The resort itself was nice. Loved the pool and the cafeteria there. The room however was okay. The room was cute and clean when we got there. We stayed a whole week. Its a small room about the size of a motel. The biggest problem was the housekeeping service. They never changed our sheets the whole week we were there. They only took the trash twice. They never cleaned the floor, and there were crumbs everywhere by the end of the week. The beds were comfy but the pillows were like rocks. There was no support of comfort in the pillows. This made it very hard to get a good nights rest.

Best Value resort on Disney property! Super clean, outstanding customer service. Lots of amenities. Huge heated pool and they even had a summer movie night out at the Big pool. Highly recommend and we will be back.

The Finding Nemo Suite was fun and comfortable. Be sure to keep an eye on the small frig- ours froze up, leaked and some food spoiled. Loved the pool and splash pad and the aerial ride to Hollywood Studios. The cafeteria food is just OK and wildly overpriced like all the food and beverages at Disney. The wait times for the rides at Magic Kingdom were reasonable but Hollywood Studios mismanaged theirs with 2 hour wait times because half of some of the rides were “under maintenance.” And the people with lightning passes just walked by the hundreds in line. Walt Disney would have disapproved of that policy and the employees we talked with did also. Overall, we- especially the 10 and 8 year old- enjoyed this vacation.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was clean and very nice. The on site restaurant had a number options. Since this resort is aimed at children we expected it to be quite noisy but it really wasn't. We would stay there again.

I loved everything about the resort expect for housekeeping. The last day there they started to knock on our door at 7:30am, then again at 8:15 and again at 9:46 and again at 10:15 and again at 10:50. We were leaving on a Disney cruise ship that morning, and checked out at exactly 11am. We had kids in the room and they woke them several times. It was very inconvenient and we felt very rushed to leave when we were not late for check out. Check out was at 11am.

The hotel was fun and nice but no room cleaning every day? Just a "light" cleaning on every second day?? Come on Disney, the covid excuse is no longer acceptable. All hotels in the US and around the world are now back to regular cleanings, this is just an excuse to save money on employees. Unacceptable with a hotel with this price tag! (overpriced by the way, this is not worth the $650 they charge for the room. We were "lucky" to find a lower price but it normally goes for around 600-700 per night...

The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all. She didn't provide us with clear directions in how to get to our rooms. ( the hotel has several buildings). We had to walk a lot and figure it out on our own where our room was located.The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom door hits your needs and the room door is inches away from hitting the bed. Overall it was not a pleasant experience. I will not be returning.

The experience wasn’t the best. We check in past midnight and requested one hour of late check out and they couldn’t even help me with that. When I know for a fact the resort was not completely booked. And then calling me saying I need to vacant the room when I was already out of the room. Employees were not helpful at all.
