Det var et virkelig smukt og lækkert sted, og nemt at finde. Dog manglede der en prop i badekaret og man skulle ned for at hente den. Derudover er vaskemaskinen ikke i samme bygning og man skal have små mønter for at kunne betjene den.

The air conditioning unit is on the ground floor, so it does absolutely nothing to cool the bedroom on the mezzanine floor. The only way we could manage to keep the room cool enough to sleep was to always keep the blackout curtains closed during our stay. Other than that, the apartment is very clean and has basic kitchen equipment. It is in a large residential complex with a laundry, gym and pool. It has a good location for central Santiago shops and museums.

Foi sensacional esses dias no Park Plaza Hotel, muito bem localizado, perto do centro, mas em uma região mais calma em termos de barulho. Dá pra ir andando ao charmoso bairro Lastarria. Logo quando cheguei precisava conectar um aparelho de codificador de canais à uma rede wi-fi individualizada e em algumas horas eles providenciaram um ap que me atenderia melhor nesta questão. Tem um supermercado quase dentro do prédio que facilita tudo. Instalação charmosa e ambiente delicioso para estar.

The Loft is great for long stay, loads of space and kitchen area very good. Nice to have laundry room for travellers like us - would be great if it had a changing coin machine. Area around felt a bot unsafe due to homeless people. Although it is very central and easy to walk everywhere.

O apart hotel é muito bom, limpo, organizado, espaçoso, uma geladeira com um bom espaço e destaque é para na TV havia muitos canais de TV fechada. No prédio tem uma lavanderia. A localização é também é muito boa. Importante registrar toda a presteza, educação e simpatia dos atendentes na recepção, nota dez pra todos eles.

Estávamos de passagem, apenas uma noite, no geral o ap. É bom, cama confortável, chuveiro bom e quente, única coisa que se não posicionar bem o chuveirinho o banheiro alaga todo e não tem um ralo para escoamento da água. O quarto era bem grande o que dificultou o aquecimento rápido do quarto. Única coisa que NÓS não gostamos foi a questão do estacionamento, fica num prédio ao lado que não tem um acesso tão fácil.

Wonderful location, very walkable. Apartment is great, and staff are very friendly. Locals warned about security in the area but it always felt safe. The only issue I had was with the gym, which is very limited. There are few machines and not in very good shape. It’s a hassle to get in. The laundry can also be a hassle. But otherwise the apartment is great!

I would stay here again. Parking is accessible. There is a grocery near by. I liked the 2-levels with the stairs and kitchen. It is a decent distance from the metro. Nice place!

Great location, walkable to the key tourist sights. I had the loft which was spacious and had a wonderful view overlooking the Andes in the backdrop. The furnishings were a bit old but it didn’t bother us. Fantastic value for money. Very happy with the accommodation. The reception lady of the night shift was very helpful.

We stayed in a loft apartment and had a wonderful time. The loft was spacious and clean and included a full kitchen with two balconies, one mini (maybe 1m²) and one full. It did not include cleaning during the stay, but you can restock toiletries and towels at the front desk. If you have trouble with stairs, the loft isn't a good choice because the sleeping space and bathroom are upstairs. The location is within walking distance to several metro and bus stops, Plaza de Armas, Catedral de Santiago, La Moneda, and more. We had no concerns about safety other than the usual issues that any major city has.

Near subway. Comfy bed. Lots of dinning options close by. Decent kitchen but there were no forks and knives, though there was a kitchen knife. The veranda door didn’t close properly and there was a large gap, letting in cold air. It got into the low 30s at night. Maintanance fixed it up but I wish I didn’t have to ask them to fix it. The room was quiet enough for me even though it was facing the street.

This review is for a loft. Lofts are very spacious, with comfortable beds, full kitchens and clean, functional bathrooms. Mine was on the 12th floor of a highrise building with very nice view. An A/C unit, located at the bottom level was used to heat the unit (I was there during winter). It was adequate for a comfortable sleep. The building has key entry and a doorman, so safety was good. The location is very central, right next to Santa Clara hill. The immediate surroundings felt a bit seedy but Lastarria at was less than 5 minutes walk away. The property is a bit dated and somewhat worn but, for the price, I think it represents excellent value.

Great place in great location. Walkable to restaurants, grocery, pharmacies, and shopping. Room was very clean and provided shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Stayed in a loft with full kitchen and a balcony on 16th floor providing great city view. Another smaller balcony off the bedroom. Bed was comfy. A/C was great on main level but the upstairs stayed quite warm. A ceiling fan over the bed made it cooler.

We had a problem with the air conditioning in the first room, which the knew about. However, when we complained they moved us to a different room the next day and the issue wax resolved. The staff were very helpful with any inquiries and had good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

Según Expedia hay transporte desde el aeropuerto. No es verdad. Las habitaciones están en un edificio residencial. Personal del edificio muy amable, pero el del hotel bastante frío y poco servicial. No facilitan segunda tarjeta de acceso al edificio. Sin embargo, hay recepción 24h para abrir sólo la puerta principal. No contestan sus mensajes en Expedia. La cocina tiene esponja pero sin detergente ni paños de limpieza (hay que comprar todo). No tienen cambio para las lavadoras del edificio. El loft es cómodo y espacioso, con mucho almacenaje. El aire acondicionado, ubicado entre los dos niveles, no enfría tan bien el segundo piso, pero el ventilador ayuda.

The ParkPlaza Apart Hotel, Santiago is one of the friendliest hotels we have stayed in on our travels around the world! Location is right in the city, within walking distance to many site’s, restaurants and the metro. The accommodation is exactly as stated in the information. Our room was large, and well maintained with enough cooking facilities and equipment to make meals if required. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. All were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They helped arrange local tours, gave information about city sites and booked taxis for us when required. They could not have been more helpful.

Yes, the room was spotless and the staff was very courteous and helpful. They even provided me with the curtesy of an early check in. They did not have to do that but they did.

We stayed in a loft apartment and had a wonderful time. The loft was spacious and clean and included a full kitchen with two balconies, one mini (maybe 1m²) and one full. It did not include cleaning during the stay, but you can restock toiletries and towels at the front desk. If you have trouble with stairs, the loft isn't a good choice because the sleeping space and bathroom are upstairs. The location is within walking distance to several metro and bus stops, Plaza de Armas, Catedral de Santiago, La Moneda, and more. We had no concerns about safety other than the usual issues that any major city has.

This review is for a loft. Lofts are very spacious, with comfortable beds, full kitchens and clean, functional bathrooms. Mine was on the 12th floor of a highrise building with very nice view. An A/C unit, located at the bottom level was used to heat the unit (I was there during winter). It was adequate for a comfortable sleep. The building has key entry and a doorman, so safety was good. The location is very central, right next to Santa Clara hill. The immediate surroundings felt a bit seedy but Lastarria at was less than 5 minutes walk away. The property is a bit dated and somewhat worn but, for the price, I think it represents excellent value.

Great location overlooking Santa Lucia Hill. However, the street noise seemed to carry over even in high floors. Santiago is a bustling city. The staff are highly commendable - warm, friendly and helpful. Gave us a few good tips. Great service & communication in English.

The Loft is great for long stay, loads of space and kitchen area very good. Nice to have laundry room for travellers like us - would be great if it had a changing coin machine. Area around felt a bot unsafe due to homeless people. Although it is very central and easy to walk everywhere.

Park Plaza Apart Hotel, is a very clean friendly place. Front desk staff were very helpful with all our questions. Our room was a good size. Different setup for breakfast but it worked. To go breakfast( milk, juice, a sandwich yogurt, instant coffee, tea bag and sugar )was delivered to our room the night before.

Foi uma boa estadia. Foi uma viagem de férias onde passamos 5 dias. Estrutura boa, tem todos os equipamentos e utensílios de cozinha. Como fui com meu filho de 4 anos, precisei fazer comida algumas vezes além do café da manhã. Se atentem nisso, a maioria dos passeios são cedo e o café da manhã não estará servido a tempo e na rua os locais que as empresas de turismo param para tomar café não é barato então fica a dica de fazer seu café e/ou levar. Sobre o ar condicionado, o controle não estava no apartamento e foram no quarto e testaram outros controles mas não funcionou, ficamos dois dias no frio e só no terceiro dia tivemos um aquecedor portátil. Isso me incomodou tendo em vista a não preocupação deles com o nosso bem estar afinal estávamos com uma criança, onde tive que vestir meu filho com várias roupas para não sentir muito o frio. Localização, muito boa , no centro e a 4 quarteirões dos pontos turísticos e na rua dos bancos tbm.

Near subway. Comfy bed. Lots of dinning options close by. Decent kitchen but there were no forks and knives, though there was a kitchen knife. The veranda door didn’t close properly and there was a large gap, letting in cold air. It got into the low 30s at night. Maintanance fixed it up but I wish I didn’t have to ask them to fix it. TL:DR Excellent location, safe lodging, walking distance to lots of sights and restaurants, excellent receptionists. But the devil is in the details. The bathroom: excellent water pressure in the evening, pretty bad in the morning. The bathroom needs hooks for clothes, a toilet brush, a bath tub stopper for baths, and better and more plentiful toilet paper. The toilet paper you get melts down to nothing unless layered multiple times. Also, the light fixture is awful, you can't get light on your face in the mirror. Do with that what you will. Ah, and the kicker: the fixture hangs off the ceiling and is held tight by a wad of folded toilet paper. Classy. Half of the light switches lead nowhere and light nothing. The kitchen has the barest minimum of dishes, cutlery, and paper towels (those are also very thin and turn to nothing when wet). If you want to cook, you won't have anything to do it with - no cutting boards, no spatulas, no colanders, you get my drift. And washing dishes is also a problem as there is nothing provided. I suppose the hotel expects us to wash the dishes with our bare hands. The living room is nice, it leads to a full-size balcony. But the lower level is noticeably colder than the upper level, and in winter that means you would have to wear your outside clothes indoors. The bedroom is warmer, but the bed is kind of problematic. The sheets are too short, and the blankets haven't been washed in ages.

Único ponto negativo é que o chuveiro é uma ducha dentro na banheira, mas nada demais, apenas um pouco desconfortável, porém não indico para idosos ou quem tenha alguma deficiência.

Loved the duplex distribution. A chair is needed in the bedroom, upstairs. Nice and quiet. Good location. Although the place is in the downtown area, there is no problem arriving or moving around. Next to the beautiful Santa Lucía hill. Anything needed is just a few steps away. Highly recommended.

The property is situated close to Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes, Parque Forestal, Casa de la Moneda, Plaza de Armas, l was very pleased with my stay, they were very accommodating, brought snacks while there, l was extremely cold the first night but l survived. Plenty of restaurants, shopping center, but the neighborhood is a bit shady with homeless right outside the same block. I checked out yesterday, erroneously booked until the 25th, asked for a refund and was diverted to ask “Booking”. I am pretty sure booking may brush me off, l has requested a flight for the 25th but somehow it was for the 24th. The room is spacious, good size bathroom with tub, although there was no plug to use it, a functional kitchen, refrigerator and utensils and dishes. A nice place to stay!
