The host was great. Very accommodating allowing us to leave our bags after check out until our train time. She gave good recommendations for areas to see. Room was clean and towels were replenished daily along with trash removal. Street is a little loud but it did not keep us from sleeping. Very convenient location to metro, shopping, and restaurants

The room was small, not very clean and the overall experience was not so great. Our AC did not work two nights of the five nights we stayed. And although, they had come to fix it both time the next day, we had to spend the night in heat. The bathroom shower randomly stopped working for a while and the internet connection was terrible. We lost internet for a whole night and was only fixed after 24 hours. The apartment was also shared with other guests. We had our own private room and washroom though. Would not recommend.

Nice place to stay, quiet and safe location, just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and 5 minutes to the subway. The staff were very helpful in addressing guests' needs. The interior is a bit plain; I would recommend hanging a couple of pictures to enhance the ambiance.
