Location is excellent, 2 minutes out the back gate to Cuba Street, shops, restaurants, free parking. The Manager and housekeeping were very helpful. Negatives were that when I used the laundry the amounts quoted for the washer & dryer were not clear about what coins to use. I had to clean a huge amount of lint from the dryer before using it. The shower had a combined body wash & hair wash as one which did not work.

This is absolutely central Wellington, it is so easy to walk around, it is safe (a gated parking area) and the parking is very good (I had a large ute). There is a supermarket within 5 minutes walk, multiple eateries in the Cuba street precinct literally just around the block. Excellent checkin, so easy, friendly and helpful.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was great. The room was dated, especially the bathroom. Cleanliness wasn't a factor. The shower head was covered in line scale and the vent hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, the window latches were broken and blinds falling apart. There was also hair all through the carpet of the entire unit. This was supposed to be an executive suite, but they didn't service it, the towels were mismatched and the 'complimentary' soap and shampoo etc was an all in one dispenser which also hadn't been cleaned. Would stay again for the parking and location only and definitely wouldn't pay for a room upgrade..

Very good in terms of location and staff service. Just as an observation, there is no complete cleaning of the place during your stay, only a change of towels, but the rest of the service is very good. Many thanks to the very attentive staff.

Good location but that was about where the good ended.. Was overpriced, dirty, curtains hanging off walls, bed was one that pulls down from the wall with thin mattress and wasn’t attached to the wall properly so bed banged against the wall with every movement. Room was huge so not sure why they didn’t have a normal bed.. Toilet seat was delaminating, floor tiles were cracked and broken, the kitchen bench had burn marks all over it and was dirty. Floor was dirty and towels looked like they hadn’t been replaced in 20 years. Both the couch and chairs had no sponge left so stay was very uncomfortable. Stayed for 4 nights and all house keeping did was empty my bin.. I was traveling for business and won’t be back..

That there were dirty cutlery draw and oven. They did not have any handles to hold on to when climbing in or out of deep bath. Tile grouting was moldy and floor edges were dusty. Someones dirty sox under sofa and blocks of wood stabilizing the couch.

Easy check in and underfloor heating in the bathroom was a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The location was really good. The stairway up to the upper level was filthy. The curtains in the lounge area were falling down. Not the cheapest either, but all in all it was a good stay.

Lots of mould in bathroom, shower curtain, around the taps and soap hair/body wash dispenser, mould smell when the taps turned on, no hand soap in the bathroom. Single bed very uncomfortable. Crunchy carpet in spots in the down stairs room. Not worth the room price. Central location which is nice and reception was friend. Easy online booking.

Noisy at night & early morning but this is to be expected in the heart of a major city. Property is tired & amenities dated.My examples:Sofa in the lounge had no springs in the seat so you sink into, what I think must be, a sofa bed & mould stained grouting in the bathroom. These are minor issues however,and believe the price paid is commensurable. Great if you are just staying for the night whilst in-transit.

Very convenient location. Hosts were very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, and the onsite parking included is worth it's weight in gold! Our 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious, plenty of room for 5 of us, with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were dark and felt dingy. Terrible WiFi, it was none existent most of the time. The rooms were noisy from neighbouring guests, from the bars down the street, and the RV park right next door. Also, if you have a car it’s pot luck trying to find a parking space in the Motel grounds. The motel’s only saving grace was it’s location close to the CBD.

Our room wasn’t ready for check in until over an hour after we arrived (which was about 15 mins after advertised checkin time). And the main bed was a fold down bed- not very comfortable at all, nor was the fold out sofa bed. We would recommend changing the bed for a “normal” mattress and base. Otherwise the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The location was great. A stone’s throw away from Cuba Street. And close to many attractions. There was free parking which was a great plus for the motel. The furnishing was a bit rundown. Needs to be spruced up. There is loud traffic noise but it’s intermittent in the morning. There was no TV in the bedroom, must have been taken away to be repaired.

Functional accommodation right in the heart of Wellington, close to Cuba Street and Lambton Quay. The free parking so close to the city centre is a huge bonus. Staff were extremely friendly and called me immediately when they realised I had left something behind in my room. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

Great location with easy access to motorway and ferry terminal. On site parking was great and we appreciated the lifts with our room being on the 3rd floor. Due to my guest arrangement I had to sleep in a single bed and it was extremely soft and uncomfortable similar to sleeping in a hammock. I would stay here again!
