Lift wasn’t working. Had to take stairs. Overall good value and location. Very small hotel but friendly service.

We had a room on the 5th floor with a slight view of the top of the Eiffel tower. The room was okay, the hotel is small. Positive: was that the train was right across the street and traveling was convenient. Negative: Theres only one iron in the hotel and you have to use it in the basement where breakfast is served after hours of course

The staff at reception was ver friendly and helpful, the hotel is walking distance from the Eiffel tower, train station nearby, good breakfast. I liked that they honored my request and gave me a room with a great view to the Eiffel Tower.

Hot water didn’t work… Mattresses was old - was syncing in the middle… pillows as well. Oh well, right next to the train station- so loud from outside noise… but great breakfast.

Had a very amazing 2 nights with an Eiffel Tower view.It was beautiful.The location and cleanliness of this hotel is my favorite part.I would definitely stay here again .Also the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed five nights May 2023 at Relais Saint Charles in a Superior room with two Twin Beds on the fifth floor with view of the Eiffel Tower. Location is excellent! Across from metro Dupleix and 10 minutes walking to the Eiffel Tower, 20 minutes to Trocadero and Les Invalids. The neighborhood has lots of cafes and options for food. There is a market next door which sells fruits, cheese, and drinks. The room was renovated with a nice view of the Eiffel Tower! The room is air conditioned had a mini fridge with drinks but they were €2.50 but the market next door sells them for much less The room was clean but tiny, from the end of the beds to the wall you probably have two feet. Not a lot of room with three suitcases. The storage is a closet with shelves which they should convert to drawers. I assume the room size is normal for Paris old hotels. My son is 5.11 and his feet were sticking out of his twin bed. They had an issue with their internet provider and there was no internet on the last two days of our stay. So, make sure you have a good data plan. The bathroom was clean and spacious. There was a small safe for money, and passport, not big enough for a laptop.Staff was polite and very knowledgeable of the city, so ask and tell them where you want to go and they will tell you if you should walk or take the metro. If you email them they answer very quickly. As far as value it was not cheap, average $300.00 a night.Overall a good stay due to location and access to the metro.

We liked our stay! Great to be across from the metro 6 to see all of the main tourist spots. Beds and room are small, which we expected. Nice it has elevator, air conditioning, and fridge.

Great hotel. Smallish rooms but well equipped and only 10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower and a meeting place for tours. Too busy to eat in but lots of great food places around. Secure left luggage, quiet rooms as requested,

Great location with view of the Eiffel Tower and right in front of the subway system. The staff members when we checked in was the best and super helpful. The only downside of this stay was the last night of our stay the hot water stopped working and the staff had no solutions or options and the only thing they said was that nothing could be done until the weekday.

The staff did their very best to meet all our needs. The hotel is very close to THREE metro stops which helps for excursions. We had the Eiffel Tower view in our hotel and the staff were very helpful in providing directions to sites and information on jow to use the metro. Thiw was our first time in Paris and this experience was very memorable! I will definitely return.

I was bitten by bedbugs. Upon inspecting the bed, I found and killed a bedbug, which I then flushed away. I reported this to the front desk, but they were unable to assign me a different room. The staff member advised me to email management immediately with pictures. My wife and I were unable to sleep that night.

Horrible experience! We were shocked, when we saw our room, especially after having a great experience at another hotel near Luxembourg area. The room that we had booked was supposed to have a view and looked clean and modern. When we got there, we noticed we were on the lowest level, facing the busy metro and a construction site. We let the front desk know immediately that the room was not the one we had booked on Expedia. The staff said that they were booked up, even though we had reserved our room from a month ago. We decided to contact Expedia. We sent photos to show that the room we had booked was not the same one as described. We had paid $700 for 2 nights to have the view. The agent agreed and called the hotel and arranged to have our rooms switched with no additional charge to us. We didn’t get any sleep due to lack of ventilation and bed bugs on our 1st night. There was no working AC, so we had to open the windows. The next morning, when we went downstairs to have our room switched, the manager, Magdelena, who was extremely hostile, rude, and argumentative, reprimanded us for contacting Expedia. She kept lecturing us and was so unprofessional that another staff had to deescalate her. We contacted Expedia again. The agent said that the hotel manager was not answering the call. No working phone to call & no mini fridge in the room.When we were packing our suitcases, we found carpet beetles. DO NOT stay here. This is a DUMP.

Location wise it was really good as it was right infront of the dupleix metro station. There was nice little cafes infront and on Wednesday there is a little local market as well where you can buy random cheap stuff as well as variety of fruits. Staff were really nice, friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel is the rooms were not sound proof so you can hear everything outside as well as in the corridor. Room was a bit tiny but I guess it’s same like here everywhere in Paris. Cleanliness wise it was ok. The water in the bathroom sink would drain really slow. It was a bit dusty. Not great in cleanliness but again 15-20 min walk away from Eiffel Tower at this price I would say it’s a bargain.

The woman working the front desk in the mornings is very pleasant. However, the man working at night and overnight was very rude and unwelcoming. The rooms are also outdated and there was mold in the bathroom. You get what you pay for and I recommend just spending the extra money to stay in a better place.

바로 앞에 지하철 역이 있고, 에펠탑까지 10-15분 거리라서 야경보고 돌아오기도 좋아요. 3층이었는데 에펠탑 꼭대기가 조금 보입니다.(사진에 보이는 것보다 반정도) 전반적으로 주거지역이라 그런지 조용하고 안전해 보였습니다. 근처에 마트도 여러개 있고 한식당이 한 5개는 있었던 것 같아요. 한인마트도 작지만 있습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하고 전반적으로 깔끔했습니다. 욕조는 없습니다.

The rooms were spacious, clean and accessible. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Stress free check in and lovely reception area. Great view of the street/city with lots of boulangerie, pâtisserie, restaurants nearby. My only issue was that the beds were a bit too firm for me but we all slept okay despite this. All rooms have AC which was a god send in the hot weather.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel isn’t fancy, but it’s clean, comfortable, and just right for two people. The room wasn’t huge, but it had everything we needed and felt cozy and efficient. The real highlight was the daytime front desk staff — incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely caring. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. That kind of service really stands out. The location is just steps from the train station, which made getting around super easy. It’s a solid hotel: not too fancy, definitely not ugly, just a smart, well-run place that’s perfect for travelers who want a great base in the city.

Duas camas de solteiro pra dizer que é uma cama de casal, o banheiro com cortina que molhava o banheiro todo, pois o quarto era pra portadores de deficiência e não somos, reclamamos e disseram que não tinha outro quarto. O ar condicionado não funcionava, disseram que só liga no verão. Dormimos muito mal!!! Não volto.

Very convenient for walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Great view of the top part of the Tower too from our room. Staff very friendly and someone always available and on hand at front desk. Room is a bit small but is cosy and has everything you need. Had a great time and we would recommend to anyone who wants to be central to Paris’ major landmarks without paying a fortune for the privilege.

Hotel location is brilliant. Staff and super friendly and rooms are spacious. Only downside is the sound proofing, windows don’t seal closed and being on the front where there is traffic and people walking passed it got very noisy which woke us in the night.

Location great. 10 mins to Eiffel Tower Staff were amazing . So helpful and so nice. Booked restaurants for us . Made a fuss of my friend as it was her birthday. Great customer service.

The staff here were wonderful and so helpful! However, on my last morning (yesterday), there was a lady I hadn’t seen before. I didn’t catch her name but she had short black hair and dark skin. When I said bonjour to her when I saw her at breakfast, she said nothing back. She had a grumpy look and demeanor the entire time she was down there. I assumed maybe she was one of the Wednesday delivery people. However, when the regular guy I’d seen throughout my mornings was off, she was the one remaining. I had an early travel to Disneyland Paris and by choice hadn’t had my room restocked the time I’d been there, so I was taking my tea up to my room. The lady slammed the phone on the wall down, put up her hand, and yelled, “NO!” You would’ve thought I was smuggling something bad or a criminal. She was sooo rude. She could’ve just politely let me know I wasn’t allowed to take tea up to my room, but she didn’t. I don’t know if she was a deliverer, an owner, or what… but this lady needs a crash course in working with people if they are going to put her around them. Wish I caught her name… black lady, short hair, morning of 7/30.

Staff very rude and Unprofessional, arguing each other front of the guests!!! Our checking was terrible we know the checkin it was after 2 but they had a lot of people who was doing check out but they can accommodate you because they don’t have cleaning staff at that time, making us to wait in a small couch and forcing u to go around the hotel for hours!!! And it was cold in paris terrible experience I’m Never gonna come back !!

i choose this hotel for location. we did only travel by Uber. However this location was really great as all sites we wanted to see were very close. The hotel itself was by several nice cafes, great bakery, a general merchandise store ( very good for all those little things). discount souvenirs shop. Very safe walkable neighborhood. metro close by. Each staff member really added to our adventure with information, great tips, added tips bits on our tours, and an explanations of so many facts and stories of Paris. Definitely recommend this hotel!

The receptionist with the short brown hair was friendly, informative and very helpful!!! A real asset to your company.

Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. The man with a ponytail was super condescending and would ask questions like “didn’t you see this before when booking?!” when his job is to simply help the guests out. Door rooms would not open with key card and the employee kept having to follow and open the door which was an inconvenience for the staff, not really the guest but it was unprofessional. Woke us up at 1 AM in the morning with a phone call to explain the rules over and over again as If we didn’t understand the first time. Made it seem like we were liars and kept pressing the same issue repeatedly that you couldn’t have more than 2 guests in a room when we never did. Would absolutely never stay here again and would recommend everyone avoid because the hotels nearby are MUCH BETTER AND THE STAFF ARE ACTUALLY HELPFUL AND NICE EVERYWHERE ELSE.

Excellent small hotel with friendly staff.

Every staff member at the reception was so helpful when we had severely delayed baggage. We greatly appreciate all their unwavering help with resolving this problem, as well as being efficient and clean

Cute little hotel, perfect for a weekend in Paris, very close to Eiffel Tower and Metro less than a minutes walk. Cute little market outside on a Sunday too.

The hotel was in a great location, right across from the Dupliex subway station. There was a really good restaurant at the corner of the street. From our 3rd floor room, we were able to see the top of the Eiffel Tower and at 11pm, we got to see it sparkle one night. It was great! Speaking of the Eiffel Tower, that was a 10-15 min walk. Take the second street from the left when leaving the hotel and then make a right. There is a restaurant at that corner as well. Take it all the way down and you'll make a left at the first 4 way stop or continue up a bit and make a left at the first street you see. Walk all the way down and the tower will be on your right hand side. Very cool to see it at 10:30pm on our first night in Paris. The room was very comfy and having a fridge in the room was great. The bathroom was great as well. The room wasn't too small and very comfy. The excellent reception service by a young lady (sorry I can't remember her name!) was awesome. She assisted us with anything that we needed. I also walked about 5 minutes to the train station down the street to get the train to CityPharmacy 7 mins away. Very easy to do and I quickly made it back before it got dark. We didn't utilize the breakfast but we did get a few beverages from the mini bar. Overall I would recommend this hotel. I plan on staying here when I return to Paris in the future :-)

Very convenient to Metro line. Walkable to Eiffel Tower and River Seine. Decent eating close by. Louvre and Latin Quarter further away but convenient by Metro which is right across the street. Staff very helpful for parking, maps and directions in English.

Receptionist was very helpful. We had a lovely stay and the hotel was well kept and clean. Only a short 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower so would definitely recommend.

La limpieza no es muy buena, no tiene plancha, pedí una y me dijeron q fuera a planchar al sótano. El desayuno es super básico y no te permite ni llevarte un sobre de té x si quieres más tarde. Lo único bueno es que está súper céntrico y cerca De la Torre efiel

Great hotel! nice and clean, very easy to arrive and close to the Eiffel tower. The thing they need to improve is the breakfast, is very poor no fruits and limited variety.

While room was very clean, Alex, the concierge was phenomenal, the breakfast , at an extra charge, was very disappointing. The location is phenomenal.

La Ubicación es buenísima, está muy cerca a la torre Eiffel, frente a una estación de tren. Y es un sitio práctico, cómodo y el desayuno chiquito el espacio pero delicioso.
