Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho-Daimon

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Hamamatsucho Daimon is conveniently located away from the super touristy areas but since it is located near Daimon station it is a quick train ride to wherever you wan to go. The hotel is clean and the staff are top notch. I got the breakfast in the hotel which was a great way to start the day.

Nice, clean room. Very welcoming and helpful staff as well as a good location.

The staff were incredibly rude, and the room was not properly cleaned. The bedding was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Despite the issue being an internal error on the hotel's part, they kept insisting it was my fault and left me standing at the front desk for over 40 to 50 minutes. Even after it was proven to be their mistake, they never gave a proper apology.

Hotel is perfectly located and is very affordable for what room you are paying for. I enjoyed my stay and the next time I come back to Japan I will stay here. Very Satisfied with my stay.
