We brought our nephews with us and their was no notification of the indoor pool being renovated. Disappointed to say the least. Main bathroom behind where door closes needs cleaning. Over all very clean staff friendly smooth check in. Would stay again. We were not informed of the pool closure or would have chosen somewhere different. Only complaint..

Breakfast was awful. The taste of the food was below average. The parking lot was overcrowded & the lot around back had people creeping around every night we were there. It seemed unsafe to the point I wouldn’t let my grown daughter go down alone. They also charge for parking each night & that wasn’t disclosed at check in. Nor were we given any type of parking pass. Just overall not somewhere we would stay again.

I love the convenience of this hotel when visiting OSU Wexner Medical Center. The shuttle service is a huge plus! My room is always clean and comfortable and the staff is attentive to any needs you may have. Even though I rarely use most amenities the shuttle and and provided breakfast are great. Recommened for sure!

Overall okay stay. Rooms were clean and hotel was quiet. In an area super convenient to OSU campus and shopping. The elevator was broken our entire stay and they were doing maintenance on the pool so that was a pain. Limited hot breakfast options. The room that we stayed in had no dresser or drawers to unpack our stuff in which would have been nice.

I enjoy the suite so we have a place to sit. The desk works nicely for working remote. Good internet and lots of dining options nearby. Liked having a bar each evening after a long day visiting patient at The James.

Chose this hotel because the hotels for the convention center were booked. It was a fairly quick Uber trip to/from this hotel to/from the convention center. This hotel was very clean and the staff were both very courteous and helpful. The room was more than adequate for my purpose. I appreciated that it had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and free WiFi. The hotel offers a breakfast buffet, but I did not take advantage of it. The only negatives I saw were: 1.) The hotel charges $4 per night to park your car in their lot. 2.) A freight train operates in close proximity of the hotel and it is audible inside your room.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. So kind and helpful. However, the rooms are dirty. We had to request a room change due to the bathroom having mold and mildew on the shower curtain and around the walls. Also Not enough towels in the room. Everything just seems half done and dirty.

There was a large roach in my bathroom and I went to tell the hotel staff. The hotel staff gave me a snack on the house and moved my room. However the rooms were not very clean and had an odd smell.

All of the staff that we encountered were incredibly pleasant and greeted us as we came and went. The property was quite clean, including the hallways and elevator. The only noise I heard in the night was a train that runs North/South near the hotel. The breakfast was usual hotel buffet fair with several hot and cold choices and make your own waffles. With easy access to OSU campus and the greater Columbus and central Ohio area, a good choice when staying in the area. Would choose to stay again.

Enjoyed my King bed suite with separate sitting area that can accommodate young children. Nice design elements in the room with separate sink and shower room and a toilet and another sink room. Glow in the dark light switches add convenience as well as a refrigerator and microwave bar area. Plus the toilet flushes like a rocket and the heating and air unit actually functions well!

Pillows were awful. Flat and teeny tiny. We asked for additional pillows and even requested more firm pillows. Not able to fulfill our request. The air conditioning in the room was not good. The beds were supposed to be pillow top, but they were flat. I don’t know when this hotel had its last remodel or update, but it needs one badly. Muggy and had a mildew scent in the room. No outlets beside the beds for phone chargers or watch chargers. The tv is positioned in a very odd place for viewing. The breakfast was not even worth it. Bananas over ripened and taste bad. The oranges were weird. Cut into one and the inside was mush. The yogurt was only offered in one flavor. The breakfast biscuit sandwich was gross. Breakfast was just not good so if that’s important to you and your stay, don’t count on it. Parking was terribly tight and wasn’t enough parking places. The good? It was a good location and felt safe. I wish I had something more good to say, but this hotel was not worth the price we were charged.

Everything was great. My only critique was the lady that was checking us out. She didn't get up off her stool and off her phone to check us out, she merely said drop the keys in the container and have a good day. It just seemed odd to me.

The front desk staff was AMAZING! We were there for a volleyball tournament. We had to leave the hotel before the breakfast was due to be ready. The front desk asked the cooks if they could have it done a little early so our girls could eat and be fueled for a very long day of games. They made it happen! Everyone was so friendly. We will definitely stay there again next time we’re in town!

Some things were out the control of the staff and it was just unfortunate that we got stuck next to a room full of kids celebrating a 21st bday party. We called the front desk TWICE to handle the situation between 3-4 am! Then we had the joy of being awokeby the housekeepers

Front desk checked me into an already occupied room. I walked into someone else’s room, with key provided by front desk. Hallway and front of hotel smelled of weed. Two rooms near mine had parties and were extremely loud, this lasted until 1am.

Spent a comfortable one night here following a local appointment. Luke at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and was ready with restaurant recommendations and just made my long day seem a little less draining. Super appreciate his hospitality, and hope these words make it to him! Breakfast is the standard buffet, but the 2 waffle makers are fresh, and the rest of the food was well stocked. The room itself was comfortable, although it was strange that only 1 trash can had any kind of bag in it. Overall, if I am in the area again, I would gladly recommend this hotel over others in the region.

We’ve stayed @ this hotel twice & I like it very much BUT my husband, Jeff is on the Ohio State University Ross Heart Hospital Heart Transplant List !! There were 2 men at the hotel desk when we checked in on Tuesday 4/22/25 & I specifically ask for a Wake Up Call around 5AM bec we needed to be @ OSU Ross Heart Hospital for my husband’s surgery ! We did NOT get a Wake Up Call & that’s not good when you have surgery scheduled for 6AM !!! The hotel is very nice, I like it bec it’s very close to the Heart Hospital !

My husband and I were in Columbus for 2 nights, and we definitely picked a great hotel. It was located only 5 minutes from downtown Columbus, near tons of shops and restaurants, and was in a clean area of the city. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Free toiletries were provided when I said I forgot to pack mine. Breakfast is included. Free parking. Our room was so spacious! The toilet was in a separate room from the shower, it had a desk area that was closed off by a glass wall, and it had a large closet. Definitely 10/10 would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at SpringHill Suites. My daughter and I were in town for a concert at Kemba Live, and the location of this hotel was perfect for the venue- being just minutes away. The hotel is also convenient to OSU and Blue Jackets games. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the beds were extra comfortable. I also noticed that there were guest laundry facilities, which is something that’s been harder to find in hotels recently. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay for the Columbus Book Festival. Room was great and very clean. Breakfast the two mornings was delicious. All the staff we interacted with was very nice. Pool was small, but clean and cool.
