This is a beautiful and elegant property. Staff is great and so is the food. Everything from the rooms, to the massages (which were some of the best we’ve ever had) to the room service were reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!

Booked 2 rooms at the hotel on Sky level. It was a very nice facility. We were impressed with all it had to offer. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was great except the oasis bar was closed. A good selection of dining options. The only turn off was some of the staff at the hotel. To start the front desk staff that checked each of us in were the most unwelcoming people you could have in the that position. It was a bad first impression. No welcome, no info about hotel, no enjoy your stay. We felt like we’re imposing on them. The other flaw in the hotel was the maid service. One room got the sky level turn down service the other did not. Both rooms were beside each other so it made no sense. Other than some poor employee service interactions this hotel has great facilities and was good value for what you get.

Wouldn't stay here again. Couldn't reach the hotel to ask questions or to book a tee time on our way to AZ. Upon checking in we were informed that internet and phones were down, and had been for the past 6 days. With the internet outage, room keys could not be issued so everytime we wanted to go back to our room, we had to be escorted by a staff member. With the outage, there was no television or in-room dining service, and no credit cards were accepted on the property ... cash only! The staff was very nice and tried to accomodate, but couldn't do anything to help the situation. Safety was an issue for us because you never had to show identification or even your room number proof to get into your room. All you had to do was tell them a room number to take you to and open the door ... scary! This was our first, and maybe last, time to Tucson. If you're looking at booking this hotel, DON'T ... it seems this issue is still not fixed, even 15 days later. Ugh!

Amazing hotel and pool. Different restuarants inside so you dont really need to leave. Only disappointing thing was that the bar for the pool area was closed even though it said open from 11-7pm. Would stay here again for sure.

Property was in great shape. Pool was dirty with very cloudy water. Debris floating everywhere and on the floor of the pool. Security at the entrance to the pool was extremely intimidating. They walked the area all day staring down guests as if we were in trouble at every moment. Pack like you're going into a concert because your bag will be searched. No mugs/yetti cups allowed, even empty, to pour bar purchased drinks into. Fairly certain it is a public pool for the tribe as well. Enough kids to fill a couple buses. Will not be back anytime soon.

Easy check in. Nice room, clean. The pool however was absolutely filthy. Staff telling guests they couldn’t roam the pool with their drinks because it could spill into the pool. Which was a joke with how filthy the pool was.

The property is good and location etc. Inside its basic clean, you should really try to keep up the cleanliness in the rooms. It isn't dusted and that would make a huge difference, and also the fridge should be cleaned after each check out.

The property was very clean and the restaurant selection was good, although there really wasn’t any bars where you can grab bar bites while enjoying cocktails and then lobby bar not to open until 4pm on a Saturday was a bit odd. There lack of a standard sized pillow in a King Bed room was annoying as we had to ask flee extra pillows since the pillow on the bed were the size of throw and had no support. The a/c unit in the room only went down to 65, so it was very stuffy at night even in the fall. I think the biggest attraction the hotel has going for it was the pool and pool bars, but unfortunately due to the weather, we could not utilize them.

We stayed in a double queen during our first visit to Tucson. We walked through casino but didn’t gamble. You do need to walk through to the restaurants. Our room was large and the bathroom was too. Great shower! Room prices are reasonable. The pool area was perfect for relaxing. We will be back!

We liked the variety of dining options. The restaurants were good not excellent. Good variety of gambling. Rooms were nice size but could use a renovation and need to be cleaned better. Front entrance was old, had to open doors and there were no doormen present my entire stay. Need to upgrade to motion activated self opening doors. When the casino was built it was probably very nice but it is tired and needs renovation.

The bed was not comfortable, the tv programming sucked. the staff were really nice, the grounds were nice, this will be the last time I stay due to the beds, we got a room at the Esrellla, terrible bed, so we tried the resort, same problem.

Staff at check in are rude and abrupt. I have been here several times and experienced the same issue with them. Everyone else is very pleasant in restaurants and bingo and casino floor. Bathrooms are very clean! Room is comfortable and clean.

I booked a king standard room, when checking in , lady at front desk said i booked two queens. I said no and showed her my reservation that said King. She then got sarcastic with me and said anytime you book with a third party you get what you get.. She wasn't very nice about it. I explained that i didn't know they existed but thanks to the third party company i found the place.

If you want towels don’t plan on staying here, you literally have to fight for them. Our room was booked with 4 people & I was told the max numbers they could give us was 3. I only got 4 bc I raised a big commotion & on top of that 2/3 staff I had to talk to about this we’re not nice.

Scheduled a weekend getaway for my wife’s birthday. I had a 2 hour spa treatment scheduled for her. About 90 mins before, I got two text messages saying that her sessions were canceled. When I called to ask, I was simply told that there was no therapist that day. I attempted to explain to them that that would have been good to know well beforehand as opposed to just before her appointments, because this was supposed to be my wife’s birthday present. The lady on the phone just said sorry and left it at that. No attempt to make it better. Ruined the whole point of us staying there and I had to come up with another plan for her birthday. Not cool.

We chose this property for its location to Tucson and the places we wanted to visit. Its within half an hour to downtown Tucson. It was convenient to come back to hotel in evening and go to casino or one of the bars for a drink. Restaurant choices good too, if you dont want to leave the hotel. It is a visually beautuful place and well maintained. The pool area is lovely and wish we were there in warmer weather to enjoy.

This hotel is new, nice, clean and convenient to all the major attractions in Tucson. Did I mention it is cheap for a property of this quality. Will definitely stay there again. I don’t gamble and it was still great.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities. Loved the pool. The food was good in most of the restaurants, but I would not recommend the PY steakhouse. The service was poor, and the food was over cooked. It was not worth the hefty price. Overall, a great place to stay.

I would have given this property all 5 stars, accept the upscale steak house PY was mediocre. We waited over an hour to get our entrees, and then the food was over cooked. The inattentive server never asked how our meals were. For the price, definitely not worth it. Overall, a very well run hotel, and enjoyable stay. Loved the pool!

We had one of the nicest dinner. I think I’ve experienced in years. We went to the PY steakhouse. I cannot recommend it more highly. The only thing that disappointed was my glass of Chardonnay. It was not as I expected. I did get the opportunity to taste the Chardonnay, I let them know. It did not have quite the flavor I was looking for for my scallops. My husband‘s ribeye steak was over the top. The whole wide experience in the restaurant was incredible. We have a sky level room. The room is very well appointed down to the smallest detail. This is some of the best in room coffee. I have had the pleasure of drinking.

Everything was great except for the dining options inside the casino. Not very much of a choice and with lousy schedules. Some of the eateries start at 11.00 am to 11.00 pm with very few opening at 7.00 am. All close around 11: 00 pm. Food was very expensive and only so and so. Gift shop was lousy and the same banker's hour schedule? For a Casino this beautiful the dining section hours are a joke. Cocktail waitresses very few now and then, hardly available. Please stay open 24/7 like in Vegas. However we will stay there again and will eat outside the casino.
