No significant complaints. Good value for money here. I wish the room was a tad more spacious and the hallways definitely showed significant signs of wear, but otherwise, clean, safe, comfortable. Rooms are small, but that's Tokyo. Super central location. 2 minute walk to metro line that connects to many main Tokyo lines. Would stay here again.

The location is really convenient, two metro stations are in a few minutes walking distance. In the area are many restaurants, cafes and a few convenience stores. The Hotel is clean and has vending machines, ice dispensers and microwaves on a few Floors. The rooms themselves are small but you can still manage to open and close your suitcase. The rooms also have everything you could need, you technically don't have to bring your toothbrush, razor, shampoo and lotion. Overall very convenient and i would recommend! :)

The staff were friendly and close to a train station but wouldn’t stay at this APA hotel again. The rooms and hallways were extremely outdated compared to other APA hotels, and compared to the recently renovated lobby. They might be updating soon, but in October 2025, it was not good. If you sleep warm, and like the AC on, be warned it might be a “heat day”. If it’s cold outside, the hotel will not let you use the AC. They program the thermostat to just stay on heat. When I asked the front desk about it, since I thought it was broken, they said it was a “heat day”. It was overcast the whole time we were there so most of the days we did not have the thermostat on since it was only “heat”. Additionally, the bathrooms had mold in it. The first day we checked in, the next day, they were performing bathroom maintenance. That wasn’t an issue, but nothing seemed to have changed. Shower head tubing was leaking extremely bad whenever we used it. I’m sad about this experience because I like APA hotels but just wouldn’t stay at this location again. (Leaving 3 stars because I do not like leaving 2)

Air conditioner was limited to "heat" setting only. Room got very hot at night in the heat of April. Room cleaning was not very good. Dusty room that kept being dusty. Bed sheets was changed daily. Toilet light was defect and turned off randomly when used. Nice location, cheap room, small bed.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, in a very lovely area with an easy commute to almost everywhere. Do note that the room is pretty small and occasionally when the weather gets cold the room’s AC automatically changes to heating which you have no control of ( I bring this up bc this might be a deal breaker ) but if you have no issues with that you’d definitely enjoy your stay.

My room was dirty, bathroom floor was sticky. I as the front desk if the could clean it. The person told me that he was going to change my room. When I came back there was a young lady that told me no. I told her that it wasn’t me that requested it. I just wanted someone to clean it. It was a no to that. My room also smell like an ashtray

Pros: helpful front desk staff, close walk from train station and variety of food options Cons: we booked the double room which was very small (even by NYC hotel standards), and should only be for a solo traveler, as there was pretty much no room to move between my partner and i with our 2 suitcases and the full size desk in the room.

Really liked this hotel. Nothing extravagant, just a nice clean hotel close to the station and plenty of food options. Pretty small rooms by American standards but that’s not a bad thing or a negative for the hotel. Just mentioning for other Americans who may be reading. If you’re staying in the room with another guest, make sure you really like that person because it’s a tight space.

We stayed at three different APA motels during our Japan trip, in each, we had booked a double room, the first two APA hotels were great however this hotel in particular was horrendous. Our double room was considerably smaller than the double room we had at the two previous APA motels. The positioning of the room was extremely inconvenient, with the TV being to the left of the bed on the wall so you can’t even lay in bed watching tv really. The door stop was nailed into the ground at the end of the bed and the amount of times we stubbed our feet on this!! The shower was leaking, barely anywhere to put our luggage (other hotels we could store it under the bed) We asked twice for a new room, not to be upgraded but to be moved to another double room however they would not do this without charging us extra. The check in process was annoying, having to do it ourselves on a self service checkin which caused problems when our reservation couldn’t be found. We were constantly hearing what was happening in the hallway and when the cleaners were cleaning, right outside our room door was all the dirty washing etc which was frustrating. The room itself had its issues in presentation, multiple marks on the mirror, carpet coming apart, wall paper scratches etc. we weren’t impressed with this APA HOTEL and they were not very accommodating when I wanted to change rooms considering we were there for 7 nights.

Not all staff members speak and understand English, But they try and use Google Translate. So I truly appreciate that. My stay was comfortable and I had easy access to transportation. APA hotel is just 5mins away from the train station. They would also help you book airporter so you can send your luggage to the airport or to your next hotel

Great place to stay near subway lines/stations at an affordable rate! The staff were very friendly. They also offer breakfast (for an extra fee), which made it easy to grab a bite to eat before the start of the day. The rooms are a bit tight for two people, I would say the rooms are a good size for a solo person in the room (considering needing space for luggage). Though overall a great stay!

Italian restaurant attached at lobby. Very quaint. Easy listening music. Nice staff. Breakfast buffet in the morning, if purchased. Sufficient quantity; reasonable priced. Comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Bath towels changed everyday. I have been at this hotel 3 or 4 times. It is well managed. I will continue to use this site when I visit Tokyo. Maximum of two city blocks walking distance from the Metro subway station. Two major subway lines - one line to Tokyo Station; other line, to Ginza shopping area.

En este hotel hay muchos puntos negativos, en la ciudad mas grande del mundo donde los hoteles se ocupan por turistas, es increíble que los desayunos empiecen a las 7 am y por lo tanto no podemos desayunar antes de un tour, el único dia que lo aprovechamos vimos la baja calidad que tienen los alimentos, el hotel es viejo, la cama es aguada y vieja y las sabanas no tienen resorte y se salen, el lugar es diminuto y no bien aprovechado por que colocan una mesa con una silla y un banco en el único mini pasillo que hay y que bloquea el armario, estuvimos en un hotel Mas pequeño en Kyoto y el espacio estaba mejor aprovechado. Yo pague 3 noches y es tan incomodo que me fui una antes a dormir mas cómoda al aeropuerto. Tampoco nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitación por que debes avisar y eso nadie nos lo explico. No te ponen botella de agua cada noche, solo la primera noche. Además afuera de nuestro cuarto estaban siempre las bolsas de ropa sucia y basura que recolectaban durante el día de las habitaciones El único punto a favor es la localización pero aun así NO LO RECOMIENDO POR QUE LA SUCIEDAD ES INTOLERABLE.
