Old Town Inn

Old Town Inn is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the property seems to be taken care of. I love that parking is inculded and the location to mass transit to go downtown is a big help if you want to skip driving and paying for overpriced parking lots. The breakfast is okay, not extravagant but appericated in the morning and nice as a start to your day. The room has been updated, maintained, and always clean. Its a great value and a nice hidden gem in Old Town.

Staff was extremely friendly. While not your classic shiny hotel, it has a very welcoming vibe, while still being very clean and professionally led. Thank you!

Excellent , walking distance to old town

Very disappointing experience. The hotel was dirty and looked nothing like the photos advertised online. My wife emailed the hotel to ask about a bracelet she may have left behind, and nobody ever responded. On top of that, it has been more than a week since check-out and they still have not refunded the USD 100 deposit charged to my debit card. Poor customer service and terrible communication overall.
