Great location, we walked to San Cristobal Hill and local dining and took a short Uber ride to the Palace, Plaza del Armas and other downtown sites. Jose organized pickup from the airport and transfers to and from Valle Nevado. The breakfast was good, tea, coffee and water available all day. Great stay.

Um lindo hotel, bem localizado, nao tem estacionamento próprio porém tem convenio com um estacionamento ao outro lado da rua. Café da manhã bom, um lindo patio verde onde podemos sentar e ler um livro, ou tomar um café.

As a retired B777 Captain I have traveled the world and stayed at many hotels. This has a Europe flair to it. Breakfast is good lots of places to eat and drink. They have their own bar in lobby, based on honor system. If you looking for quite place and nice staff, check this out!!

This colonial style hotel was well run , clean , friendly. We loved the free breakfast buffet, the lovely courtyard and the attentive staff . It is not modern but the bathrooms are marble and clean and did not have a pool. -

Great find in the Providencia area of Santiago. Easy walk to the metro (although taxis are plentiful and really cheap). After a very long flight from London, welcomed at check-in by a very friendly staff member who allowed us early access to our room (thankfully). ROMs are slightly small but perfectly adequate for the time you'll spend in there and the ground floor public spaces, including the walled garden, are great places to relax. Breakfast isbyffet style with only scrambled eggs and bacon hot, but again lots of other treats to choose from. Honesty bar and complimentary evening snacks and tea/coffee is a nice touch. Staff always greet you and are a credit to this establishment.

La Reeve was as a little bit home. The hotel was small and very homely, not having a formal dining chairs was a little strange but added to the feel of the place. The honesty bar was excellent as well as the afternoon snacks. Jose the reception guy was brilliant but the night porter was not particularly friendly, especially when the other staff at the hotel were so good. The outside courtyard was exceptional and the gardens were maintained with an obvious passion. Thank you for a great stay.

This place is really, really nice. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful courtyard for breakfast. The staff speak English well and were very accommodating. We left our bags most of the day while waiting for our late-night flight. We were able to hang out in their comfortable lobby before heading to the airport. They provide coffee and snacks. Parking is nearby and easy to walk to.

Adoramos o hotel, arquitetura antiga muito bem conservada, o que realça sua beleza. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro de bom tamanho e limpeza muito boa. Café da manhã básico, todos os dias as mesmas coisas (ficamos 8 dias), mas gostoso, para nós foi o suficiente. Atendentes e auxiliares muito cordiais e atenciosos. Localização excelente. O hotel é intimista, impecável no serviço, na higiene e limpeza. Gostei muito do "Honesty Bar", o quarto é perfeito, mesmo sendo de frente pra rua, nao entrava barulho (devem ter janelas anti-ruído). O hotel é perfeito pra quem quer ficar em paz, e está em busca de sossego.

Charming boutique hotel with wonderful service. There is a lovely courtyard to relax. The location is excellent. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you. The noise from the street can be quite loud and there is a very loud bell that goes off repeatedly in the morning and evenings.

LOVE this hotel! The friendly, helpful staff are the stars here. All speak some English; front desk staff speak excellent English. The hotel appears to cater to English-speaking guests, tho not exclusively. The staff helped us with arranging a car to pick us up at the Port of San Antonio, and for a car to the airport. Prior to our arrival, they responded very promptly to email correspondence. The room is very clean with modern ensuite bathroom. The room was not large but very comfortable with AC. A breakfast is served each morning and an honor bar is set up each evening. You can take breakfast or your drinks in the large lounge, or in the lovely, enclosed garden. This hotel reminded me of the best boutique hotels in Paris but with friendlier staff! Location is excellent, on a quiet street in Providencia neighborhood, lined with very good restaurants, 1/2 block from a major boulevard, 3 blocks from the river sculpture park and about 6 blocks from one of the "Hop-on Hop-off" bus stops and from a subway stop. Excellent all-around. Pictures on Hotels.com are accurate.

The best hotel experience. The staff were wonderful and looked after us so well. We had one of the rooms with a terrace, which was unexpected. We were also able to check in early and everyone was just so helpful and great. Great location too. Fab hotel!

To start with the positives -- the hotel is beautiful, charming (their motto, and for good reason) and staffed with kind and helpful people. The considerations -- (1) location-wise, it is inconvenient to most interesting parts of the city, so you're always in an Uber. (2) If you are unlucky enough to be put in one of the rooms on the first floor, be prepared not to sleep. The walls are very thin, and the room(s) are right by the breakfast area and courtyard. You can hear every conversation, and every fork/knife being put down. That makes sleeping very challenging.

Nicholas was very helpful so as all of your staff we had to interact with in morning and evening shifts alike. One example of many exceptional services .. We had to leave an hour before breakfast one morning and when we went down , hot beverages and warm croissants were all packed for us to take on the road.. now, that is a first class service!!!

LOVE this hotel! The friendly, helpful staff are the stars here. All speak some English; front desk staff speak excellent English. The hotel appears to cater to English-speaking guests, tho not exclusively. The staff helped us with arranging a car to pick us up at the Port of San Antonio, and for a car to the airport. Prior to our arrival, they responded very promptly to email correspondence. The room is very clean with modern ensuite bathroom. The room was not large but very comfortable with AC. A breakfast is served each morning and an honor bar is set up each evening. You can take breakfast or your drinks in the large lounge, or in the lovely, enclosed garden. This hotel reminded me of the best boutique hotels in Paris but with friendlier staff! Location is excellent, on a quiet street in Providencia neighborhood, lined with very good restaurants, 1/2 block from a major boulevard, 3 blocks from the river sculpture park and about 6 blocks from one of the "Hop-on Hop-off" bus stops and from a subway stop. The best hotel experience. The staff were wonderful and looked after us so well. We had one of the rooms with a terrace, which was unexpected. We were also able to check in early and everyone was just so helpful and great. Great location too. Fab hotel!

La Reeve was as a little bit home. The hotel was small and very homely, not having a formal dining chairs was a little strange but added to the feel of the place. The honesty bar was excellent as well as the afternoon snacks. Jose the reception guy was brilliant but the night porter was not particularly friendly, especially when the other staff at the hotel were so good. The outside courtyard was exceptional and the gardens were maintained with an obvious passion. Thank you for a great stay.

Great location, we walked to San Cristobal Hill and local dining and took a short Uber ride to the Palace, Plaza del Armas and other downtown sites. Great find in the Providencia area of Santiago. Easy walk to the metro (although taxis are plentiful and really cheap). After a very long flight from London, welcomed at check-in by a very friendly staff member who allowed us early access to our room (thankfully). ROMs are slightly small but perfectly adequate for the time you'll spend in there and the ground floor public spaces, including the walled garden, are great places to relax. Breakfast isbyffet style with only scrambled eggs and bacon hot, but again lots of other treats to choose from. Honesty bar and complimentary evening snacks and tea/coffee is a nice touch. Staff always greet you and are a credit to this establishment.

This is the perfect boutique hotel for a stay in Santiago, Chile. It's on a quiet street with lots of great restaurants, too. The staff is very friendly. Service was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The considerations -- (1) location-wise, it is inconvenient to most interesting parts of the city, so you're always in an Uber. (2) If you are unlucky enough to be put in one of the rooms on the first floor, be prepared not to sleep. The walls are very thin, and the room(s) are right by the breakfast area and courtyard. You can hear every conversation, and every fork/knife being put down. That makes sleeping very challenging.

Adoramos o hotel, arquitetura antiga muito bem conservada, o que realça sua beleza. Quarto espaçoso, banheiro de bom tamanho e limpeza muito boa. Café da manhã básico, todos os dias as mesmas coisas (ficamos 8 dias), mas gostoso, para nós foi o suficiente. Atendentes e auxiliares muito cordiais e atenciosos. Localização excelente. Super recomendo e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no hotel. Enfim, parabéns aos envolvidos, hotel maravilhoso.

Charming, charming, charming. My husband and I had the fortune to stay at Le Reve for a four days. Sadly, on my flight into Santiago, I became ill on the plane. The staff at Le Reve were so gracious to me during the next couple days. And when I recovered, I found the area surrounding the hotel very enjoyable. Restaurants and shopping all at hand. Lovely courtyard in which we enjoyed breakfast. I would not stay anywhere else in Santiago!

What an absolute gem right in the middle of the city!! Turning off from the busy main road I felt that I was transported to Europe. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Amenities were superb with a honesty bar and snacks provided 24/7 Will definitely highly recommend

Le Reve was a lovely boutique hotel with wonderful staff and an awesome included buffet breakfast. The property’s patio is beautiful and a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or just some moments of “down time” when those exist. We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars that were busy and fun late into the evening.

A perfect stay. The location is excellent, quiet yet near great restaurants and the metro. The staff are wonderful. Breakfast (and tea!) was delicious. Honesty bar is such a nice idea woth plenty of selection. We arrived very early and they upgraded us just so we were able to check in straight away. Room was quiet, comfortable, large and cool. Slept so well. Loved it so much we're coming back next week!
