This is a great cave hotel in Goreme and it has own parking space. It’s close to everywhere. The staff are very friendly. The room is very quiet and comfortable. We stayed for three nights and enjoyed it very much.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop patio was amazing. I had a rental car and the parking situation was a little crazy but they made it work.

Beautiful property with kind staff. Roof deck was perfect for watching the balloons and just enjoying the sunset. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed Terra Cave hotel. It was an amazing experience to stay in a cave hotel. The views from the terrace were beautiful and the breakfast was the highlight of the trip.

Awesome staff, great location, very clean rooms and breathtaking views from the rooftop terrace overlooking Love Valley where hot air balloons would take off. Breakfast was excellent. There is no lunch or dinner in the hotel dining area but no worries they recommend the best like Dibek for classic pottery kebab which we enjoyed much. Abdullah and the lady were both nice. My wife was surprised with a cake, balloons and wine when we entered the room as in a few days it would be her birthday. How sweet the gesture was from the hotel! That was definitely so much plus points. Will definitely stay here again when we are back in Göreme.

Just perfect. One of the more unique and enjoyable places that I've ever stayed. The room was gorgeous and 'cave-y'. Breakfast was really fabulous with options, just beautiful food, and the terrace was perfect for balloon watching and just general town overlook. Parking was somewhat hair-raising, with a lot of cars in a tiny space, but the staff was really helpful and I didn't see other hotels that looked any better for parking. The staff was very gracious. I wish we could have stayed longer. Excellent.

We loved our time at Terra Cave Hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and I took a soaking bath each night. The breakfasts were some of the best we had during our 3 weeks of travel. The ladies who ran the breakfast kept everything filled, made eggs to order and would even make Turkish coffee (which was surprisingly not offered much across Turkey because everyone drinks chai). There was a nice variety of fruits and the preserves were all fresh and delicious. Each day they made 3 or 4 new dishes. There was breads and sweets too. We had a rental car and were able to park it very close to the hotel.

Otel çalışanları çok ilgiliydi, otelin kahvaltısı da çok başarılı ve çeşitliydi. Otelin yeri Göreme’de çok merkezi bir noktada olduğu için aracımız olmamasına rağmen gezerken çok rahat ettik. Ayrıca otelin çok güzel bir terası da mevcut, vakit geçirmek-sabahları balon manzarasında fotoğraf çekilmek için de çok uygun :)

Terra Cave is a lovely clean hotel. The Stone room was a god size with comfortable bed (not hard as rock like some hotels). The staff were friendly and kind and helpful. Hotel is located up a hill, like so many in Goreme. They have free tea and cakes at 4.30pm and breakfast is fantastic. Lovely view over town and balloons from terrace where breakfast is served. Highly recommend.

Amazing cave hotel with the friendliest and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered! They were there to answer our million questions, help us book tours, and even call other locals to ask questions on my behalf. Best hotel breakfast I’ve seen with even an omelet ordering station! It is a cave hotel so dirt/dust does fall from the ceiling, particularly in the bathroom in the room we were in. I would recommend putting in cubby shelves to keep towels and toiletries clean to make your 10/10 hotel a 12/10 hotel!

We stayed 3 nights. It is a very nice hotel with a good breakfast. The staff are very nice. You can watch the hot air balloons from the rooftop deck. We stayed in the Stone King suite. It has a balcony but it is not attached to the room, you need to go through an office to get to it. The shower door did not close but other than that, the room was very nice and spacious

We liked this place so much we stayed an extra night. AMAZING breakfast. Great variety, delicious salads and spreads every morning, wonderful eggs/omelets. Our room was huge and quiet, bed was super comfortable, and we loved the little cave-y details around the room. We had one small issue with bits of the ceiling in the bathroom falling into the floor and onto our things (grit/sandy material), but not sure if this is a fixable issue since the room was directly below the kitchen/breakfast area so I assume it was falling from the vibrations of people walking above. Overall, however, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't really affect our stay (we also did not inform the hotel about this). The staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Spectacular views from the terraces and hotel is close to amazing restaurants.

Terra Cave Hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in, making my visit to Cappadocia a lot more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic especially enjoyed on the lovely patio with an unobstructed view for hot air balloon watching. The staffs were awesome, possessing great knowledge of the surrounding area and good restaurant recommendations. The hotel is also conveniently located just far enough from the busy streets to provide tranquility while still offering easy access to great eateries. If I had one complaint, it would be that the ventilation of the bathroom can be improved. It could get a bit stuffy at times.

Kahvaltısı oldukça zengindi; açık büfe formatında meyveler, omlet, haşlanmış yumurta, domates–salatalık, kek, kurabiye, çay, kahve, meyve suyu ve hatta mezeler bile vardı. Her damak zevkine hitap eden güzel bir çeşitlilik sunuyorlar. Odalar çok temizdi ve her gün düzenli olarak temizlendi. Kış mevsimi olmasına rağmen odalarda hiç üşümedik, ısıtma sistemi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Bölge hakkında detaylı bilgi verip gezi rotanızı planlamanıza yardımcı oluyorlar. Balon seferleriyle ilgili de dilediğiniz tüm bilgileri alabiliyorsunuz. Konum olarak da harika bir yerde. Göreme’de gezilecek her noktaya çok yakın. Otelin terasından balonları seyretmek ise ayrı bir keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel oldu!

We spent three nights at the hotel and had a wonderful experience there. Mr. Abdullah contacted us via whatapp before arriving and booked hot air balloon ride for us. At checkin, he helped us with tours and suggestions for restaurants and Turkish bath. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel. Restaurants and the man street shops were five-minutes walk. The room was super clean. Breakfast was delicious. Rooftop with an amazing view. Highly recommended.

Incredible place to stay! From the friendly and helpful service to the amazing views from the Roof-top seating, this hotel has it all! The breakfast is amazing too! We stayed in the lower cave room and it was toasty warm in the winter. Come stay here...you won't be disappointed!

Our cave room was qaint and comfy. The complimentary bottle of wine was appreciated. The breakfast was delicious everyday offering plenty of choices and fresh omelettes. The view of Gerome was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Good location and people running hotel were very nice and helpful. The room was dark and had no exterior view. We could hear street noise and people talking which was a bit disturbing.

This is a beautiful hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The location is excellent. The complementary breakfast was very good. Our room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious. The only negative: in our room there were no drawers or cabinets to unpack clothes, only a couple hangers. We had to live out of suitcases that were open on the floor. Also, the bed and pillows were comfortable but were old and a bit lumpy.

The rooms are small with dim lighting. Not all The bathrooms are convenient. Do realize that the hotels rooms are built into caves and some are improvised caves. They are not convenient for everyone and in some cases difficult to function in. The TVs were not functional and the staff could not help.

Upon arrival we met Aisha at the reception and she was really great giving us a tour of the property and gave us nice and cozy bedrooms, she is top notch in customer service. highlight of our stay was delicious breakfast and variety was great, their breakfast is a must try, overall our experience at terra cave was above and beyond. highly recommended and we will stay here again!!!

Nice cave hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. The only downside is that their overcharge for anything you schedule through them: day trips, airport transfers, etc. So stay there but don't schedule anything through them.

We had a great stay and we would stay there again. Abdullah at the reception was great! Super friendly and smooth check-in. He was helpful with all kinds of recommendations and found us a great guide for 2 days. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Loke most hotels the rooftop terrace was great for sunrise and balloon viewing. On top of it all you will get an amazing breakfast with Turkish salads, lots of feesh fruit, eggs freshly made any style.

I normally don’t write an unsolicited review, but Terra Caves deserves one. We stayed 2 nights here and Terra made it a memorable one. The cave was clean, yet modern. The service was great and attentive. We were able to leave our luggage with the reception after check out. They had complimentary breakfast and evening tea and snacks that were served upstairs with an amazing view of the valley. The breakfast chef Serdag made sure the spread each day was excellent, tasty and different. They even made eggs to order. Overall, a great experience and value for the money. Would definitely come back here.

We just had our honeymoon here, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Superb facility, super helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and great location. The staff was particularly helpful when booking local tours/attractions. Would definitely recommend this hotel!!

First of all, I would like to thank everyone for their efforts. We had a good stay, but this is not a hotel, but it has the facilities of a hotel. But the entrance door opens and closes with a key and it is very low in terms of security. Contrary to the comments I had read, the treatment of the hotel staff and manager was not good and professional at all. We did not receive a good welcome and the hotel manager had a very cold attitude. But at the time of check-out, he kept our things so that we could get to our entertainment more easily I appreciate him for that. She gave us a room opposite the WC and we often heard strange noises and it was very unpleasant for us. The bathroom was very small. The sheets smelled bad and damp and were very old. But the breakfast was very good and fresh, the best breakfast we ate. Location was close to the center, but the path had a high slope due to dirt repairs. The surroundings were crowded and we didn't sleep well. The hotel terrace was perfect for balloon photography.

Loved our stay as they were right at the heart of Goreme. And the staff were excellent. Metin was great he helped us book ATV, Car Rental, Hot Air Balloon. Also their rooftop is great you can see all the hot air balloon.

Kış mevsimi olmasına rağmen odalarda hiç üşümedik, ısıtma sistemi gerçekten çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Bölge hakkında detaylı bilgi verip gezi rotanızı planlamanıza yardımcı oluyorlar. Balon seferleriyle ilgili de dilediğiniz tüm bilgileri alabiliyorsunuz. Konum olarak da harika bir yerde. The room was huge, clean and great bed with fantastic bedding/pillows. Excellent breakfast including made to order eggs. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - dining tips, arranging tours, spa and transportation. Very friendly manager. The town is undergoing a multi-year street reconstruction project. So many of the streets are in different stages of construction. When we left the Terra Cave street was just about completed! Highly recommend this place.

We loved our time at Terra Cave Hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious and I took a soaking bath each night. The breakfasts were some of the best we had during our 3 weeks of travel. The ladies who ran the breakfast kept everything filled, made eggs to order and would even make Turkish coffee (which was surprisingly not offered much across Turkey because everyone drinks chai). There was a nice variety of fruits and the preserves were all fresh and delicious. Each day they made 3 or 4 new dishes. There was breads and sweets too. We had a rental car and were able to park it very close to the hotel.
