Great price, good size room, comfy bed, pet friendly, VERY nice owners. Super safe. Not very quiet due to location not because of the hotel itself. The location is actually pretty ideal. You can walk to the beach, convenience stores close by. Would stay here again happily. Likely will.

Everything about our stay was great. The staff was kind and helpful, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The grounds were clean, pets are allowed but I wasn't bothered by anyone's pet, no barking or noise.

Made the reservation but the room was up stair without elevator. Tried to call hotels.com but cannot get help. So the manager upgraded me to a two double bed but down stair. Didn’t know how to operate the TV, she walked to my room to show me how. Excellent service

A nice walk-in shower with new tiles. Convenient fenced in area outdoors for dogs. Ample parking. Window in front and small window in restroom at the back made for a nice cross-ventilation.

The staff were very nice. There was unfortunately an ant infestation in our room that we had to clean up in the bathroom. It seems that they might have came through the window. Most likely due to the warmer temperatures. The staff was very accommodating to give us some extra time to pack our bags before leaving. I would stay here again, just with no critters 🐜

Terrible. The place was full of utility workmen and their large utility trucks in the parking lot. Lots of noise. Trucks backing up alarms early morning. The manager tried to do things to help and it was a little better second night. Worst of all, the shower head had mold . The kicker was on the third morning toilet clogged and that did it . We left and found a nice quiet room somewhere else.

Awful. I'm wondering if the owners or friends of the owners wrote the reviews that I read because the hotel was so disgusting, the floor in the restroom and room looked like they had never been mopped. Everything was sticky and gross. I didn't even sleep under the covers. I only stayed 1 night and will not go back. Look into other options that is not this place. Hotels.com really let me down.

The rooms were newly renovated and were clean, spacious, and nice. The bathroom was bright and nice, with a good shower. The room had AC and heating and was spacious. My only complaint is that the mattress was very firm and too hard, which made it a bit uncomfortable, but overall good experience, good deal for the location, and nice staff.

Rooms were small and bathrooms tiny. Floors had no carpet but understandable because of the nearby beach. But they were really dirty. I had to clean up water spill and the towel was filthy! Bathroom was very tiny. The sink area was maybe only 2 feet wide. Beds were comfortable but pillows a bit hard. Wiring for the a/c and heater wasn’t exposed but the tube it goes in is. I did like it had cable TV and Netflix and prime video. Very convenient parking and easy beach access.

The distance to the beach wasn’t to far. It is next to restaurants and shopping area. The beds were a little hard on my back and the A/C had a loud noise when it was on so I couldn’t get much rest. The room was clean and sheets were clean too

Google maps will direct you to turn left rather than right where there is a different small hotel. Visitors upstairs were loud close to midnight shout-talking and opening and closing doors loudly, and it probably was more noticeable due to thin walls/ceiling noise. They might have been just checking in late since it quieted down in an hour or so. Otherwise check in was simple, things clean, and no issues. It is not far from the beach driving 5-10 min. There was roadwork to navigate. Overall decent short stay. I slept fine once the upstairs visitors quieted down.

The property is clean, updated, close to shopping, food, and 1/2 mile walk to beach. Owner / Front desk staff was really kind, asked how my walk was and checked in to make sure everything was good. I appreciate his attention to customer service.

The lady was super rude, had just pulled in and unloaded my truck and she came out and told me that there was a complaint against me from the downstairs room when I wasn’t even there not even 2 minutes yet. The beds and couches were stained, left over spots from bed bugs, rooms were very small and not really much room to even walk. Definitely ended up checking out the same night and didn’t stay.

The property is in an older, bit of a run down area. The beds and bathroom were very clean. The room could have been dusted better and the floors turned our feet black. No noise during the night. Very quiet area. We did feel safe. Walking distance to the beach and to a trail that led us on a beautiful walk to downtown Pismo. And walking on the beach is always amazing. We literally were basically there just to sleep so it was great. Price was cheap.
