It’s in a convenient location, but building and amenities are very old. It is good if you just need a place sleep and not planning to stay inside.

Very old hotel, facilities are very out of date and not in good condition.

The staff is friendly and helpful and always ready to help and the location is perfect. However, the rooms leave much to be desired and - in the summer - the poor quality of the air conditioning makes the conditions inside the room nearly unbearable. Otherwise a decent hotel for short-term stays

一般東京酒店相同，房間比較細，大行李箱開不到，衣架4個，乾衣機用了一個小時，還未乾透，又沒有其他地方可以晾衣。

Stayed in the triple room for 8 nights. It can easily accommodate 4 persons. Hair brush cotton buds razor provided at Recep MacDonald 24 hours literally across the road. Lawson and Tully are just downstairs. Station is downstairs only heard fire engine once at about 1 am on 1st night stayed on 13th highest floor facing main road but no noise at all. Very clean carpet and bed. Room cleaning very good. Thin Bathrobe double up as sleeping gown. Material felt soft and snuggly. Pillow has beads on one side and cotton on the other. Very thoughtful of hotel. Bathroom is typically small but room is spacious room is bright with day and night curtains bath slippers changed everyday air freshener bottle provided self svc washing machine 400 yen for 1 hour wash. Dryer 100 yen for 30 min 2 sets per floor. Clean applicances no one using when I was there. Fire engine sirens could be heard a few times at night and through the night but it’s not piercing to the ears. Sometimes no sirens at all. Kind of soothing sound. Mini fridge is cold. Heater aircon is working very well. No safe but hotel provides safe keeping service. One mention is the bidet. If it doesn’t work, lift the remote control off the holder and hold it near you and it will work.

Priceworthy, good for the price but old facilities.

LOCATION: Very convenient right across a subway line. A station away from Shinjuku so centric but away from chaos. Several restaurants nearby and the coffee shop next door was great! Very easy to get to from HND airport. ROOM: The room was “Tokyo-small”. Full size bed, small restroom, mini fridge, small desk. Space under bed to pull our luggage in and out. It was two adults, female 5”1 XS and male 5”11 M; we fit just fine in the bed and traveled with one carry-on and two backpacks, which also fit fine. ((I saw comments about the rooms “definitely” not being for two people, the room could be uncomfortable for larger people and larger suitcases. The restroom was tight for the male occupant)). Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was clean, no smoke smell, natural light through the window was a plus. AMENITIES: Basic lobby, elevator from first floor to lobby on 2nd floor, additional elevator for the other floors. Coin laundry in 3/4th floors (30 min wash for ¥400, 30 min dry for ¥100). STAFF: Friendly staff, very welcoming. They stored our luggage in the morning until our check in, and they helped us ship our luggage to our next hotel in Onomichi (cash only for this service as they pay a 3rd party) Overall I’d stay there again. This hotel worked out great for us!

The entire room was so dirty i couldnt stay there, it had stains all over the mattress, the bathroom smelled like urine and vomit.

Black mold in tiny bathroom, roo.s are too small and humid, the bed comforter a d pillows were nasty/dirty/hard. Dont use the bidet it is filthy and disgusting

The hallways were dirty, massive stained floors. There was some chocolate balls in the hallway which were there on the day I checked in, 3 days later it it was still there, and the cleaners had put their cleaning bags right next to it.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the subway and the shops. It is also neat and tidy with excellent house keeping.

Clean rooms that were expertly made up every day. The hotel also offers a luggage shipping service which was very convenient. Since it was our first time using such a service we didn’t know how it worked. The employee explained it and was very patient with us. Will be visiting again!

Good location - 15 minute walk to main Shinjuku station and a subway right next door. The room given on check in was at the front of the hotel and very noisy so we could not sleep, we asked to change rooms and no problem they moved us to the back of the hotel. The room was very small but I believe this is standard in Tokyo.

因酒店沒有冷氣提供只得暖氣，而本人不太受到暖氣，雖然酒店職員建議我開窗，但因晚晚均有消防和救護車不斷經過，導致本人未能有一晚可以安睡

Clean and small, noise isolation was so bad, we heard a lot of noise from street. Definitely need ear plugs to sleep every night.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Great location, very convenient for many things. The rooms are very small, like college dorm rooms. The beds are very hard and hard on the back. I’d rather sleep on the floor. The pillows are equally as hard. The bathroom, especially the shower is bite sized. Literally half a shower.

立地は良い、1階にタリーズとローソンが有るのは便利だがフロントが2階に有りエレベーターもあるが少し不便、WiFiが殆ど使えないこれはめちゃくちゃ不便です。

The double (single use) room that I had was tiny-- I barely had room to open one of my suitcases on the floor. Underneath the bed and behind the desk looked like they've never been cleaned, but the actual top of both were comfortably clean when I checked in. The bathroom came with liquid bath soap and shampoo, which was great, although the dispensers had them caked onto the bottom, which was kind of gross. The bidet remote's chain was broken, but it worked fine. The area in Shinjuku (and near Kabukicho) has sirens and accompanying loudspeaker announcements until 2 or 3 in the morning some days of the week, and the room was not soundproof from the outdoors. On the other hand, I didn't have any issues with noise from neighboring rooms in the same building. The internet worked well. Guests (who aren't signed up for the room) aren't technically allowed, but the staff didn't seem to enforce it strictly, despite the signage. There's no non-emergency staircase, so you'll have to wait for the elevator every time you come or go. I'd recommend this place if you're on a budget and you want convenient access to Tokyo.

Hotel was clean,staff nice. The hotel was right by a train entrance. The only problem was the room was so small,no room for luggage we ended up putting them under the bed.

Badrummet var så litet så det köndes som vi kommit till en båt. Men det är frukosten som drar ner betyget. Usel frukost på ett ställe bredvid hotellet. Smörgås i påse och det ingick ingen juice bara kaffe och te. Läget på hotellet var bra men alldeles för små rum. Inget vi rekommenderar.

Good Location. Train station nearby is a great amenity. Staff were helpful and kind and spoke basic English.

At the reception they have an employee of Indian or Pakistani origin, who made fun of my poor english. Nor should they hire that poor type of staff in the hotel. the rooms are very small.

Stayed here for 2 Tokyo trips now. Still my favorite hotel to visit, staff is friendly and helpful, luggage delivery is available and this hotel is right next to the train station, like 5 steps from the door. Highly recommend if you're looking for a budget friendly option.

Very polite and efficient staff

Our flight was due to be in on Monday but it got in on tuesday we talked to the front desk and explained what happened and they told us they would only charge for three days. After we checked out, a new front desk lady argued with us about how we are going to be charged the full 4 days. After arguing with them about how we were told we would only be charged three days she said to reach out to Hotels.com and tell them to submit a refund for the a day and they would approve it. We did that and Hotels.com is saying the hotel will not approve it even though we were told by the hotel they would approve it. Either the hotel or hotels.com is lying and I am requesting a one day refund.

Convenient for underground and 7 eleven close by. Room did have an odour like smokers had used the room and windows couldn’t be opened. Road outside was busy with emergency vehicle sirens on occasion, but would still recommend.

Easy walking distance to trains and bus stations. Many bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Would choose this hotel again due to a really great location. Just on top of a subway station granting easy access to various places in the city. Furthermore the street just outside also had local restaurants, convenience stores and other possibilities for shopping. The room and bed was small, but it seems like it’s the same for most places in Tokyo (or Japan). The bed could have been a tiny bit more soft. Otherwise, good level of cleanliness. We did experience the window to not be completely tight which caused some sickness on our vacation. Would recommend for the hotel to make window openings more tight

The best thing was the location. Right next door to the metro, a short walk to Kabukicho and the centre of Shinjuku

Perfect location

The hotel's best feature is that it is literally right next to a good train station. Room was small, normal for Tokyo, but it was very clean, tidy and in pristine condition. The main road in front of the hotel can get loud at night, so if you can try getting a room in a higher floor and facing to the back of the building that would make the room extremely quiet as was my case. In general the staff are very helpful and kind.

Great area! Close walking distance to many areas and transportation

Location is 10/10, with the Higashi-Shinjuku train station next door to the hotel, loads of restaurants, 7/11s, and a coffee house nearby. Perfect for location and walking distance to Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

Didn’t like the breakfast compared to other hotels. Wasn’t as nice overall condition of the other hotels I stayed in Tokyo. I think you end up paying more to stay in Shinjuku and get less for your money.

The workers here are awesome!!! The room is tiny like a train room. We are not tall and our knees hit the door in the bathroom. The condition of the hallway is not so nice, as carpets look dirty or stained. The breakfast is at Tully's and you choose a drink and a food (one french toast, or hotdog, or a sandwich). Rated this place as ok because staff are great. Location is good. Would not stay here again though.

O local é estratégico. A equipe de atendimento , composta por 3 funcionários muito solícitos, foi de uma amabilidade muito grande. O café da manhã não é servido no hotel, sendo que vc compra um vale com um desconto na recepção do hotel. O Tullys Café que tem no térreo vende café ( tinha inclusive do Brasil), sanduíches e outras opções tais como Donuts, cinamon roll, etc. E tinha o matcha Latte,muito bom também. O preço compensou. Recomendo!

O quarto era muito pequeno, porém a localização era ótima. Café da manhã bem, mas bem básico,.levando em conta o valor adicional na tarifa sem café da manhã.

This was our first time staying in a different area of Shinjuku. The property was located next to a metro which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions and with shipping our luggage to Toyama. The rooms were clean and quiet. I loved that we were next to a Tully's, McDonalds, Lawsons, and Don Quixote. There were a ton of restaurants in the area as well. It was a short walk to see Godzilla in Shinjuku and it gave us a chance to explore another side of Tokyo.
