This hotel is a crash pad. Room service plates outside the door of three rooms on our floor on arrival, still there on departure 17 hours later. The pool was cloudy. Breakfast is so so. Don't even think of walking anywhere. The place is just gloomy.

Hotel is in wonderful condition! Rooms sound proof ! Beds sleep well ! Love the gym and swimming area ! Breakfast is delicious and has a good atmosphere for options! Food at the restaurant were well received! Folks that work at the restaurant and check in counter are kind and helpful! Hotel is well equipped and has a lovely garden out back to sit and relax ! Hotel is not far from both city and airport! Well worth the price and location! I will continue to stay here when am in Santiago Chile ! Love it !

They probably have the worst airport shuttle I have ever encountered. Some hotels have a fixed hour service, others have on demand service - they have a fixed service only once an hour (despite being 5min from the airport) that runs only on demand. The result was waiting one hour ti the shuttle despite many messages and phone call. And ti add to it you have to wait in the midfle of a huge car park far from the terminal. Otherwise the hotel is really good, especially the pool, jacuzzi and sauna area. Without the shuttle I would give it a 5/5 but the shuttle which is so critical gir hotel sirports ruins it all.

We had a very nice night at the Hikton Garden Inn, Santiago Airport, because the staff at the front desk and the restaurant were so pleasant and efficient. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing allowed a quiet stay in spite of the proximity to the airport. The shuttle was easy to find. I would definitely stay again.

Had an impromptu stay near Santiago Airport and the staff were great. We arrived before normal check in and because I am a HHonors member, they let me check in early. Hotel was clean, room was great and the free shuttle to the airport at 5:00 am was right on time. Perfect stay.

Booked because it’s an airport hotel, but save yourself the hassle and stay in the actual one at the airport or in the center. When I arrived I couldn’t find how to get there. Their phone wasn’t working — hung up immediately — and someone from the airport taxi tried to help me too. Same thing. Asking at almost every booth in terminal 2 arrivals I found the company, but there was no sign for this hotel. The whole thing was an hour and a half to do a 6 minute drive. Front desk says they have no knowledge of their phone being disconnected, but passed along another number. The hotel is really nice with an ample breakfast, but if you think it’s convenient to the airport, you might want to think again.

When you are travelling it is very hard to contact the hotel to book the shuttle. I understand they don[t want to go to the airport when no one is there but they must. Or ask for the airline and flight number so they know to meet it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A RELAXING SITUATION! WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND WAS LIED TO ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. Hilton should be ashamed by the staff that work here! I would give this a 0/5 if I could. Wasn’t picked up by the shuttle service when told would arrive, no apology for this. Given a room with blocked toilet, that after maintenance was unable to fix (with a toilet brush not plunger) splashed dirty on the floor we were lied to and told no other rooms available but when we said we need them to organise a room somewhere else as a room without a toilet is unacceptable. Another room became magically available after a lot of back and forth, which ended up adding 3 hours of no sleep… which should not happen in the middle of the night. The night receptionist then told the day receptionist we had blocked the toilet which was not possible when we’d been in the room 5 mins and only done a number 1. The day receptionist then said she’d make a note of compensation and that we would get a refund if we went through hotels.com but she lied and they are refusing to give any money back even though we lost 3 extra hours of sleep, had to argue to get a room that was a serviceable room and then blamed for the problem. Completely unacceptable situation with lies after lies. They are still holding all the money hostage! Do NOT book!! Such horrendous customer service for a Hilton!!

The main issue we had with the hotel was getting the shuttle. If you didn't book it in advance you would not get one. They will only let you book it 24hrs in advance which can be a problem when you're travelling.

First off, we waited for well over an hour for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We finally just got an Uber to get there. Then, we waited for 1/2 hour to check in with only one guest in front of us. Finally, the bathroom towels, or maybe the entire bathroom, smelled of cigarette smoke. I won't stay there again.

Very hard to get shuttle service , couldn’t find where to find the shuttle, they wanted 24 hour notice of pick up , not Readily available, rooms very empty when we got to hotel they wanted 60 USA to check I. Early even thou we are all Checking out at 8 am , pool very cold, hot tub cool not hot at all, staff at first desk were nice but should let you check in early , just shuttle very disappointing

This property is ideal for an overnight stay before a flight, clean & comfortable, nice quality linens and very nice breakfast. While the area is not great the hotel is gated with a barrier, security guard and thief deterrent fencing. You can come and go quite easily and safely by Uber but you wouldn't want to walk anywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel is close to the airport which was important to us. However, it is not located near anything. So we had to eat at the hotel. The food was good, but for breakfast we had to eat at the buffet which was expensive, when I only wanted yogurt and coffee.

The hotel itself is fine for an overnight stay but soulless. There’s no bar and the restaurant has no atmosphere. I ate at the restaurant which was average. Ceviche was nice though prawns added to it were devoid of flavour themselves. Main course of ribeye steak allegedly in a truffle butter arrived half way through my consuming the starter bizarrely. After I finished the starter the main course, which had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for some minutes was redelivered. Steak was without evidence of butter let alone truffle butter and was chewy and bland. I sent it back. Duty manageress didn’t ask me why I sent it back and the cost was still on the bill when that arrived. I explained why I didn’t wish to pay for that course and she accepted the reason and removed it. Service from front desk to restaurant was functional but in no way personal.

Hotel itself nice and clean, convenient location close to airport. Good for an overnight stay. Breakfast was mediocre as was the service from the staff at this hotel, particularly the ones stationed in the breakfast area. Cold eggs and the toaster offered was a panini press. Poor selection in fruit. Staff just gathered and talked by themselves and were not tending to guests.

Comfortable room. Excellent food, especially the lunch buffet. Free shuttle to the airport. Upon booking, you get an email telling you where to catch the shuttle at the airport, which is much better than the other hotel next door, not to name it. The hotel has a decent pool. Friendly and helpful reception staff who speaks good English.

Excellent hotel perfect for catching an early flight. The shuttle service is very convenient. For a Hilton Garden Inn mid-scale it was higher scale than some Hilton Hotels. Dinner was excellent along with the welcome cocktail. Really enjoyed my one night stay.

Det här hotellet blev ett av de bästa som vi bodde på, under vår tre veckor långa roadtrip runtom i Chile. Lunchbuffén får fem av fem, det fanns mycket att välja på där! Middagen var utmärkt, frukosten likaså. På rummet var det tyst och svalt, personalen talar hyfsad engelska. Tranferservicen var toppen!

Great staff, rooms and amenities. Don’t order a burger though. Your intestines will regret it. I’m apparently a slow learner, I had a burger on two separate stays and it happened to me both times. On a more positive note, their Pisco sours are well made and good.
