Hotel is undergoing renovations so most of the facilities including the pool are out of service. Common areas including the lobby and the breakfast area need updating and repair. Room was generally updated and the staff at check in was friendly. Stayed for two days and the room wasn't made up after the first night. Could be nice once renovations are complete as most areas show worn paint, older carpeting and generally need updates.

We booked it for the pool, which has been closed for months now. It was dirty. We booked queen beds and they were definitely only doubles. It is dated. The morning Buffet had hair in it. All around run down and is not worth what we paid

Pool wasnt open, bathroom had old moldy caulking around the tub, there was a constant humm of a machine below our room, all night long.. enough to disturb sleep, the mini fridge was unlevel and noisy..over all this place has been over looked and out dated for many years.. step up your game quality inn new orleans.. this was two yrs after our last visit and nothing has changed, no vending machines on any floors and not even a water bottle or two in the room..

To charge over $200 a night for an old out of date hotel is mind blowing. Pool not working, gym equipment not working, garbages full 5 mins into start of breakfast. Room not ready small beds.. terrible water pressure .. I stayed the following night for $25 more at a Holiday Inn and had a beautiful new hotel .. great pool.... won’t stay at a quality in ever again. For $80 a night it would have made sense .. not $225

First of all the pool wasn’t open the hole staying period, and staying in a hotel with fonctionnel pool was one of my top criteria of selecting a hotel specifically with 2 kids whom weee so sad when we made our check-in and knowing that the pool is off service.

The pool is under renovation, which isn’t indicated anywhere on Expedia’s website. So no pool. The “fitness room” is more of a closet with a few machines shoved in it. You can tell they are trying to modernize but that they’re mid-renovation; new floor tiles in the bathroom but old tiles in the tub surround. New floors. The mattresses were newer but I felt my partner’s every move. However, we heard the people above us really loudly and could also hear the people in the room next to us; if the soundproofing doesn’t get addressed, it’ll still be an older-seeming hotel for that reason. The breakfast didn’t have a ton of choices but was decent. The staff did their best to quiet down the kids in the hallway; not fully the hotel’s fault, but my child was having a hard time falling asleep due to the kids running up and down the hallway playing with plastic swords. For the price, it was a decent stay. But I doubt I will choose this hotel again. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they have EV chargers though. And there is a lovely walking trail in the neighbourhood up the hill that was great for a run.

We checked in later in the evening and were just starting to get ready for bed when the guest from across the hall knocked on our door. She wanted to let us know she and her partner had just been in their bed and were surprised by bed bugs. She had one in a covered cup and was going down to the front desk. We got our stuff away from the beds asap, and checked the mattresses - there had definitely been bed bugs at some point, the mattresses still have the little squish stains on them. We had two rooms under our reservation and in the other room a big one just walked across the floor. The front desk clerk was polite enough, but he didn’t seem at all surprised and seemed very nonchalant, like our concerns were just one more thing he had to hear. We left and will be seeking a refund. Really disappointing. It just seems like they haven’t done what they need to do to fix a problem that has been going on for a while. To be fair, once they’re in somewhere, bed bugs are really hard to get rid of. But when you’re a business, you really have to go the extra mile to be responsible and ensure they’re gone.

Bed was full of bed bugs. No one helped me. No one even called me after I checked out early and did not refund money. I am now out the money have bug bites on me and have lost all my belongings. Told there is no manager on site and they don’t call people!

Title: Very disappointing stay despite convenient location I chose this hotel because it was the closest to the competition venue, even though the reviews weren’t great. I paid $530 for two nights, but the stay was truly disappointing. The furniture was old and worn out, and the entire hotel looked outdated. The carpet seemed very old as well. The worst part was the bathroom. There was mold around most of the bathtub edges, and the towels were in terrible condition — some were torn or even had holes. Breakfast was also disappointing. There were only about five small round tables, and there were no vegetables or fruits at all. The swimming pool area was dirty, and the hot tub was so filthy that I didn’t even want to get in. Everything about this stay was disappointing.

Shower curtain had mold, ceiling in shower was poorly renovated, toilet paper holder was incorrectly installed and leaned against the toilet… I was not able to bathe my children due to the mold. I contacted Expedia for help and I am still waiting on a refund for my terrible experience.

Only the room cleaness is good. The carpet in the kitchen,lobby and stairs needs change or deep cleaning. The pool and hottub are abandoned. They need complete renewal and sanitation check. The staff deliberately misinform the customer, after apprantely communicating with the manager. They lied that the pool is operational whereas upon arrival we found its out of order. We checked out after one night since they fail to fix it. The room we slept 202 suffers from sound pollution. There is no thermostat in the room. The server in the kitchen uses a piece of cloth to clean everything,increasing risk of contamination. The hotel is poorly managed.

Not quite like other Quality Inns. Location was the reason for the stay, but the room itself was lacking. Lacking things such as a closet, toilet paper holder (yeah TP roll on the sink) and towel hooks instead of rods.

Great location for an appointment I was heading to. Check in great, very pleasant staff members. Lovely updated bathroom, comfy beds and nice linens, good black out curtains, an important aspect for me. I didn’t take breakfast but my roommate did and said it was good, she got there just before it closed at 9:00 am.

Stay was as expected although the door to our room was damaged, and the room was fairly run down (broken bed frame and mouldy caulking in the bathroom). Staff barged into our room twice before check out (presumably trying to start cleaning), once before 9am which woke us up.

it is a disgrace, we were denied ability to stay in the room we paid for because we did not bring a physical copy of the same credit card that was charged to pay for the room. they would not accept cash, debit, or any other type of security deposit and laughed at us when we said we had no where else to go and are from 4 hours away. even further will not give us a refund so literally stole $155 on us. stay far away from here.

Worst hotwl ive ever stayed. We get to the hotel room and find a bandaid on the wall and dirty spots on the floor that tou could tell was not properly cleaned. Computer system was down for about 45min min when we arrived to check-in after a long days driving. I've never had an issue using a visa debit card for a check in/deposit prior to this hotel (Quality Inn)and it now u am being told that they do not know how to refund me and i have to wait for,well....i dont know how long because the manager won't call me back or get back to me at all. I am on a limited budget every month being a single mom with 2 kids and now I'm out $200; for i don't know how long because no one is telling me anything or getting back to me!!! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. I will never stay at a Quality Inn again.

Definitely won’t be going back. The front desk staff were not friendly or too helpful and just very short when questioned about their check-in policy etc. Didn’t see signs or the property being ‘newly renovated’ as they stated. Hard to contact the front desk from your room. House keeping team was lovely.

Stayed for 5 nights while visiting family in the area. Check in was quick and plenty of parking. Right across the police station. Bed was comfortable. Bed was clean. Pool was closed during my stay. I was on the 3rd floor close to the exit. Did not try their breakfast. The location is close to the highway #174. Shopping mall and Farm Boy are less than 5 min away.

I spent a night here while attending an event in orléans.The best thing about this is the position by the highway exit.Very convenient. If you like county fair, it will be a great place to stay to attend any county event.

The bed and space is okay. As advertised, there is hot tub, but not available. Dinning cleanliness is not really great. Upon entering you can see the carpet is black due to dirt. No paper towel they serve facial tissue in the washroom instead of paper towel. No hand-soap despite we asked for it. They put extra body soap as hand soap. Only apple is fruit available for 3 days. Hot water is free though all day. Thank you

This hotel is pretty tired and definitely needs a pretty serious update. Soon as you walk in it is dated, and unwelcoming but clean. The breakfast was the first time ever we ended up having to get breakfast somewhere else after. I would just cut out the breakfast because it’s poorly executed. The staff were all pleasant and the hotel is clean.
