Berlin Grande Hotel

I booked through your site which advertised a two queen room with porch or patio. I arrived and was accomodated in a room with NO porch OR patio. The hotel had the room available BUT the only way we could have it was to pay AGAIN. I tried to call the 800 number but your phone tree was in a terminal loop. I tried the local number your chat bot provided and got no ring. So now ive paid double. And the hotel stated I was the second customer on 5/16 who were "given the expedia hoax, because NO expedia block rooms had patio or balcony. I would like a refund for the UNUSED reservation because I DUPLICATELY PAID for the accomodation I booked with you WHEN IT WAS 100% NOT AS ADVERTISED

Accommodations were great, breakfast was very good. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

A beautiful hotel. From the time we checked in till the time we checked out, the staff was awesome. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed at. The room was very clean. The pool and the hot tub was refreshing after a long afternoon of shopping. We will be staying there again.

Nice hotel and staff. Only negative was hot tub was not to temperature first night.

The “hot” tub was barely lukewarm. That was too bad because the jets seemed to be working great. There are two gas powered fire pits in a lovely area. Unfortunately, one of the fireplaces would not stay lit. We reported it thinking it just needed more propane. That was not the answer. The breakfast consisted of the usual buffet breakfast choices but mostly cold with rubbery scrambled eggs. But the saving grace was the cinnamon rolls! Also, the room was spacious and clean!
