Breakfast was awesome Pool is small but hot tub was nice Room was great Sorta hard to get to

Sofa pull out was extremely dirty. With food and etc... Front desk wanted to charge 15usd for airport shuttle when I called before and was told hotel had free shuttle to airport.

On check in our first room smelled of smoke so within 10 min we had a new room which was awesome service. Everything about our stay was good, BUT our air conditioner could have used a bit of TLC, the breakfast needs some rotation it was the same thing every morning. And the weight room equipment needs TLC as well along with more then 2 30 pound free weights. Does seem like lots of negatives but very clean hotel, friendly staff and even though really close to busy road it was nice a quiet. And a 2 for 1 beer special every night in the front lounge didn’t hurt either ;) .

The hotub is nice. They have a small pool, bar open till 11pm with a blackjack table. Walkable food nearby

The room was spacious and nice, however the carpets always felt moist and sticky. The experience was definitely not "suites" style/material. The pool and gym were terribly tiny, and the main pool was too cold to swim in. Also, the breakfast when the hotel was ExpressWay I remember being much better and having more options to choose from than what it is now. There was also one staff member there handling the food and restocking the breakfast items that smelled absolutely horrible of body odor like they had not showered in days.

Property very full on our wknd with teenage athletes. Did not use the whirlpool as there was foam on water which was off-putting, but otherwise property well maintained. Very friendly staff!

Don’t advertise that you have a shuttle if you really don’t. They arrange a service for additional $15 and don’t allow you to leave your car parked at the hotel. What do you think I am going to do with my vehicle if I take a “shuttle” from your hotel?

Wonderful. Only 2 issues. Few healthy options for breakfast. And the gym equipment wasnt functioning but Anytime Fitness was only 2 doors diwn, great workout there.

Stayed 3 nights here and used Bismarck as a base to explore North Dakota. Hotel was clean albeit a little tired. Cool indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is grab and go style with microwaveable options for hot food. Small bar area. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Taylor was very kind and friendly upon check in. Beds were great, plenty of towels. If you need extra quiet, ask for a room in the back, or be prepared to use your in room fan to somewhat silence the Xpressway traffic. Hot tub was nice and warm. Thank you.

This is a nice suite motel with well thought out rooms. It was clean and everything was new

Cleanest room I've stayed in in Bismarck so far after trying two others out. Will stay here again.

The breakfast was so-so. It’s been a cold breakfast with a pancake machine. No toast. The room was OK and we had two queen beds, along with the sofa bed. We had three people so the sofa, bed was going to be used. When we pulled away the sofa cushions, it was dirty, and there was all kinds of coins and food crumbs. Disgusting. To top it off, the sofa bed had not been made. There is no sheets, blanket, etc. We called down and they asked us if we’d like to have it made… But it was late. She informed us that the bedding is in one of the drawers. The bedding along with the pillow did not look all that clean or fresh. In any case, it’s a cheap hotel to get what you pay for. It was conveniently located next to the mall, which was great as we were shopping. I’d stay again, but I would not use the sofa bed The hotel at soft could use a little more cleaning in some areas.

Carpet was damp like humidity

Pretty good. Room wasn’t very clean there was left over clothes from other guest behind furniture lists of dust in the corners. Blood on bathroom wall. My toddlers feet were black from walking on the carpet.

I found a bedbug in my room. I took it to the front desk and the guy said he didnt think it was a bedbug and that they had no other rooms available. It was definitely a bedbug. I had bites show up a couple of days later. I had to spend money on preventive measures to ensure I didnt infest the place I was renting starting the following day, as well as laundering all of my clothes. I think the least they could have done was take responsibility. Better than that would have been comping my room as it was quite difficult to sleep once I found the bedbug.

Not cleaned good, bottle of wine left I. Fridge looks like from awhile, lip stick in chair. No tissue, wash cloths and mold around tub. Not happy with this room

Internet connection is horrible

If you stay here, insist on a second floor room. First floor rooms are horribly noisy with people moving around above you. The noise is amplified like crazy and you will not sleep.

Room was clean and very spacious. I had two beds and a sofa bed and there was plenty of room for four of us to hang out. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is always clean, rooms are spotless, and the beds and pillows are amazing.

Bed was better then most places in town, could be a bit softer, pillows where great. My room was very nice and updated with lots of room. I stayed in a King suite. I would stay again.

Rooms are not very sound proof. Lots of noise from the floor above and the hallway

Great hotel, clean and modern. It has a lounge with gambling and TV's. Nice vibe. Neighborhood is questionable and it's right on a very loud boulevard.

Front desk staff was amazing!

Upon arrival, we were greeted and warmly welcomed by the staff. The front desk staff went out of their way to provide information to us as well as put us in a quiet room away from lobby activity on a busy night.

The lobby is clean and beautiful but We had to wait to see if someone would actually come out to check us in as the front desk person was in a back room and there was nothing to announce we needed help and even talking really did nothing to get their attention so we had to stand there awkwardly waiting to see if someone would come out. At first glance the rooms were clean and nice. The main issue came when we decided to go to bed. We booked 2 king suites for 7 people as they include a fold out couch/bed. We have 5 children so we do a girls and boys rooms. We went to pull out the couches. We know generally speaking that the bedding for the pull outs are usually in a closet or dresser. We opened the dresser and found bedding in one room and while they started making up that bed i went to get the other one done. There was nothing in there except a pillow and pillow case. I then went down to the front desk to request bedding for the pull out. First the attendant insisted there should be bedding in the room and didnt want to believe me at first then she handed me a sheet. And when i asked for a blanket she just said, "I can give you another sheet. We are fully booked and we have no extra blankets. Or i could give you a duvet cover(a glorified sheet that just goes around a blanket to keep it clean.)" I took what she gave then had to go dig through my trunk to find blankets we had packed for a different purpose on our current trip(think stadium lap blankets)...

At check in the guy was friendly and kind and helpful!! Rooms were clean quiet and the beds are amazing!! I’ve stayed at this hotel for 10 plus years! While sleeping the fire alarm went off 2x and no smoke no commotion so we went back to sleep. This stay we went to breakfast next door because the breakfast there was nasty!! We came back to get our stuff and check out. We took a min to have birthday cake with my oldest son we don’t se often. In the middle of eating we had a loud long banging on the door. Opened it to find the front desk lady we had just said hello to in the lobby. Yelling at us that check out is in 10 min and after that we are to be charged a half a day and any longer we would be charged a full day, I was shocked and so was my family. So we hurried out and at the front desk we checked out and I asked for my receipt and was to I’d be e-mail it. Like I had paid second class. She never said anything about the fire alarm or sorry for anything! Then I explained to her how a customer should be treated!! Their breakfast was horrible!!! In all the times we have stayed we have never had suck a nasty breakfast!! So if you don’t mind being yelled at and nasty breakfast and fire alarm waking you up 2x you will love your stay here!!

The hotel staff is exceptional. They permitted us to check in early. Gave us excellent advice for lunch. Their in house laundry facilities were perfect and very reasonable. They have a happy hour at 5pm bogo. I would highly recommend staying here.

I would like a refund for this stay. As we were refused to check in on the first day, The by at the front desk told us good luck getting a room anywhere else and was just completely out of line and rude for no apparent reason as we would just wanted to check into our room. they checked us in and did not contact us to tell me that they even check me in. We didn't find out till the next day that I was checked in there and that we had a room there that was ready to be moved into. We would like our money back for at least the first night as we had a check into another hotel and we're charged for that night at expressway suites and we weren't even there as we were refused check in.

Great check in staff. First time at this property. Everything excellent. Would return if in the area.

Clean hotel and room but awful service. We stayed for 5 nights and not once did they clean our room. We specifically asked one day and they cleaned the bathroom and gave fresh towels but did not make the beds. Very disappointing. They stated they were short staffed when we complained and that may have been the reason.

This hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff was quite kind and helpful. Very close to the mall and the zoo. We’ll be back!

The apartment complex behind the hotel seemed a little sketchy. There was a giant pothole in the back of the lot on the way out! That needs to be addressed

The beds were fantastic. Getting into the property is not convenient, you have to go through another business and into an alley way to get to the hotel. There was a wet spot in the carpet in our room. We would stay there again.

The rooms are clean with a nice sitting area in addition to the sleeping area. They have walk in showers which is appreciated. The lobby has a nice bar and breakfast room. The hotel is convenient to freeways and downtown.

Staff was extremely friendly from check in to the lounge in the evening (2 for 1 drinks!) to breakfast in the morning. Honestly they make the stay there. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your stay.

Seems like the property was redone recently. The room we had was painted but there were places where the old paint was visible. The bed was very nice. Elevator was very small, and breakfast options were very limited. Would recommend getting breakfast from somewhere else instead.

Customer service was great from all the staff. They appreciated you being there. The property is a little dated. Breakfast you heated up frozen burritos or sandwich, cereal, coffee juice etc.
