Great location. About 1.2 miles from downtown Broadway, walking distance to atleast 5 restaurants/bars, wakking distance to Music Row and the Pedal Nashville tour. Great, stocked breakfast all tgecway up to 5 min before closing. Very helpful front desk staff. Parking on site with in/out privileges for $45/day

***NO MATTER WHO TELLS YOU THERE IS LOCAL SHUTTLE SERVICE…there is NO LOCAL SHUTTLE SERVICE. Pros: staff, location, breakfast, cleanliness, bed comfort, kitchenette, room size. Cons: no shuttle service (even tho the website and two different agents said there was.), trouble with wi-fi. I would have given this a 5 star if they truly had a local shuttle service. If you don’t need this then you should stay here! It was a great experience for my under 21 daughter and I for our long weekend girls trip. I do not have pets and other than a little smell of animal on the couch it was clean. We had lots to do on the grounds and the sister hotel like access their pool. They had fund nightly things like make your own ice cream sandwiches, whiskey tasting (for a fee) next door, and a couple others that I forgot becaus we were busy walking:) The staff was so helpful. They were in the know and preferred to help with whatever you needed. Breakfast was fresh and we were full each day. Get there early to get the full experience. Hope this helps.

The location was good for walking to near-by restaurants. We were not told about the mandatory $50 per day valet charge. There was no self park option. Probably wouldn't stay here again because of the parking fee.

This is a comfortable hotel away from downtown but still walkable. There are many dining options nearby and places like the Gulch and Centennial Park are easily within reach. The room was decent with kitchen facilities as needed. Breakfast was good with enough options to satisfy all in our party. The gym is small but usable and the laundry room was perfect for the halfway point on our trip.

Front desk staff was really nice. Music playing in lobby and on all the floors is a little loud in the middle of the night when your room is off the lobby. $5 difference from valet to self park. Parking garage which is shared with a neighboring hotel is ample but does not connect w/elevator physically to this hotel.

We came here for a bachelorette/girls trip for 4 days. Things were ok at the beginning. Every time we came to valet the car, we had to go find people at the front desk. Also the self parking and valet parking are only $5 apart but very expensive. Self parking 45 valet 50. But lastly we found bed bugs in our room the night before we were set to depart. We woke up itching and boom. There they were. They were in all stages so they had to have been there for some time. So instead of waiting until daylight to leave we gathered our things and left. Also the front desk person was kind but the only thing she offered was a room switch. I’m about to spend the next few hours headed home itching and going to the laundromat to wash my clothes to ensure none of their critters came home with me. Locations was impeccable but not for the paranoia the bed bugs have caused

The carpet was dirty, the couch was damp. There was a strand or thread in the shower drain. Besides that, check-in was quick and easy, and the surrounding was great. Close to everything. The last time we booked here, there was a free shuttle, but this time there wasn't one, which was the reason why I booked here.

Next door construction was extremely loud. Would've been nice if hotel notified guests, but instead they just left earplugs in the room after check-in. Cockroach on the floor next to the bed was a nice addition.

Blinds are frayed-rough looking need to be replaced. Stayed 4 nights.(Sunday was peaceful)3 of the nights the construction noise was unbearable in the early morning hours. Ear plugs were handed out at check in. We should be comped for at least one night of our stay for sleep deprevation.

Mixed work / pleasure trip. The accommodations and location were fine, but when I tried to log into my work server - nothing... Come to find the Free "WiFi" service is less than 5 Mbps!!! After wasting an hour with hotel staff - and only after asking - they gave me number of tech support. After waiting / wasting another hour - they return my call to give me the Great news that for $4.95 a day they can get he to a whopping 15 Mbps... Researching online in between to try to resolve myself, I found comments/reviews/complaints from tons of people all across America at Hilton's with Useless Free WiFi!!! Hey Hilton, we live in a Giga World - time to catch up fall behind!!! WIll NEVER stay at anyother Hilton Property again!!!

Great location within walking distance of the SoBro area and a cheap Uber to the Broadway strip. The garage is a bit confusing because it’s shared with their sister hotel. The condition of the hotel was ok but it shows some wear. The room itself was good with a full fridge and sink. The air conditioner is really close to the bed making running into it at night a concern. Will definitely stay again.

The shower was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. It took several minutes to get lukewarm and the warm water didn’t last long. The pressure was terrible- barely a trickle, while the sink pressure was very strong. It was uncomfortable showering there. The additional fees during our stay should have been mentioned on the website, specifically the overnight parking fee, which is significant. The website should also include mention of the construction happening right next door, which is lousy and starts early.

The rooms are really small, and beds are very uncomfortable. Our room advertised that it sleeps 4 but was too small for 2 adults and 1 kid. There is construction going next to the hotel and it was loud in the morning. Overall, I would have not stay here again!

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was large, clean and comfortable. I loved having a separate place to work. It felt like a home away from home, not a hotel room. I will be staying here again when I come to town.

This is a nice hotel overall. Issues were minimal and dealt with by the staff quickly upon request. The breakfast was good, and the location, removed from the main entertainment district around Broadway but close enough for easy access, was a plus. There were also a number of music clubs and restaurants within a few blocks if you don't want to deal the the madness on a Saturday night. One of the issues we had was related to the valet parking and they comped us a night of parking for our trouble. We would chose this place again if we ever return to Nashville.

We were in Nashville to attend an awards ceremony where an award that was named for my daughter was presented. I chose the hotel because it was not far from the university. The staff is fantastic and went far above expectations. We called hoping to check in early and within an hour, Sandra called to say our room was ready. York and AJ in valet parking were fantastic and the front desk staff were always kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was standard, clean and safe. Hotel employees were fast and efficient. The fire alarm was pulled at 8:00AM on the one night we stayed there. it went on for so long without any updates that guests, including myself, evacuated the building. Hotel staff didn't mention anything to the customers and carried on as if there wasn't an alarm blaring through the rooms and walls. When i called to address the situation with Expedia.. the person at the front desk said "it wasn't that big of a deal. nothing bad happened" -direct quote- even though it ruined my entire night's sleep on the only day i stayed. Would have expected atleast a bit more professionalism on the last communication.

I bought an electronic item with Amazon, had the UPS proof of delivery, and the staff insisted they did not receive the package. I asked them politely to search for the package again, and I felt mistreated and disrespected. As if I was lying, wrong, and they were right. I even filed a claim before UPS, and ultimately the hotel staff found the package. Notwithstanding, even though they were wrong all the time, they did not apologize, and still kept giving me "looks" throughout my stay. I will never come back.

Great location in the center of one of Nashville‘s many neighborhoods. Music row. Good number of bars and restaurants in the area and many of the famous record producers. All within walking distance. Hotel was nice, although the parking was expensive at $36 a night. That is probably standard for Nashville. breakfast was great. Staff was very nice and attentive. Will try to stay there again.

Breakfast was amazing!! The staff was very helpful and coild make us laugh. On our last morning the three of us were very tired and very hung over and trying to deal with our luggage was a hand full. They askes if we enjoyed our stay and if we enjoyed Nashville as much as it looked like all of us laughed and said we sure did.
