Oda temiz ve konforluydu. Personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Otelin dış mekanında vakit geçirebileceğimiz birçok alanı vardı. Sabah balonları balkondan izleme fırsatımız oldu. Misafir olmaktan memnun olduğumuz keyifli bir konaklamaydı. Çok teşekkürler.

Restoranı, odaları inanılmaz temiz ve düzenliydi. Açık büfe Kahvaltısı çok lezzetli ve yeterli çeşitteydi.Personelin güler yüzlülüğü ilgileri alakaları çok güzeldi. Teras katından balonları izlemek çok keyiflidi.

No elevator, and is hard to cary lugages to 3rd floor. Not paving in tje parking lot, and there is a lot of dust.

Otelin konumu ve odalalırın büyüklüğü, temizliği, bakımı ve düzeni gayet iyi. Dört yetişkin olarak konakladığımız otelden çok memnun kaldık. Açıkbüfe Kahvaltı çeşitliliği gayet lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Gürültünün olmadığı, otopark konusunda da problem yaşamadım. Çalışanların ilgisi çok güzeldi. Güleryüzle karşılandık... Bölgedeki gezilecek, görülecek yerlere çok hakimler. Ayrıca Balon uçuşları için tam bir merkez konumundalar. Uçuş konusundaki organizasyonları kusursuzdu. Birdahiki seyahatimde tek tercihim..

Great hotel to stay! We are very impressed by friendly service from every staff we met in front desk, dining room & cleaners. Safe & quiet location, easy walking to town centre & attractions. The hotel crosses from beautiful red valley with walking distance. Their included breakfast is high quality. This hotel owns famous local hot air balloon company “Royal balloon Capadocia ”. Customer lives in this hotel gets discount for ride ( unfortunately our ride cancelled in last minute because weather conditions). Definitely recommend this hotel to people visiting Cappuccino.

We found the hotel to be very clean with staff very prompt in responding to any request. Breakfast was really nice with different options every day. The location is bit far from downtown center as you have to walk for 10- 15 mins for dinner/ lunch options Best thing is that you get discounts to the Royal hot Balloon and you don’t have to go anywhere as the hotel is the starting point for all the hot balloon trip

Very nice property. Very big room with balcony. Staff was also helpful. There was no lift but staff helped with rhe baggage. They also offer hit air balloon rides which was very convenient. My husband did not come with us for the Hot air bsllooonbut he was able to view the amaxing sight from the hotel terrace. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the main market with multiple restaurants and tourism offices offering different packages. All quad tours were also nearby. Really enjoyed our stay here. Goreme is one hour away from Kayseri airport and airport shuttles are convenient and economical way to travel at 12usd per person. Better to book it it ahead of time online. The hotel also arranges it for you.

Özellikle her sabah gün doğumunda terasta izlenen balonlar çok keyif vericiydi. Seyahat etmeyi sevenler için mükemmel bir konaklama! 景色が最高！テラスが朝も夜もとにかく良い。 お風呂も泡風呂に出来たりと設備もいい。 一つ残念なのが、冷蔵庫がなかなか冷えなかったこと。私の使い方が間違っていたのかもしれないけど、全然冷える気配はなかった。 朝ごはんも美味しい。

Prime location to see the balloons at 6:00AM, staff is super nice and helpful and if you are going to balloon ride you couldn’t choose a better hotel…Royal is the No.01 balloon company in Göreme, which happens to run a hotel. Everything in Göreme is at walking distance and If you are claustrophobic to cave hotels this is a good option. The rooms are huge, no elevator though, and they do need a little updating and TLC.

Das Hotel können wir gern weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren hervorragend. Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Das gesamte Ambiente des Hotels war zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und total lecker. Alle waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Güzeldi otel merkezi ve rahattı calisanlar güler yüzlü ve kibardı. Bi daha gitsem yine ayni otelde kalırım kahvaltısı da Güzeldi. Otelin terasında balonlar seyredilebiliyordu. Temiz ve duzenliydi. Ayrica otelin mimarisine Güzeldi.

The rooms are tidy and clean with all basic inclusions. The breakfast and dining area was really good. If you’re lucky, the rooms have a view of balloons which take off in the morning. If not, you can go to the terrace which is a comfortable place to view it as well. The room I stayed in was otherwise small suited to a maximum of two. My only tip is to plan your pick up or shuttle if possible. Taxis cost to Göreme is about US 60 to US 70.

It was nice spacious room as depicted in the photos. Overall nice staff and service. breakfast was good though we missed french fries.

I like hotels decorations. I like my room very much. The big room have everything I need, great breakfast is included in the room rate. The room is so quiet, there is no any noise you can hear from the next door since the stone wall is so thick. I am a little picky for the cleaness, this is why I rated for four star. Comparing the money I paid it should be five stars.

집같은구조의 편안하고 아늑한호텔이었습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시고 모두 좋았으나 단지 에어컨작동소리가 너무 커서 시끄러운 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

ロケーションは街のはずれにあるが、喧騒から逃れることができ、街まで歩いて10分ほど。ローズバレーまでも歩いて10分ほどなので、バルーンを間近で観る事もできる。 施設については、私が泊まった部屋はベットの足元にストッパーの意味なのかデザインかは分からないが板があるので足が伸ばせず窮屈に感じた。コンセントは2箇所（テレビの下のベットサイドのテーブルを避ければあった。） 部屋の入口に３つのボタンがあるので、掃除をして欲しければ緑のボタンを押して出かければベットメイキングはされているが、掃除やシーツ交換はされない。タオル交換もしてくれる。チップはしっかり持っていく。 フロントなど対応はフレンドリーで親切。 朝食はバイキング形式。

We were only here for less than 72 hours but are very glad we chose this property. I didnt realize at the time of the booking that the hotel is the same as the operator under the name Royal Balloons. They helped me book a balloon flight for the day after our arrival. The sunrise was fully booked so we took the “daylight “ one just 45 min later. Still we had to wake up at 4 to be ready in the meeting point by 4:40…which happened to be our lobby. So keep in mind for first flight you will need to be ready by 4am to be taken to launch site. I guess folks staying elsewhere have to account for even more time if they are booked with Royal Balloons, in order to be brought here. We booked a family deluxe suite which had a queen bed in the bedroom and two separate twins in the entry room. Perfect for our family of 4. Both the hotel and the balloon flight worked out great for us. We happened to arrive on early flight from Istanbul landing at 12:40 and the shuttle arranged by the hotel was already waiting w our name among others. And we made it to hotel by 2 pm check-in time giving us rest of day to explore. Goreme is well situated to explore cappadocia. The town itself has a lot of shops and restaurants and easy 6-8 min walk away. Front desk gave us the idea to maybe rent car if we want instead of all day tour so we did for 24 hours and it let us explore at our timeline and the sites we wanted to go from the red tour. Highly recommend this place for their friendliness and location

To be honest, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel because I was very disappointed with the unfriendliness of some staff, the loud noise coming from the room, and the behavior which seems like trying to deceive me when i changed a room. According to the information on websites, I was informed that I could check-in at any time, and I did not receive any inquiries from the hotel regarding to check-in time. I chose the payment method as an on-site payment, but when my check-in time got late (before 12 midnight), they proceeded with payment from my linked card without any consent. And when I objected to this, she responded very unpleasantly. Second, I couldn't sleep because of the extremely loud sound of water falling all night long from my room. When I requested a room exchange the next day, the hotel staff acted as if they already knew about this issue. I can not understand why they accepted a customer to this room, If they already know about this problem. Third, when exchanging rooms due to above problem, they offered downgraded room and pretended it was an upgraded room and asked me to pay extra. Even though the double room with balcony was cheaper than the deluxe double room, they asked me to pay an additional 20 euros. (In the end, I didn't pay extra.) I was very upset because I felt like they were trying to trick me. Lastly, while eating breakfast, for two days in a row, I noticed flies and moths mixed in with the food on display. When I reported this to the restaurant

We were welcomed warmly and found our room clean and with fabulous bathrooms. Our balloon trip had been cancelled due to weather and the staff made every effort to book us on the next day. We had an amazing time and are very grateful to Royal Balloons and all the friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

A localização é excelente. Fica próximo do centro. O pessoal é muito simpático. O apartamento com varanda é muito amplo.

Really enjoyed my stay here - the staff were really helpful, the rooms were spacious and well equipped and the hotel was in a central and walkable location. I would absolutely stay here again.

Das Frühstücksangebot war dür uns etwas zu mager angeboten.

Our stay was perfect. It could of been extra perfect if they offered a proper breakfast. The bread, cakes as nd other items were mostly left open and as a result food had flies and was dry. The room, staff, area, location. Everything about this place is perfect so perfect that we would stay here again and to be totally honest you can just walk to the cafe and buy a decent breakfast but it's a small place.
