Stayed 2 nights

I booked a specific room for the supposed Eiffel Tower view, which I did not get. The room was called “Panoramic View” but had one small window. The electrics were failing so I had to call an engineer to switch on or off lights.. he had to return 3 times to get the lights off when I went to bed. As a result, the Do Not Disturb light was always on, so no housekeeping. In room steam didn’t work etc. The hotel manager called to tell me it would all be fixed, but it wasn’t. An extremely expensive top-of-the-range suite and a true disappointment for Mandarin Oriental. They should be embarrassed.
