Hotel Nikko Saigon

Attention to detail is part of the pleasure of staying at Hotel Nikko. The lobby area is really impressive and the flower arrangements are kept fresh. Our room on one of the high floors was extremely comfortable and had the best shower rose! They have a wonderful pool.

Excellent 5-star hotel with great service and physical properties. Rooms appear to have been recently refurbished using the old hardware—light switches and outlets are located in strange places. But the swimming poo, gym and sauna are all in great condition. Hotel location is THE problem as the neighborhood has no decent restaurants or stores to shop.

What a beautiful hotel this is. The facilities are wonderful, and the people are very kind and helpful. We did not g we bathe breakfast and paid for it — too expensive. Good but not great. The workout room is small but it works. The pool is nice, too. The lounge area is very cool and a good place to chill. We will stay here again for sure. I highly recommend tasting as many of the restaurants around the hotel as you can. Some are truly wonderful.

出張で利用しました。朝食のバラエティの豊富さが何より素晴らしいです。5Fのジムとマッサージも利用しました。ジムはダンベルとベンチ、またラップルを含む3台のマシーン、トレッドミルがあるので最低限のトレーニングは出来ます。マッサージはスタッフの対応が良かったし、サービス自体にも満足です。 角部屋だったのが理由かも知れませんがWiFiが若干弱い気がしました。動画を再生すると途中で止まるレベルですので普通の通信レベルならば問題ありません。

ホーチミンに行く際には毎回泊まらせて頂いていますが、スタッフのサービス含めて全般にいつも大変満足しています。１点だけ改善点を上げるとすれば、5階のプールのあるバルコニーエリアは禁煙にして欲しいです。子供用プールもあるのですが、我々が行った際は、水の上にたばこの吸い殻が浮かんでおり、とても安心して子供を遊ばせられる場所ではありませんでした。また、5階バルコニーのテーブルには灰皿が設置してありますが、子供や家族連れも多く通るエリアなのでこのフロアはすべて禁煙にして欲しいです。

The hospitality, the food, the spa was a 10 out of 10 I would recommend staying there again. The only issue I had was the mildew smell but the staff was happy to provide us with another room otherwise the hotel itself was amazing.

dated carpet, lack of ventilation in hallway, smells like mildew in the room and hallway even with portable air filters. One room had mold all over the grout in the bathroom. Room was dark with buildings blocking light. Some rooms are not as dark and cleaner but all are still smelly from mildew

Rooms are clean, big and well arranged. Bathroom and bathtub are really nice It is a bit noisy though, walls let transpire some vonversations and nois from the corridor can be heard

The hallway and the room is very outdated. I had to change room as the first room I got has moldy smell. The bed was hard, couldn’t sleep.

Stayed 8 nights on two occasions and that tells you all you need to know lol. Seriously, this is a wonderful hotel, definitely 5 star. I stayed in a basic room, which is large by comparison to most hotels. King bed, super comfortable, bathroom was super. Breakfast buffet is top notch. This property is immaculate and in a good location. Highly recommend. P.S., if you're going to eat the breakfast buffet daily, definitely included it in your room reservation as the price doubles if you ask for it on arrival.

hotel was good and liked the room. Fantastic views

overall very good. Large selection of foods for breakfast. Only thing I don't like is the loud sound inside the toilet. The soundd seems to be for the ventilation but toilet is a small cubicle and when you close the door you will feel that the sound is really irritating to the ear.

The staff are super friendly. The hotel itself is just a little worn down in the rooms. The door hinges are really dirty. Yes, it’s a little picky, but that tells you my attention to detail. The carpet is also old and dingy as well too. I love the set up of the room with the toilet being separate. It makes it nice when traveling and not having to wait for the bathroom.

It was a very nice and fresh rooms and we felt very comfortable. The staff was accommodating. The location was quite okay because we took taxis most of the time. Quite okay hotel worth recommending!

I was told four hours of early check-in would cost a full day rate They told me $107, which was a but more than my daily rate. Not having a place to go, I agreed. When I arrived, they told me it was $170. 70% more than my paid in full daily rate.

All the staff especially Tony, Linh and Hai (Manager) are very helpful ensuring we have a smooth check in & comfortable stay in the hotel. They recommended us nice places to eat. Overall, good experience with hotel nikko vietnam

Book two nights stay with the hotel, I book the executive suite room . I nearly fell down the next morning as the corridor ceiling was leaking n the floor was all wet, coffee machine also not working . Told the manager on duty, he check the room n says that he’ll change another room for me, but personally I think the hotel should refund me my one night stay

First class in every department. Friendly and welcoming staff. Comfortable and well equipped rooms. Relaxing spa treatments, nice pool. Superb Club Lounge with wide variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Lovely little rooftop patio with great views. Conveniently located for restaurants, bars and shops. Excellent standard of housekeeping. I honestly couldn’t fault it in any respects. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We ordered room service for our dinner. The staff left without serving the food in the table or setting up the table, we set up and ate on our own, I have never had this kind of service in a 5 star hotel and was very disappointed. Please train your staff better.

Nikko Saigon was the best! The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional! Tony and his staff did an excellent job helping me with all sorts of needs. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable!

Best hotel I’ve been to. Service is top tier (better than the intercontinental). Everyone is super helpful even if it’s not their role and goes above with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel and will be staying here everytime I come back to Saigon.

There was a convenient mall next to the hotel. Other shopping was a 10 minute taxi ride. A well situated hotel

初めてのベトナム旅行なので、市内からは少し離れていましたが、安心安全のhotel nikko saigonを選びました。 広々とした客室でゆっくりできました。 年越しのカウントダウン花火が色々な所で上がっていてお部屋から見えて感動しました。 朝食も種類が豊富で飽きずに毎日楽しめました。フォーがとっても美味しかったです。 12/31の年越し蕎麦、お正月のおせちもいただきましたが、美味しかったです。 12/31は道路が通行止めになる場所が多いようでタクシーも中々つかまらず、夜遅くなると帰れなくなるのでは？と思い夕方ホテルに戻って夕食はルームサービスを頼みましたが、これもまたどれも美味しく年越し蕎麦があると思いつつたくさんいただいてしまいました。生春巻き、最高でした！ スタッフの方々も皆、感じ良く丁寧な接客をして下さいました。 少し気になったのが、客室のトイレの扉がきちんと閉まらなかった事です。

The hotel and staff itself are wonderful. We had a great time there. The only issue was the location - in the heat and the lack of footpaths it was not feasible to walk to district 1 or 3.

日系ホテルだけあってホスピタリティは完璧で、スタッフの皆さんもとても優しく、快適な滞在でした。特にラウンジは大満足。部屋にもウォシュレットが完備され、日本人にはストレス無く過ごせるホテルです。 繁華街から少し離れていますが、シャトルバスがとても便利で全てに行き届いています。ホーチミンではリピート確定ですね👍

とても清潔感がある客室で、毎日気持ち良く過ごすことができました。ホテルスタッフはいつどんな時も親切に笑顔で接してくれました。朝食は今まで利用したホテルで一番良かったです。ホテルで食べるフォーは美味しく他で食べる必要がないくらいでした。バラエティーに富み、毎朝が楽しみにスタートできました。ルームサービスも利用しましたが、とても美味しかったです。プールもスパは、観光したりオプショナルツアーに参加して疲れた身体をリラックスできとても良かったです。 また、コンシェルジュの対応が的確で素晴らしかったです。アオザイをレンタルした時に返却やデポジットの手続きを全て手配してくれました。その時担当してくれた人だけでなく、翌日他のコンシェルジュへの連絡がきちんとなされていました。実際に返却が終わった後に受付してくれたコンシェルジュの人に会った時、大丈夫でしたかと笑顔で声を掛けていただきました。心配りに感動しました。 復路のフライトが夜遅かったのですが、レイトチェックアウトをしてくれたり、チェックアウト後にプールやスパを利用でき、空港までのタクシーの手配まで…最後まで快適に過ごすことができました。本当に素晴らしい旅行になりました。心から感謝申し上げます。またぜひホーチミンに旅行に行った際には利用したいと思います。ホテルスタッフの方々ありがとうございました。 ホーチミンに行かれる際は是非利用してください。

breakfast is great

Great place to stay, lovely and quiet after the hustle and bustle in hcmc. Staff were very attentive, warm and welcome. Only downside was the price of the breakfast, almost $45-$50 for the breakfast with eggs, as breakfast was not included.

Hotel5* tout à fait mérité. Check-in rapide, personnel courtois. Les chambres sont belles, bien équipées et dans un style moderne japonais particulièrement raffiné. Le hall est top et la piscine est vraiment très agréable . Le petit déjeuner est incroyable : bon, diversifié et pour tous les goûts, frais et avec une déco recherchée

Person in my party has peanut allergy and our server(s) at Ming Court really went above and beyond to make sure that the dishes he ordered did not get cross contaminated. Very appreciated.

One of the best hotels we stayed in at Saigon which is located at the outer end of D1 bordering D5. The front desk staff gave us a free upgrade to Club Executive King Room and we will always remember them for this excellent gesture. The breakfast buffet is vast with a variety of cuisines. I will definitely recommend Hotel Nikko to have an excellent excellent stay. Kudos to Team Nicco.

I stayed at Hotel Nikko Saigon with my sister for a family vacation, and overall, we appreciated our stay. The staff members were kind and helpful. We experienced an issue with the temperature and humidity in our room, and the team responded promptly to resolve it, making our room much more comfortable. We truly enjoyed the breakfast buffet—it offered a wide variety of dishes, drinks, fruits, and desserts. It was, without a doubt, one of the best breakfasts we’ve had at a five-star hotel in Saigon, and we stayed in over five during our trip to Vietnam. The dining staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. A special mention goes to Chef Nam, who brought us special “off-the-menu” items every morning during our stay. We unfortunately forgot the name of the waiter who served us, but he was wonderful and often brought us treats directly from Chef Nam in the kitchen. The one aspect of the stay that we didn’t enjoy was the Executive Lounge on the 23rd floor. The experience there felt very self-service—even during cocktail hours, guests were expected to mix their own drinks, which felt out of place for a hotel of this caliber. The lounge was also quite crowded, and children were allowed, making it much noisier than other hotel lounges we’ve experienced, where children under 12 are not permitted. There were few staff members present in the lounge, which made the experience less refined compared to the rest of the hotel. That said, aside from the lounge, Hotel Nikko is lovely!
