Very big, very comfy bed - lots of outlets for charging, etc. Very unique property with unique rooms. Ours had three steps down from the entryway to the sleeping portion - tough to navigate in the middle of the night to find the bathroom. Our "view" of the city was the back end of a billboard. The shower had a window to the room - with a curtain for privacy. Interesting "rain" shower head, but poor water pressure for all the separate water options.

Perfect stay, very good location, had everything we needed. Nice room, comfy bed, lovely bathroom. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired but is perfectly sufficient to set you up for the day!

Funky hotel in great location at reasonable price. Staff was pleasant and helpful. This is a small hotel in a renovated older building. The décor is hard to describe. Creative, lots of Italian movie posters some modern art. I liked it, but might not be to everyone's taste. The room was spacious, but a little odd. Like there was a large window between the bedroom and shower. Like I said, funky. The continental breakfast was fine, nothing exceptional. There is NO parking. But the neighborhood is great for walking, biking (rentals everywhere) and the Montreal Metro is one of the best. Frankly, a car is a liability in Montreal. I took off a star for NOISE. This is a busy area and the soundproofing is not the best. If you are a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Loud music in the restaurant until 11 pm on a Thursday night, audible even on the 3rd floor. Otherwise a very comfortable stay. Room was large and with unique and chic decor. Continental Breakfast not worth bothering with, but lots of other options in the area. Easy walk to the train station.

Booked a suite for the shower in the room as shown in all the photos and didn’t get the room we thought we booked. The room seemed not well kept. The shower water came out brown and scorching hot. The reading nook was really cute though.
