We stayed at this hotel because of the pool, traveling with a team of kids. There was no heat in the pool area and it was freezing. Our team kids couldn't use the pool. Also, the two staff members running the continental breakfast in the morning were over the top. Made a very rude comment to me and did not treat other team parents well when asking for something that ran out or was low. They guard the breakfast area and take their jobs very seriousness.

This recently updated Hampton Inn is very clean and comfy. Great pool and fitness center. The free breakfast was outstanding. The two staff members who manned breakfast were so kind and helpful and kept everything clean and well stocked. Best free breakfast I’ve seen and most lovely breakfast staff. Overall a great value.

Would like a guest laundry option or reminder that a take out fluff & fold service was available before the last day. I washed my own clothes in the shower and used a hairdryer to partially complete the process.

No tub, outlet didnt work for microwave, had to pull it out and put in a diffrent spot, no shower gel in the dispenser, no shuttle service, exercise room was a joke, 2 out of 3 treadmills worked, no cups for water, no place to put the dirty towels after your done using it, cant get to the lobby from the stairway def should put a sign up on each level for that, this place was annoying for 153$. I wont be back.

Room was fantastic (King with refrigerator) - perfect size. The property was current and not outdated. My last stay at a Hampton Inn in Columbus was very disappointing because the facility was run-down and trashy. The only thing we did not like was the elevator - it was super-slow and held us up. We opted to take the stairs but you can't access the lobby from the stairs. We had to go outside and walk around the building to get back into the lobby.

The front desk staff are the only thing that make this place shine, truly. Super inviting and helpful. They also gave us a 1 p.m checkout after hearing how far we traveled that day. Coffee available 24/7. However, the rooms were gross honestly. The headboard had stains and fluid residues on it. The toilet had unflushed urine in it. And house keeping left partially used lotions and soaps from prior guests setup to use for our stay. Probably won't stay here again.

absolutely disgusting they devil charge my card. It was so gross there. There was roaches everywhere. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. I live a $200,000 home and had to get an exterminator after bringing my suitcases home.

We stayed for one night. We found a bed bug on our bed and I put it into a ziploc bag and gave it to the front desk. They said they would let the manager know. We had to put all of our belongings in trash bags and spend the rest of our day washing everything at home.

Very friendly staff. When we first checked in and got to our room our sheets had stains on them, it almost looked like blood. I immediately went back down and requested room service. By the time we got back from dinner everything was changed and clean. Other than that we had a really good stay.

Hotel staff, specifically " Mo" at the front desk, was extremely well spoken, efficient and friendly. Literally the best customer service I have encountered in years. Hotel was also extremely clean, breakfast options were great, room was exceptionally clean with comfortable bed. Price was very good considering what hotels are charging lately. Will stay here again when in columbus area, especially near osu and Clintonville area.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. However, there was so much noise that it was difficult to sleep. The doors to the rooms are so heavy and very loud when they close. The toilet flushes with enough force that it sounds like it's being sucked out into space and it was easy to hear toilets being flushed in other rooms. I had to unplug the fridge because it hummed and clicked loudly.

The one issue we had was the fact that you could hear all the doors slamming closed in the morning, sound proofing of the rooms is lacking. There was a group of young people that checked out first thing Saturday morning & it was a minimum of 8 doors slamming closed before 7am. Not what ya want when you’re trying to sleep in for a change. Also for morning breakfast buffet you had to ask front desk for water. None readily available in the buffet area. So if you didn’t know to ask you had zero water. The breakfast bar attendant also refused to make more vanilla waffle batter when there was still a half an hour of breakfast buffet time available…she said “sorry but I’m not making more”. Then proceeded to grumble & complain the whole time she worked the buffet area. 😐

The room did not have curtains and was on the east side of the building. The sun was in our room at 6:30 am and it was very hard to sleep. Please put curtains in the rooms to block out the sun.

Clean property with spacious rooms. I reserved a king suite, but even for a suite, it was a large room. Very clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast was your typical offerings but still nice and well stocked. I took advantage of the Hilton app with this stay which allowed us to check in before arriving, being able to select which room we wanted and to use my phone as a room key. The location was just a quick drive to OSU campus and activities.

Exceptionally clean and quiet. Room was in excellent condition and no equipment issues. Heating and cooling were excellent. Only fault was lack of hot water to the room over a 3 day period. Could only get like warm after 10-15 minutes.

The room refrigerator was not working on initial occupancy of the room. I contacted the front desk who sent up maintenance; he was very helpful and came immediately to turn "on" the refrigerator. After one hour that did not work and I returned to front desk and said the refrigerator was still not cold and maintenance brought us a replacement refrigerator.

The only problem is that you have to notify the service a day before to clean and make your room. We arrived at 3:00 and asked for the room to be cleaned daily as we were be staying four nights and las time 6months ago happened the same. I can understand COVID issues at the time but now shouldn’t happen. The only made the room twice

I reserved and paid in full for a two bed room. When I arrived they said that THEY overbooked and because I had booked thru Expedia that they changed our room put us in a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa! Otherwise they would have just cancelled my reservation! All because THEY overbooked. So basically take the room otherwise I would have to start looking for another hotel at 8 pm. The pull out sofa had no pillows and no blanket. Just sheet cover and thin blanket in closet. I called upfront to request two pillows and a blanket, they told me to come down and get it. When I went down to get them they said that they don’t have any and I would have to wait for the staff to go look for a blanket and pillows. He did find pillows and blanket but this whole experience was unacceptable. I paid for two beds but I had to sleep on a very uncomfortable sofa bed. Lost a customer.

Stayed here while in town for a concert. Although the hotel was very busy, we had a nice stay and breakfast was great! I want to personally thank Reagan at the front desk for helping me after I realized I left my wallet in the room. I live 3 hours away and was worried that I’d have to drive down to retrieve it, but she helped me figure out the best way to ship it back and made sure to handle it personally. I got it the other day and am extremely grateful.

The hotel itself was very good; clean, good service, somewhat friendly. The problem for us was we had to drive to go downtown, to eat in a nice restaurant or go to the soccer stadium. But if that’s not an issue for you, there are food chains nearby and it is a short drive to the city.

Excellrnt services, staff very friendly. Delicious continental breakfast lots to choose from. Love the shampoo and conditioner offer in the shower. Hand-soap is also offer, just wish they would have had shower gel in the shower. Hotel is very clean great stay love the noon check out.

Nobody cleaned my room until day 2. Parking lot lighting was so bright, and curtains were too short to block it. The cooked breakfast foods were terrible and hair was spotted in the eggs. I love Hampton Inn but I’ll never stay at this one again.

The service was great but the bed in the room was horrible. We were able to change rooms for our 2nd night and it was a lot better. The breakfast on Sunday was bad and they ran out of food and closed up 20 minutes early so we didn’t get to eat.
