All the staff at the hotel were exceptional, ready to help with any plans or needs. We took a pasta making class with their chef and made carbonara, which was delicious and so much fun! The spa was complimentary and it was so relaxing, the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi all included as well as some tea and fruit to enjoy after. We did a couples massage for a fee and it was heavenly! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location near Palazzo Navona. Easy walk to many great attractions and great bars and restaurants. Staff very helpful and friendly. Roof top bar was fine. Nice and clean rooms although a little small bit that’s what you get for being in such great historic buildings. Would use this hotel again.

Really very nice hotel and amazing spa. Great location. Very kind staff. Beautiful good sized, comfortable room and large bathroom (double-sinks). Wish we’d asked for a fan sooner. Can get stuffy without AC (just a European thing). Loved our stay!

This was a perfectly acceptable hotel In every way. The room was not spectacular but comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent and the entire hotel staff was the epitome of excellence. The hotel is all about its location and is in the midst of everything.

Amazing stay in Rome, cannot recommend it enough! The spa was amazing and we used it everyday, it was great after sightseeing and walking. The hotel was beautiful and staff was great! The breakfast every morning was amazing. Also great location, walking distance to all major sites!

The hotel staff very friendly and helpfull with needed information, they had arranged transportation for us from the airport to the hotel and on arrival we were able to check in earlier. I have mixed feelings about this property. I do not think the hotel should be allowed to place customers in rooms with construction happening directly outside. By directly outside I mean there was scaffolding and workers inches away from our window - hammering, sawing, shouting from morning until past 5:30pm. The exterior shutters were inoperable and there was essentially no natural light. The windows could be opened, but that would expose you to dust and more noise. Instead of being able to relax after traveling all day, we felt trapped and claustrophobic. It was so bad we even tried looking for other accommodations at twice the cost, but they refused to refund us. They did move us to another room the next night, but the overall experience and the attitude we received from some of the front desk personnel when requesting a room change left us with a bad taste.

This place was a hidden gem that I couldn't get enough of. We had a mishap with our luggage which unfortunately didn't make it with us. The staff went above and beyond to track the luggage and make arrangements. They were all so kind and amazing and that goes for the entire staff. They would always greet you and were so kind. We loved the daily breakfast and delicious coffee. The place was beautiful and within walking distance to everything. We will absolutely be back.

We got in late due to a flight delay. I notified the hotel I would be checking in late. When I got there they sold my room I prepaid for and said it was non-refundable since I booked through Expedia. They offered to send me to their sister property a few blocks away. They helped roll my luggage to the other property in the middle of the night and the wheel broke on my luggage. The lady at the front desk said she would talk to management about complimentary massages due to the issues. We got massages the next day, but were charged for them at checkout. I asked them to look into this charge and they never got back to me.

This is a hidden gem! Perfect location to walk to many of the attractions. Only a short 15 min ride to the Vatican. The breakfast was complimentary and was so good, best hotel buffet we have ever had. The staff was polite and courteous, and a bonus for us most spoke English.
