Booked 2 rooms at the Pelham Lodge. We squished our cars in the car park, which was very convenient for our stay. We were allowed to check in around 11. Both rooms were spotlessly clean. Room 6 was a double. Room 3 was huge, with a great size bathroom. Breakfast was yummy. Hot and tasty. Very convenient for the promenade, the village and the tower.

What a lovely B&B. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Very clean. Close to Winter Gardens and North Pier. Welcomec bottkes of water and tea/coffee and biscuits in your room. We will definitely stay again. Also fan in bedroom if needed.

Very friendly, welcoming and caring. Very convenient for the town centre. Safe overnight parking. We will definitely be using Pelham Lodge next time we come to Blackpool for a show.

Very friendly staff, Lovely and clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent you have a choice of 2 sittings. There is a fan in the room if it gets too hot, Coffee, tea, biscuits and bottle water also provided. I would definitely stay here again. Its 5 minutes walk from North shore train station. Excellent location.

Cant remember how often weve stayed at Pelham Lodge. Always welcoming and fexible with regard to breakfast time and car parking. Spotlessly clean. Spacious rooms. Warm and welcoming. Tucked out of the way but within easy walking distance to attractions, sea front and tram.

The host, Martin, was very welcoming and first impressions of the inside when in reception were very good. The hotel has a small car park which we appreciated and it is near the North Pier which is a very convenient for us. Unfortunately there is no lift. We stayed between Christmas and New Year so it was cold and being on the top floor we could have done with a little more heat. The beds were very comfortable and the room facilities very good. The breakfast was excellent. We hope to return there in 2025. Excellent value for money.

This has now taken the place of my favourite Hotel in Blackpool! Shame it's taken me 20 years to discover it! Martin was very welcoming and his long experience as an entertainer is clear to see - he enthralled my son with magic tricks and the unexpected Puppet museum was a highlight of the trip. Very conveniently located for the North Pier and Blackpool Tower, the hotel was very clean, rooms a decent size, fantastic breakfast - sausages in particular very good - a great place to stay. We'll be back next year for sure. Thankyou!

We arrived a bit earlier than we needed to but we wanted to ensure we got one of the 5 spaces. We were greeted by George who was very friendly and accommodating. He helped massively with the parking and showed us to our room which was absolutely lovely inside. Everything we could need. My only minor issue with my stay was that because the car park is small you hand your keys to george or martin ... which is fine if they need to move my car with it being a very small car park. However I noticed I left my jacket in my car in the evening that I needed. I tried to call both owners a few times with no response . Eventually when i left and was cold out and about,Martin rang me and was at an event. He offered to come back but by time he contacted me i was already out . Im a people pleaser so didnt want to put him out and I was already half way round Blackpool. So little tip make sure you have EVERYTHING you need out of your car before you go out if your planning on going out to pubs etc. Just glad it werent a real emergency. Anyway, we got back , very quiet and peaceful night sleep which is what you need after a night out. Breakfast was okay, good selection of food and Martin was lovely and accomodating too. Location is perfect for pubs and clubs whilst also having the quietness of the aftermath later . My only gripe was not having access to my stuff in my car , but again thats partly my fault so just make sure you get everything out your car first.

The room was small.it hadn't been hoovered and there were dried tea stains down the dressing table and the top of the dressing table unit had dried in stains.yhe shower cubicle needed resealed as it was brown and the 3 tier lightshade had layers of thick dust on it.i couldn't get to the window and it was too high.the curtains were dusty and not fitting properly. Overall it was aweful and i checked out after 1 night even though I had booked for 3.never again.how thus place got 4 star and great reviews is beyond my comprehension.

The room was extremely comfortable and warm, really clean. There was biscuits, tea and coffee and a bottle of water which was a lovely touch. The bed was massive, really clean and super comfortable. Our breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a bed and breakfast. This is one of the nicest bed and breakfast I have stayed in for a long time, the staff are really friendly and super helpful. If I could give 6 stars I would 😁

Everything was very very good. Jorge and Martin were extremely accommodating and friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. Plenty of towels, tea, coffee, etc. tv and wireless charging in room as well as a few discount cards for local cafes, clubs, and restaurants. All in all a very pleasant and enjoyable stay

We stayed at the Pelham Lodge for our usual New Year break in Blackpool and once again enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Hotel. The location is perfect, our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean with great attention to detail and superb facilities. Martin and George are lovely hosts and do a great breakfast, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

These boys couldn’t do anymore for you. Complete service. They go the extra mile take bags to your room show you how to use things show you around…. Couldn’t be happier with how brilliant they were. Fantastic prompt breakfast included too. How a breakfast should be cooked too.

We are abd was,greeted by one of the owners, who helped us with our parking around the side of the building. When we entered the building the owner proceeded to entertain the children as well as asking us we had a safe journey. He was a childs entertainer as well and proceeded to make our granddaughter a balloon dog and the 3 boys swords also offered sweets. Which they all loved. We were given also a discount card and a list of eating places were we could use it. There was plenty of ornaments to see. Room inviting, plenty of choice to make a drink and lovely bisciuts. Very clean and suitable family rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and choice of continental also. Staff were very attentive to us all. Also we were told about events happening, best time to arrive to avoid the crowds. Would return another time.

Really friendly and accommodating host as we arrived a lot earlier than the check in, but were welcomed and able to settle ourselves so we could make the most of our day. Cooked Breakfast ( Blackpool style ) is something we are both really looking forward to.

Martin ensured all of our needs were met including guiding us to wonderful Italian restaurant for dinner. He made us a very good breakfast and provided accommodations for our bags until our train departed. He is a true gem. A stay at Pelham Lodge is highly recommended.

We arrived a bit earlier than we needed to but we wanted to ensure we got one of the 5 spaces. We were greeted by George who was very friendly and accommodating. He helped massively with the parking and showed us to our room which was absolutely lovely inside. Everything we could need. My only minor issue with my stay was that because the car park is small you hand your keys to george or martin ... which is fine if they need to move my car with it being a very small car park. However I noticed I left my jacket in my car in the evening that I needed. I tried to call both owners a few times with no response . Eventually when i left and was cold out and about,Martin rang me and was at an event. He offered to come back but by time he contacted me i was already out . Im a people pleaser so didnt want to put him out and I was already half way round Blackpool. So little tip make sure you have EVERYTHING you need out of your car before you go out if your planning on going out to pubs etc. Just glad it werent a real emergency. Anyway, we got back , very quiet and peaceful night sleep which is what you need after a night out. Breakfast was okay, good selection of food and Martin was lovely and accomodating too. Location is perfect for pubs and clubs whilst also having the quietness of the aftermath later . My only gripe was not having access to my stuff in my car , but again thats partly my fault so just make sure you get everything out your car first.

The Pelham lodge is an excellent hotel in every way. We always receive a lovely welcome, the rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with thoughtful attention to detail. Tea/coffee/ water supplied along with toiletries, plenty of towels and storage space. The beds are very comfortable and bathroom facilities top class. Breakfast is also excellent and cooked to perfection. We are regular visitors to Blackpool and Pelham Lodge is our first choice Hotel every time. The location is also good, in a quiet street just a short walk from North Pier with some on site parking available. Other car parks are just a short distance away. This hotel offers superb accommodation and great value for money and I would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff, Lovely and clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent you have a choice of 2 sittings. There is a fan in the room if it gets too hot, Coffee, tea, biscuits and bottle water also provided. I would definitely stay here again. Its 5 minutes walk from North shore train station. Excellent location.

The stay was amazing,Martin and gang cannot do enough for you. The hotel is in a good spot for bars,restaurants and the beach. The room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was lovely

Strange breakfast set up. 40 minute sitting but the food came out a plate at a time, so felt rushed in the end. Asked to leave as next sitting due, but nobody sat on our table. We all got different sized plates too. That said, good for one night and close to Winter Gardens etc

This has now taken the place of my favourite Hotel in Blackpool! Shame it's taken me 20 years to discover it! Martin was very welcoming and his long experience as an entertainer is clear to see - he enthralled my son with magic tricks and the unexpected Puppet museum was a highlight of the trip. Very conveniently located for the North Pier and Blackpool Tower, the hotel was very clean, rooms a decent size, fantastic breakfast - sausages in particular very good - a great place to stay. We'll be back next year for sure. Thankyou!

Very quick check in. Room very clean and plenty of tea and coffee in room. Also bottled water and biscuits. Bathroom very clean with toiletries provided. Full breakfast available, very enjoyable. Have stayed her five times now and loved it every time. Walking distance to north pier and town centre railway station within walking distance. Definitely recommend and will go again.

Short stay, couple of days. Owner rang me to confirm time and said I could check in early which was really useful. Quick check in. Comfortable room with extras eg bottled water, plenty of supplies of tea coffee etc Excellent breakfast, good service. Always stay at this B&B as always enjoy my stay.

Booked for the weekend as part of a "bucket list " that my friend and I have now we have reached 60. We had been to Blackpool before but this was to be our last trip after 25 years. Pelham Lodge was perfect for us. Great location to get to everywhere, excellent value for money = Note to owner - you could charge more. Comfortable, warm, excellent facilities and quiet. Loved the fact that I could park the car in their car park as I was not using it over the weekend. Once parked was forgotten. I can highly reccomend this hotel. Breakfast was great quality and hot. The only drop of point was that guests could choose their :time sittings at breakfast - we chose the early one @ 8.30 and all 3 of us were there on time and together. We don't take a longtime eating but maybe we need more than 40 mins for breakfast and not ask to leave at 9:00 as the next sitting was due to come in. Also other parties were not so helpful - turning up 1 by 1 making extra work for the staff and then being late leaving and other guests are left waiting. That was our only fault. Can highly reccomend - you will have a great stay.

What a lovely B&B. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was perfect. Very clean. Close to Winter Gardens and North Pier. Welcomec bottkes of water and tea/coffee and biscuits in your room. We will definitely stay again. Also fan in bedroom if needed.

I have stayed at the pelham on numerous occasions and will continue to do so its immaculately clean the staff are amazing and the breakfast is absolutely perfect. I alaays recommend the pelham to family and friends and as i said will continue to stay there. In blackpool this is my favourite hotel close to shops amenities and run superbly by martin and george.

Spotless. Lovely nights stay. Bed was comfy. Room was a good size with tea coffee and hot chocolate with biscuits. Breakfast was great although suprised that in this day and age we ordered the full breakfasts and the men got a little more food than the women. That said food was nice. Hosts where very nice and informative. Would stay again
