La struttura e ben posizionata in centro cita, personale molto gentile, pulizia eccellente. La cucina molto diversificata e per tutti i gusti , un po’ meno scelta per le persone intolerance al glutine. Un altra pecca che ho trovato e l’internet, funziona solo vicino alla piscina . Se anche queste piccole cose funzionavano avrei dato 5 stelle .

I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. Their dive centre is excellent as is their hotel reef, with snorkelling just off the beach ideal. The food is dynamic and there are enough restaurants to choose from, so you don't get bored. Though as always, with All Inclusive, if you stick to one menu theme for each meal, rather than a bit of everything, every time, it will continue to surprise and delight. Above all, the staff are kind and friendly. The security at the main street front gate seems excessive, but offers you peace of mind. It's located within easy reach of the airport and the town, and there's a parade of shops inside the compound as well as another just outside the gates, so even if you like to stay put on a resort, you're covered. I like to give a balanced review, but to be honest, I really enjoyed my stay and can't think of anything that was bad. I hope you enjoy your stay too!

Un hôtel a taille humaine qui donne sur l'entrée de la mer. Le personnel est vraiment très gentil et serviable. Pour un couple c'est l'idéal. Le calme absolue. Une clientele respectable. Le service du buffet restaurant est topissime, vous avez un grand choix de nourriture. Moi-même étant difficile je peux vous dire que vous trouverez votre bonheur.Les piscines sont propres mais on y est pas allé car la mer à nos pieds. Sécurisé et au centre ville. Juste la TV impossible à régler mais pas un problème car c'est les vacances

Si je retourne à Hurghada, ce sera ARABELLA et rien d’autre! Hôtel directement sur plage, uniquement des petits bungalow, à l’opposé de l’usine à touristes de la ville. Chambre faite chaque jour. Personnel parfait. Repas changés tous les jours et copieux. Plusieurs restaurants. Plusieurs bars à volonté, alcool glaces etc Vraiment un sans faute.

Arabella is a very nice hotel, they have very clean and good facilities. There are a lot of options for families with children and also young people. The service is fine. The personable are kind and the cleaning is good as well. The food could be much better.

We had a somewhat noisy room near the main entertainment the first night (fortunately not repeated) and the bed was a little firm. Location is excellent with easy walks along the beech and into town. Great swimming with lots of fish direct from the beech. Food was ok but generally found food in Egypt to be uninspiring so no worse than others. Dining room had great view of the sea as did our room. Great pools though the large one was VERY cold. Lots of facilities on site but some closed as out of season.

Amazing place. You must stay there. From checkin to checkout outstanding and everything in between. The whole Arbella team is above excellent. I can’t name all to many names. Everyone should pat them self on there back. The medical clinic was outstanding, had to use them and very professional and caring. Stay there, until I return keep up the outstanding job. Room D118. We had a somewhat noisy room near the main entertainment the first night (fortunately not repeated) and the bed was a little firm. Location is excellent with easy walks along the beech and into town. Great swimming with lots of fish direct from the beech. Food was ok but generally found food in Egypt to be uninspiring so no worse than others. Dining room had great view of the sea as did our room. Great pools though the large one was VERY cold. Lots of facilities on site but some closed as out of season.

I was truly impressed with Arabella Azur. The architecture is in the traditional Coptic style, with domed ceilings above beds naturally making bedrooms cooler. The layout of the resort has a series of passageways that can be a little confusing at first, but mean you can stay out of the glaring sun when you choose and makes it not seem like a large scale resort. Their dive centre is excellent as is their hotel reef, with snorkelling just off the beach ideal. The food is dynamic and there are enough restaurants to choose from, so you don't get bored. Though as always, with All Inclusive, if you stick to one menu theme for each meal, rather than a bit of everything, every time, it will continue to surprise and delight. Above all, the staff are kind and friendly. The security at the main street front gate seems excessive, but offers you peace of mind. It's located within easy reach of the airport and the town, and there's a parade of shops inside the compound as well as another just outside the gates, so even if you like to stay put on a resort, you're covered. I like to give a balanced review, but to be honest, I really enjoyed my stay and can't think of anything that was bad. I hope you enjoy your stay too!

Le séjour c’est dans l’ensemble bien passé. Néanmoins la nourriture proposée est infecte et de très mauvaise qualité. Nous avons donc très souvent mangé dehors. Chaque personne présente attend un pourboire pour le moindre service donné et quand bien même vous donner un pourboire certains ne sont pas contents du montant. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Mais la lumière entrait par l’espèce de voûte de la chambre, du coup réveil à 6h par la lumière du jour. Les clients russes et allemands paraissent être leurs préférés, car vous avez beau faire la queue à la réception pour une question on les fera passer quand même avant vous, jusqu’à qu’ils se rendent compte que vous êtes français.
