This is a great hotel in a wonderful hip neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and shopping opportunities. What really makes this hotel fabulous is the fact that the staff go out of their way to help you out. You get a free drink from the bar, but since the bar was closed, they let us get a drink from their lobby store. The complimentary breakfast is comprehensive and they even had gluten-free bread upon request. The only reason I gave them 4 stars for the facility was because the pool was under construction which was disappointing. We would definitely return here if we come back to Miami.

Overall a really good experience. Gym we well equipped rooms were really nice and clean. Staff were excellent! Only thing that let it down was the breakfast. It was okay but not the best I’ve had a Hilton hence the overall rating being a 4 rather than a 5. Would stay here again in heart beat!

Sorely lacking elevator capacity. Had to wait on average 20 minutes to get to and from your room. It felt like you were trapped in the building. Unless you really like stairs or fighting your way onto a cramped elevator, full of angry. passengers, I would not recommend this place.

My husband and I checked in on Thursday. The hotel advertises room cleaning every other day. The r[m should have been cleaned on Saturday. I spoke to guest services on Saturday evening and told them that our room had not been cleaned. They told me that the staff had left for the evening. My husband saw two hotel staff on Sunday outside our room and asked them to clean the room, and they did. The hotel advertised room cleaning every other day, but we didn't receive that service?

The hotel was located in Brickell which was near all the major hotels and attractions in downtown Miami. The staff were nice with helping us with navigation. We got free pool towels which was nice. Cons One thing that was different is that the pictures don’t really match up as much. It’s more of a 2 star hotel than 3.5. The pool and hot tub were tiny for such a big hotel. The breakfast was mid. My blow dryer never worked the whole time I was there even though I went to the front to get it changed multiple times. Housekeeping never came on time ( room wasn’t cleaned after 4pm) and we had to tell the front every time to send someone. And they would be cleaning at like 6pm after we returned from our activities. Overall, it was a decent stay and the location was nice.

Clean spacious room, great location near a bunch of restaurants of all kinds, walkable area, terrific pool and spa, nice bar, great service and a check in from Wilda via text to be sure all was good with our accommodation. This hotel was in a great location. It was extremely clean and the room was very spacious. The reception staff was terrific. The variety of breakfast items was very good. We only stayed 1 night prior to our cruise but I’d stay here again for the convenience of being able to walk to many great areas around the hotel.

The location of this hotel is great, a very safe area with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and bars and it's a 5 minute walk to Brickell Mall which has some nice restaurants. The hotel had great sized rooms , ideal for families , our room had two queen sized beds and a sofa bed which were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and I would stay here again if I visited Miami. Breakfast was okay, I would have preferred healthier options but my kids loved the waffles.

We found the perfect hotel pre-cruise! Hampton Inn Brickell ticks all the boxes. Amazing location next to the free Metromover and the rail line. Close to an abundance of fabulous restaurants. Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet and safe location, excellent breakfast and wonderful kind genuine staff. As an international flight attendant I’m well versed with hotels and amenities. This hotel is a gem of a find and ticks all the boxes. The goody bags on arrival, the pool is perfect, the coin laundry room is also a rare find and perfect for packing light if travelling internationally and not taking home dirty laundry. Loved this hotel !

Reception staff rude except for Deidre. Was not told pool was closed for maixtenance. Book out extended to 2pm at no extra cost because of problems. Reception resolved the matter. Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Never again.

Wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, quick check-in and out. We hit breakfast at a super busy time so had to hunt to find a table. Decent variety of options: bagels, toast, croissants, make your own waffles, yogurt, eggs, potatoes, and sausage (no bacon). I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, felt safe to walk down the street. Publix and Walgreens are close by if you forgot anything. Plus public transportation a block away where you can ride the metro mover for free and can go to Bayside Marketplace. It is the perfect place to stay the night before a cruise. Shuttle service to the port can be arranged with the concierge $8-$10 per person
