Club Wyndham Ka Eo Kai

We never used laundry service. Room had no closet, thus no where to hang clothes.

Great location for the quiet rest I sought. Staff were helpful, and I enjoyed several classes with Hawaiian cultural activities. It was sad not to have the main pool and especially the hot tub available, but I knew it was under maintenance when I reserved my room. Very nice bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The property was quiet snd I walked to many nearby places, and took the bus to others.

Room was great and spacious with nice conveniences like washer/dryer, wet bar, full kitchen, and huge lanai. Had several issues with the property though as WiFi was not working for majority of our stay. Also the main pool and only hot tub were closed for construction. Major disappointment as the hot tub is one of our favorite parts of this resort. We didn’t have any notice that it wouldn’t be operational during our stay.

Staff was very courteous. Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Toiletries, towels and beds were fine. Our room was due for an update. Overall, a good stay.
