This is our second time staying at the property. We enjoy the convenience to downtown and the university. Very walkable. We miss the coffee machine and mini refrigerator in the standard room, but not enough to prevent us from coming back. The staff is friendly and attentive.

Wished there was a 4.5! Big room with kitchenette very handy! Easy Parking, Great location for Old Town and College. Great office/reception area with lobby and cool conference room. Open 24hrs. Also has craft refreshments with Pac Man and Asteroids making t a cool place to hang out! our 2nd stay and will be back!

The room and staff were excellent! The price point was very reasonable. Like some rooms I've rented lately, there is no microwave or refrigerator. But I suspect this is because the hotel is connected to a restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the staff was kind and helpful. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay there again!!

A former day-use hotel has been transformed to a really good option if you don’t need a swimming pool for your stay. I spent four nights here in the room with a modern kitchen as I helped my daughter move for a job. This updated space was down the block from her apartment. We walked to downtown restaurants and the Safeway was a block away. Easy parking. If I needed to crash in Corvallis again, I would absolutely book here.

Cute and newly renovated hotel rooms with an industrial feel. Very comfortable king bed, nice tiled large shower, makeup towel, liquid hand soap, body lotion, body gel, shampoo and conditioner. We were surprised it was quiet as it’s near a main street, but we didn’t hear anything. It has a staffed, cute RV trailer for snacks and drinks with a seating area outside. We received a coupon for $5 off a meal at the attached, well established restaurant. Drawback would be there are stairs for the second floor so you must carry baggage up. Cute bistro table and chairs outside each room on the walkways. For a college town, this is worth the booking. Reasonably priced and we would stay again!

Very filthy place. We booked 2 rooms for son’s graduation. Even though we requested daily service no one came for 2 days until we kept complaining. Took 20 minutes for them to find TP when we ran out. No extras in rooms. I spilled a little water on the floor and when I cleaned it up the white towel had black streaks on it. 2nd room my kids were in was filthy as well. Daughter showed them her gray socks with black on the bottom from dirty floors. Asked for a cleaning. No one came the 2 days they were there. No new towels there whole visit. Do NOT stay at this place.

My daughter is an OSU student and this was the 3rd time we stayed here. This time, the hotel room had super dirty floors, the walls seemed like they were made out of paper because it was so loud. No sleep was had by anybody.

The room was very clean & nicely furnished. Downtown Corvallis with the specialty shops and restaurants- plus the Willamette River are all within walking distance. The building has been painted by a comissioned artist, so the motel looks very chique from the outside. The front desk people were nice. It was enjoyable stay.

No Kitchen, No coffee, hair dryer died. Rooms are noise. Lady coffin all night. Someone on the 2nd floor walked around with a ped leg or something in the middle of the night for and hour. You can head the tv next door very easy.

Very nice room with unique and attractive decor. Be advised the walls don't stop sound...we could clearly hear the noise and every word of the conversations in the room next door. Also the shower curtain was short and a lot of water came out on the floor. I believe the design of the shower needed a glass door. The location is perfect though. Shopping, restaurants are all a short walk away. Staff is very helpful and friendly too. Clean and comfortable. Would probably stay here again.

Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. No outlets were working so moved us to another room. New room tv didn’t work and was across the room on a desk where you couldn’t see it anyways. The bathroom doors have frosted glass, so when someone is in there with the light on it lights up the whole room, which woke us up when someone used it in middle of the night. Train woke us up as well.

It’s a remodeled drive in motel. The rooms are quite nice inside (IKEA vibe) and the bed was very comfortable. It could have used an extra light in the room, as it was a bit on the dark side in the evening. The walls are thin so we did tend to hear our neighbors a fair bit Parking was easy and free and the location is very convenient.

Clean. Good location to tour OSU. All was good except the extremely loud refrigerator in the room that kept me awake until I unplugged it. It then created a water puddle. I informed the front desk after the first night and they said maintenance would fix it. Maintenance never came. When we left for the day I plugged it in again to avoid more water on the floor. We got back late to the room and no one looked at it. I tried to sleep with it plugged in because I had food in it, but woke up again due to it. I wear hearing aids and it was very loud without them in & normally sleep through most things. The inner lock/lever/bar that keep the door closed in hotels, but allows you to open door slightly was also broke off. Room appeared to be recently renovated . Barn door to the bathroom had a frosted glass so when someone was in the bathroom in the middle of the night , the light transfers through and brightens the whole room. Just letting you know because all these things are fixable!

Unfortunately our terrible first impression ruined our opinion of the hotel. We arrived at 4pm, checked in, and went to take showers. There was NO hot water. We waited a bit, tried different strategies with the faucet, and eventually called the front desk. Their response: “A lot of people just checked in so they are all likely taking showers now. Try again in an hour or so”. No apology, no sympathy, no offer of a creative solution. Just “it’s an old hotel, what do you expect?” We were gaslit into thinking that no hot water at a hotel is a normal thing. We had to take freezing cold showers and head off to our appointments. The next morning and the following morning the hot water was just fine. Isn’t *that* when the majority of people would be taking showers? We also didn’t appreciate the $100 credit card hold for any incidental charges. Beds were comfortable. Floors are not carpeted, and felt cold. The comment someone else made about their remodel being lipstick on a pig is just right. Would not stay here again.

This is our favorite motel, with its value, proximity and incremental modernization efforts. An old motel but there are outlets of all types where you need 'em. Just follow the silver conduits. Tommy's Bar n Grill serves a great breakfast next door. The staff, from greeters to 'keepers, are kind and thoughtful. The lobby's currently astro turf next to a trailer, but it's cute, I'm believing. It's gonna be much larger. We'll be back to see!

Traveling with our dog. Hotel Corvallis was conveniently located close to the OSU campus and downtown Corvallis. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Stayed on the ground floor and heard every movement from the guests upstairs as well as the neighboring guest’s A/C unit cycling on/off all night. Lots of homeless passing through and scavenging in the nearby alley, but that’s what the community allows.

This is a fixed up property that was clearly once an older motel. It isn’t fancy but the beds were comfortable, the shower and bathroom were nice - and clean. The heater was noisy but we stayed on cold nights and found if we heated up the room we could turn the heat off when we were ready to go to sleep. The best selling point is the convenience. We were within two or three blocks of coffee shops, bookstore, retail and various interesting restaurants.

Great little motel. They took a centrally located outdated motel and made it cute and hip. If you book direct you get a ton of partner perks like a free ice cream and a free breakfast at the diner right on the property. Good price good value.

It was a quick stop on our way to the Redwoods. I booked through Expedia. The place was unique, neat. It had cool features and a fun environment. Parking in front is a little tight but not horrible. If you do not book through them directly, you don't get free coffee at the office. They do have a coffee pot/ coffee in the room so that's okay. No chance of sleeping in if you're in a front room because of road noise in the morning. Might bring earplugs. It was pretty quite around that night.
