I rarely leave bad reviews or get genuinely frustrated with a place, but I honestly feel like I have to say something this time. After checking out, I had to return to the hotel for a short while to charge my phone, use the bathroom, and collect my backpack. I was then told that I had to pay for an entire extra night simply because I needed to stay on the fourth floor for about an hour. I completely understand that hotels may charge for additional services or extended use of a room, but being charged for a full night just to briefly collect my belongings and use the facilities is, in my opinion, extremely poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very bad impression. I will not be returning, and I definitely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staff were friendly, the bed was ok. The facilities need a deep clean and renovations. Everything shows the years and years of use without any deep cleaning. Yes, it was loud at night but there’s nothing the hotel can really do since much of the noise is of other guests going about their normal routines and not being intentionally loud. One immediate fix the hotel could do is crank up the air con, it got really hot inside the capsule especially with the blinds down and zero ventilation. If it wasn’t for the humidity and lack of air con, I probably wouldn’t have written a review since you pay for what you get. But that’s an easy fix that would make everyone more comfortable.
