The information online is a little bit confusing than when you get there in regards to what is included in breakfast and what is extra. That was my only issue. The property does have an elevator although small.

The property is convenient to airport and walking distance to mall. We ended up eating dinner at restaurant which I would not recommend. I heard good things about breakfast, but we left before it started so couldn’t say. They arranged transport to airport for us for 100QZ. Not able to checkin early but they were willing to store bags. Shower had no hot water but decent pressure.

Room was right on the street side so you could hear all the traffic noise. Also you could hear all the talking from the other guest in the corridor. Not sound proof doors. So it was very hard to get a good nights sleep. Restaurant food was very nice but very limited selection like for dinner you couldn’t get a glass of wine as they didn’t sell wine in there. Also found a pair of dirty socks in the room from a previous guest that stayed in there even thought the room was clean already by housekeeping so don’t know how they missed that. But the staff was very great and helpful just the facility is starting to show its age and needs a bit of a facelift.

The service was exceptional. The property is gorgeous. The location is great. I loved my room. It was large enough for me to do yoga every morning. The floors in the entire property are wood and so this caused a bit of noise when people were getting in and out of their rooms in the morning. The price is exceptional. The staff were great at arranging taxis, tours, food. The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view (and gorgeous staff, too) and the food was nice for a little in between meal snack. I don't know when next I will be in Guatemala City, but I will stay at this property again if I am.

This is a small boutique hotel in a central, safe area of Guatemala City. The staff here are fantastic and go out of their way to ensure your stay is the best it can be. There is a small rooftop restaurant with a delicious breakfast menu as well as many other restaurants nearby.

Loved my stay here. Every staff member was excellent, from the front desk and luggage service to the restaurant. The architecture of the building itself was very unique, I loved how much greenspace and light it incorporated. My room was very clean and new!

The room was very clean (though the cleaning products smelled a tad strong). The staff was all wonderful and we enjoyed eating on the terrace upstairs.

The only thing I wanted to say. There is mold around the sink in the bathroom. We feel safe from it. But I suggest new calk around the sink. We loved the hotel

staff was great, the comunal areas were really nice although they were under construction. Unfortunately I had to leave the property 4 days before my reservation ended due to the fact that the room was filled with humidity, the smell of it was unbearable and I even got sick from the humidity in the room. They offered us a refund but its been 3 weeks and I have had no update.

Clean room

I had a nice stay for one night. The room was comfortable and loved having an iron. Check in was quick. The rooftop restaurant was great and convenient, I was able to have a glass of wine with a view and go to my room. Breakfast was really good. . A couple things could have been better. I arranged for a shuttle from the airport. I was at the back of the plane so it took a long time, long line at the restroom, long line at immigration then I had to fill out a form using a QR code to leave the airport which wouldn't work on my phone. I finally got it to work then another line to get out of the airport. I get to the meeting place and no shuttle. He left because he waited an hour. The bathroom was not clean. The shower had several dead dry bugs and a lot of black hairs in the shower and toilet. Otherwise a pleasant stay

The Room had mold growth the smell is terrible I have upper respiratory problems after expending 20 minutes inside the room I started to feel dizzy and I could breathe I had to go to the pharmacy to buy some allergy medication because the smell of the mold gave me sinusitis and I had to spend more money in booking another hotel for the next day witch was an unnecessary payment because my mistake was prepaid the hotel for 5 nights but the smell of the mold was soooooo terrible that I stayed only one, I tried to tal to Expedia if they could reimburse me at least 3 nights since I had to stay o other hoyuelos but Expedia couldn’t resolve nothing apparently is the hotel policies, my recommendation is book another hotel at the end Expedia and the hotel don’t help you in nothing

El hotel está bien, aunque se siente ruido en la habitación para dormir, lo que no me gustó es que durante mi estadía que era por temas de trabajo, el internet no funcionó bien, y me complicó mucho tener reuniones, supuestamente el hotel cuenta con dos redes wifi, pero ninguna lo suficientemente buena para lograr una video llamada decente

The bed was comfortable, room spacious and clean. My one complaint was that the scent that they were using was overwhelming. As someone who is sensitive to scent it was challenging. Also bring your earplugs as if the people above you are noisy ( mine were) there are hardwood floors and you will hear everything!

Nice hotel in Zona 10. Easy to walk around to various restaurants and bars. Great water pressure in the shower but room, bathroom, and bed a bit small. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people walking around and talking in the morning. Still enjoyed our stay here.

Spacious room, lots of green areas, professional, helpful staff. The AC didnt cool, and room had windows, but didnt open. It was stuffy inside. Water takes a long time to heat up.

Most importantly, I was unable to sleep as the room was advertised as soundproof and was not - you can hear traffic, people on phones, wooden corridors are extremely noisy and even staff at almost midnight shouting around in the corridors to the extent I had to ask them to be quiet. If you value sleep this isn’t for you. During my stay I went twice to reception - firstly to ask about dinner and where the rest isn’t is - no staff in sign and no signage anywhere so in the end I went to the mall around the counter. Secondly, I went to ask about breakfast and again, no one at reception. Luckily another guest was waiting in the lobby and was able to tell me how to get to the restaurant which I would never have found on my own (lack of signage and not any indication in room either about where it is or how to get here - via the parking and an elevator hidden out of sight!) The pros were the location and also the restaurant was actually really nice once it was found. I would not stay again as it was impossible to sleep. Hotels should not lie about soundproofing.

Second time staying here at staff was super welcoming and accommodating. Two things I wasn’t a fan of was the noisy AC I had in my room and the fact that the window to rhe bathroom wasn’t completely shut and transparent which made me worry if people can see in and also mosquitoes coming in

When you look at a map of Guatemala City, you realize that it is a huge place. However, the district the hotel is in is very walkable or a short drive to the nicer shopping areas. All things considered, a good value. The beds are firm, if you like that. There are no refrigerators in the rooms.

No recomendaríamos el hotel solo por la antipatía de la chica que estaba en recepción. ¿Es tan complicado ser amable con los clientes? En general el hotel está bien y la zona donde está ubicado es recomendable. Una zona residencial tranquila en la zona 10. Amplia habitación, cama cómoda. Zonas comunes desaprovechadas. La entrada del hotel es a las 15 horas. Después de 4 horas de viaje en coche llegamos a las 14 horas y tuvimos que esperar 1 hora para que nos dieran la habitación. Amabilidad cero en la atención, cuidado del huesped y simpatía. Ninguna recomendación de la zona o posibles visitas o explicación sobre las instalaciones del hotel. ¿Por qué para subir a la habitación tienes que entrar por el garaje?

No interest in the room at all; gave me the wrong room key and then let me wait in the dark for ten minutes to change the room; no room upgrade at all; terrible guest service

Additionally, there were oversights such as forgetting to arrange our transportation, resulting in a rush to the airport. These lapses in service were disappointing and not reflective of the hotel's standards. Furthermore, there was a noticeable unpleasant odor in the room, particularly in the bathroom, necessitating the closure of doors and opening of windows. Navigating through the city with rideshare services like Uber proved challenging during peak traffic hours, with many drivers canceling trips. This resulted in wasted time and frustration, highlighting the importance of planning outings during off-peak times and seeking recommendations from the front desk. On a positive note, amenities such as the TV, air conditioning, and food quality were commendable. The breakfast offered was satisfying, and the ambiance of the dining area was pleasant. The safe was locked when I arrived, but they opened it promptly. Breakfast was great, very healthy. It's in a fun location as well in Zona Viva within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

The hotel was very pretty and perfect for our quick stay in the city before we went on to explore Guatemala. The staff were very nice and helpful, and helped us with the hotel transfer and a ride to the bus station in the morning. The room was lovely and very clean. We had an amazing dinner at a restaurant that was only a couple of blocks away. We would stay again.

La Inmaculada Hotel in Guatemala City, Zone 10, offers a convenient location near La Aurora airport, complemented by an excellent and accommodating staff. From the initial booking email, the hotel demonstrated a welcoming and helpful attitude, ensuring a great stay. The property is beautiful and well-located, within walking distance of Oakland Place, a large, modern shopping complex. It's also approximately two blocks from La Estación, another smaller mall with great dining options like Fridas Restaurant and Graciela, both of which were excellent! The hotel boasts a beautiful courtyard and an amazing rooftop restaurant on the 4th floor with incredible views and an unforgettable breakfast. The room and property were very clean, and the front entrance security was reassuringly secure.

Great value for the stay! Stayed for a business trip. Very kind and accommodating staff. The Luxury room was large and had plenty of storage, but note no coffee machine or fridge. No place in the shower to place toiletries so they went on the floor. The hot water only lasted a few minutes. Turning on the lights upon entering the room is also not very intuitive. The included breakfast starts at 7 in the hotel restaurant and is made to order-very tasty!
