Tokyu Stay Meguro Yutenji was home to us for almost 3 weeks and we were very happy with the experience. The rooms were slightly larger than those of other Tokyo hotels we’ve stayed in the past, we enjoyed the daily free coffee and hot chocolate, the lobby was small but charming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Another aspect of this property we loved was the location. The quiet residential neighborhood was a big plus and there were a number of convenience stores, good restaurants, even shops in the immediate area. It was also conveniently located just minutes from Yutenji station. Definitely on our list of nice places to stay when in Tokyo.

Tokyu Hotel Yutenji was clean and located at a convenient location. The thing I love this hotel the most is about people. The staff members are so kind and attentive. They have a coffee machine and we can have cup of coffee anytime we want. They provide different kinds of tea bag. There are books we can read at Front Desk area and they have a nice cute book marks for souvenirs for free. I love those detailed services. I hope I can book this hotel for my next trip to Japan.

Das Zimmer war staubig und dreckig. Flecken auf dem Teppichboden, Schimmelflecken in der Küche, eine Staubschicht auf der Leselampe. Ich würde in diesem Hotel nicht noch einmal bleiben wollen, auch wenn die Lage ausgezeichnet ist und die Nachbarschaft alles bietet was man benötigt.

I had a wondering stay here. The room was immaculately clean. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Very close to the Yutenji station and easy to get into Shibuya. I would love to stay here again.

3日間お世話になり、ありがとうございました。【良かった点】・いつも廊下で会うお掃除スタッフの女性の方が　　　感じ良くて好印象(^-^) ・洗濯機があるのは、とても便利！・駅から近いのに、静か。・駅出てすぐにスーパーや居酒屋がある。【困った点・改善して欲しい点】・せっかく洗濯機があるのに、物干しロープ等がないので、干し場に困った。・カーペットの汚れ染み。入室した瞬間に目がいくので、非常に残念。・クッションに長い髪の毛が付いていたり、ベッドや浴槽にも短い髪が落ちていて不快。・ベランダ側の窓付近のホコリが気になる。以上です。

The location is excellent and it's nice having a washer/dryer . The kitchenette is useful in theory but with two people staying there we found the room is so small I can't imagine using it and eating a meal at home. The main gripe for me is the cleanliness of the room. There were many visible stains on the carpet and walls and the bathroom constantly smelled of mildew. It was hard to feel at home in these conditions

This hotel is very comfortable, well equipped rooms with laundry, only hotel in a great neighbourhood. If you want a high end hotel this isn't for you but if you want a reliable place to rest your head without any trouble that's close to transportation and good neighbourhoods then consider this place. I plan to stay here again next time I am in Tokyo.

I loved my stay at the hotel. It’s not fancy but has everything you need and more, I found the bed really comfortable (firm) and having a microwave was great with the supermarket nearby. I loved the area- there are so many places to eat and when I wanted a busier area it was 3 stops to Shibuya on the frequent local train. I would certainly stay here again.

Love the neighborhood! Very quaint and refreshing from the tourist heavy places. The bedsheet are clean. I really want to give it a better review. Staff are not very friendly when we checked in. The place is really outdated, and don’t trust the photo. We moved away before our reservation ends, would not recommend this hotel. It’s really not a hotel, more like a motel?

The biggest room I ever had in Tokyo during my 13 visits. Haveing you own washing maching, smal lstove and microwave was very useful since I stayed 19 night. The area around the hotel was quite, with many nice restaurants and a couple of bars to visit. Cleaning only once a week unless requested, which was fine for me, but maybe not suitable for everyone.

The service was very reliable and went out of their way to accomodate me. I also enjoy the washing machine in the room and was convenient. The only things I was not satisfied about were the pillows were not as comfy and had some trouble sleeping on them. I also didn't enjoy the washing machine's drying function as it didn't seem to dry at all. I had to walk to a nearby coin laundry to dry them.

The staff was tremendously swift in replying to and assisting me. The room was clean and perfect for a two-week trip. It was extremely hot and humid, so having a washer and dryer in the room was necessary. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the station (very convenient). What I loved about this stay was that it was in a residential area but steps away from small shops and restaurants and the metro system. One stop away from Naka-meguro and a few from shibuya. Highly recommend!
