I had a very pleasant stay at this clean and well-maintained hotel. The location is absolutely excellent—within easy walking distance to a train station, supermarkets, a temple, and plenty of shopping areas. A huge plus point for me was the room amenities; having an induction cooker with utensils, a washing machine, and a dryer made the stay incredibly convenient. The TV was also huge and had easy access to YouTube, which was great for unwinding. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downsides were related to the room layout on the 3rd floor. The room wasn’t particularly spacious, and because the sofa was quite large, we couldn't fit two large pieces of luggage on the floor and had to leave them on the sofa instead. Replacing it with a slightly smaller sofa would free up a lot of practical floor space. Furthermore, the room had an odd shape with several sharp corners on the ceiling, which didn't offer the best fengshui or comfort for me. That being said, the positives far outweigh the negatives. Staff in the hotel are very helpful and courteous, most of them are well versed with English which makes communication easier for Singaporeans. I will definitely book here again for my next trip, but I will certainly request a higher floor with a more standard, square room layout without the sharp ceiling angles!

We were truly amazed at the size of the room, by Japanese hotel standards it was massive! The room amenities were very welcome, especially the washer\dryer and the fully equipped kitchen was a welcome surprise. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and will help you in any way possible to make your stay enjoyable, we will definitely be staying there again on our subsequent trips to Tokyo. 👏👏👏👏👏

I usually do do not give a 100% Starr rating to anything, but I have stayed at this hotel before and have always found it to be excellent clean rooms wonderful staff I have a kitchen and a laundry right in my room and I enjoy it if I could buy an annual pass or get a discount or whatever it is from this hotel, it would be a wonderful pleasure. I recommend this hotel to anyone that will ask me thank you to all the wonderful staff. 👍❤️
