This property should not be listed with parking as the underground parking lot is so small only a few cars in it and they expect you to block people in and you also have to have a very small car to even fit in a space we had to park on the road. The staff are extremely nice , the hotel room is big and clean but there is also no hot water it’s just warm besides the parking and the hot water the hotel is clean and has great rooms!

Suite was a good size and clean hotel was in a decent neighbourhood with lots of shops and markets around. A few good coffee shops close by, and very easy to get around. Elevator was hit and miss so we took the stairs most of the time nbd, the staff was generally very helpful except when we checked in there was a bit of confusion. We almost ended up with someone else’s booking

The lobby and the room were clean. The room was large with a living space, a kitchenette, and a separate room with two double beds. The shower was also quite nice. They do charge extra for parking, which is located below the hotel.

Stayed in a room with a kitchen. Nice big room. Comfortable bed. Cleaning staff helpful. Close to the metro and there's a bus stop 2 minute walk. Parking is limited at the hotel. There's a large carpark at the church about a 10 minutes walk away.

Vi havde lejet en hotellejlighed med køkken. Masser af plads med 2 rum udover baderummer. Køkkenfaciliteterne tilstrækkelig til selv at lave morgen- og aftensmad for at strække rejsebudgettet. Hotellet godt placeret til indkøbsmuligheder, spisesteder og ikke mindst med parkeringsplads til bil og med metro kun 300m fra hotellet og dermed let adgang til centrum. PS: Der er gratis adgang til tøjvask! Vi har været fuldt tilfreds med de 2 overnatninger vi havde her i Montreal.

The room was large, clean and appeared to have been updated recently. The bathroom was also large with plenty of counter space around the sink and a cavernous shower with both a rain and hand-held shower. The kitchen was also nice and clean. The daily housekeeping was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

My expectations were exceeded by this moderately priced (for Montreal standards) hotel. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed with a King bed and a separate sitting area with a larger fridge and microwave. It was close to a metro station, a grocery store and across the street from a restaurant that made fresh croissants. I had expected a hotel that may have been a little outdated, but it was not at all. It was a great place to stay and we would definitely return.

Fantastic hotel. Withing a few steps of the Metro (blue line). You can easily reach downtown and old Montreal within 25 minutes. The king suite we had worked great with our 8 month old baby to have a separate space for early bed. The kitchenette was great and had everything we needed for quick meals at the hotel. There was a crib provided for our baby which was a nice touch. There are lots of food options around the hotel, but mostly quick fast food, not a lot of sit down full restaurants. Overall fantastic experience and would recommend to others.

The hotel is relatively close to our daughter's apartment in Outremount and this was our third stay. The hotel has a variety of rooms and this time we rented a 2 bedroom suite. The only problem was that the ensuite bathroom was quite small and the water pressure from the shower head was very weak. Otherwise, the accommodation was excellent and it will continue to be our "go to" hotel in Montreal.

The room that we got was very spacious and clean. It had a nice kitchenette and sofa with a chaise lounge. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. The staff at check in were welcoming and helpful. We also noticed that the housekeeping staff were easygoing and accommodating. My wife and I were very impressed with this hotel in Montreal. We also liked the location and how easy it was to get into the city centre.

I stayed in the King Suite on the second floor. It was a very large, spacious and clean room. Everything worked well. Negatives were that it was located above the garage, and you could hear the garage door open and close very loudly, however, I didn't hear it at night. The road noise was also a bit loud, but again, didn't affect my sleep. The mattress was very firm and springy with no mattress topper, and was surprised I still slept well on it. Overall, a great value for a very clean and well situated hotel.

We loved this hotel! They offer underground parking (for $) which was perfect as we didn’t plan to drive much and wanted the car to be safe. The staff were all very friendly and bilingual. Incredibly helpful when we had questions! The room was exactly as advertised and beautiful!!! So much space for us two! Highly recommend!

While the renovated rooms looked good, they were still doing very loud renovations in the rest of the hotel and this is not posted on their site, nor was it mentioned when we checked in. The reception staff were rude and reactive when we said this wasn’t acceptable. We left and got a refund through Expedia.

Great little hotel. Very well-located, right near the subway. I appreciated that I could just park my car (in the hotel's underground lot) and forget about it. The room was large and clean. This was the perfect hotel for our family trip to Montreal! Location is great; it’s situated in a quiet, leafy, non-touristy neighborhood, is only a couple of blocks from a metro station, and has many affordable food options nearby. The staff are very welcoming, and laundry is free! It was nice to have a good sized sitting room in addition to the roomy bedroom and walk-in closet. I highly recommend!

This is very good budget hotel in a great area. Rooms good, and with a good sitting area. Bathroom small but fully functional. Parking fine, but very tight - you may have to be double-parked underground - but easy to get clear. Good cheap breakfast

I stayed at this hotel for work for a few days in October 2025 and my experience was really good. The room was huge, and I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and living space, everything was clean, and I was on a high floor so it was also extremely peaceful. The area is also very walkable and public transport is excellent around the hotel. There is no room service, but they do have a cafe in the lobby of the hotel and there are tons of restaurants all around the hotel, so this was not an issue for me. I would recommend this hotel.

Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was very appreciated during our stay. The hotel is surrounded by bakeries and a variety of stores, so getting supplies was a breeze. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity. I would not hesitate to return.
