improvements for the customers' convenience and satisfaction.

Dirty room but friendly staffs

The property is old and the room where we stayed have loose and missing tiles and dirty. The bathroom was not up to our standard and the shower head was rusty.

Good location: Mini-Robinson's Shopping/food plaza on corner main intersection; 1-block to LRT station; close to airport. Hotel Service Car availability a plus. Cleanliness: F-Good-Fair, but oddly numerous roaches. Overbearingly strict on check in/out times; so, plan accordingly. Restaurant: Morning rm svc box breakfast; Dinner menu options comparable.

AC too loud, cockroaches walking around. Didnt want to shower here because so dirty and old, anyways needed the towels to lay on the bed! No thin beddings so didnt feel good laying in the bed. We cancelled our second night here.

We found multiple bugs in each room. The area outside the hotel was terrible.

I paid for 4nights but I stayed only one night. When I came in it’s very dirty, plenty of hair on bed and floor. The aircon wasn’t working,can’t sleep, it’s too hot. The kitchen staff is rude.They did not refund my money even it says on Expedia it’s refundable.

There was poop running down the front of the toilet. Grab driver told us on the way in the area is bad for snatchers and pickpockets etc. Didn't feel safe to walk the street. Staff is friendly and they have billiards on the 8th floor. But the poop on the toilet ruined any chance of a good rating.

place has cockroaches, very dirty, also i hate the fact that i have to give up my room key everytime i step out of the building, its very odd specially i have all my belongings in the room, but so far i did not loose any item. this was a last minute booking, i wished i search more about the place, would not recommend to anyone. this place is trash.

I was only there for one night. I only slept in the bed and utilized the room service. The food was good. I ordered the Kare Kare with white rice and a coke. It did not disappoint for a affordable price. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep and there was very little noise other than the aircondition unit.

I lasted 17 mins - then booked another hotel and lost the money! I didnt feel welcomed, the room was tired, tap was leaking (although they did kinda fix it) bed was lumpy to sit on, only 1 pillow - i just felt it was not worth staying - especially as they gave me a breakfast voucher and then told me i hadnt paid for it so couldnt yse it! The location is horribke with the street outside

Would recommend for the price, Rooms are on the small side, pool is nice and food was good and reasonably priced, Mall in a couple of minutes walking distance, Good street food and a good location, Only thing that is a let down is luggage storage is for the day only of residence, so if you need to store luggage for a number of days while you travel and wish to use as a staging place to stay it’s not for you. 88 court yard hotel is much better bet and worth the extra cost.

The building itself is not capable of staying comfortable, the room we got is very dark and scary the whole ways are scary. Over all is terrible except one male staff is very kind and helpful.

Everything is ok except that the wifi wasn't working the whole time. But the host did offer to come and check. That is real service.

I have stayed here MANY TIMES over the last 10 years, i have recomended this place to SO MANY others, but this trip was NOT good... We arrived early because the airline changed out flight, we spent as much time as we could before getting to the hotel, i asked for a little consideration and an early book in, 500P sir, is there a reason for that ?? Yes sir your early, Is there a room ready? Yes sir, so you dont have to do ANYTHING SPECIAL? NO SIR, but you can sit here in the lobby for 3 hours NO CHARGE. But we cant sit in the room, yes sir 500P.. Can we leave our bags? Yes sir just fill this out. I find this pure money grabing.. Ok the breakfast has been reduced to the same EVERY day, and very limited and flavourless.. Then there is the cockroaches, they are EVERYWHERE. This place has changed and NOT for the better. Is this a little bit of bitternes coming out? Most deffinately after supporting them for 10 years you get treated like this ?? So after our booked time was up we moved just a few doors down,, WOW, bigger, cleaner, better breakfast and yes CHEAPER...

Room was very comfortable, food was very good. Service was great, they got us transportation to airport. And very good time. All staff was very, very courteous. Enjoyed the stay there. Very good eateries at right across the street. It was very important that I got to the airport on time. And they were able to do so at 4 AM in the morning. Shuttle within 2 minutes. service was ready to.go

We love urban, all staff are friendly. They treat us like a family. And i treat them the same. We always stay every time we are holiday in Phil. I recommend to all my friends.

Upon arrival we were informed by reception the airport transfer we booked via the hotel must be paid in cash. We weren't told this in advance. The room was nothing like the photo, dated and tired. The a/c unit was very noisy and prevented comfortable sleep. The included breakfast was very poor and unappetizing. Upon checking out next day, staff weren't helpful or prepared to assist us with a taxi to the airport, they suggested we walk to the end of the street and hail one. Overall disappointed and cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was in good condition, but the staff is awssome and extremely accommodating. The construction in the front was a bit of an inconvenience, but they are trying to make it better, so it will be worth it next year.

It’s accessible to MRT/LRT station ..walkable to MOA ..

The Center of everything, MRT and LRT, Edsa is right there in the corner, MOA not too far, air port not too far, and swimming pool on the roof. INSANE DEAL

Great stay and close to everything

I have been traveling for 20 years I have Been to 52 COUNTRIES This Property surprised me .. Pasay is a very criwded part of Manila. But other than that .... This HOTEL Surprised me pleasantly Apart from Nice Comfy Rooms Clean bathroom Its LOCATION is Ideal ots Rt Bextvto Robinson MALL ..the Nall has Everything you would need it hass nice restaurants on the orger side of hotel . The HOTEL has Everything... you would need ..to RELAX on a VOCATION. Swimming pool Movie Nights Top Floor they have a AMAZING Terrace VIEW....Resto-BAR with Happy Hours Beers Its Great VALUE for Money The STAFF waa Friendly & Very Helpful I enjoyed mybstay and i would Recommend it to Everyone & All My Friends coming from America

This was a great place to stay if I could change one thing I think that would be the breakfast. I would’ve liked to seen the option to have more food than what they were willing to serve.

Good hotel The breakfast needs improvement, nothing to put on toasts, 3 hot dishes, same eggs always cold, only coffee with powdered milk or water. If they improve the breakfast it could become a very good hotel.

This place is nothing like the pictures. The food is microwaved, there is no hot water, the shower is tiny. It's a classic case of false advertisement. If you need a palce to stay look elsewhere.
