Elysees Dream Beach Hotel

Very rude staffs. Won’t explain anything about the amenities and breakfast during check in. Won’t fix hot water issue for hrs and room phone won’t work. Won’t update via WhatsApp though gave my contact. Repeated persuasion finally got us moved to a different but dingy side of the building and had to carry all our items to the other room. Receptionist to service boys are all rude. People in the downstairs cafe were a bit better. They should refund for not providing the promised services.

We had good time, the receptionist on duty around 1am on Tuesday really helped us to settle in I don’t know his name, (description: he’s “short” and walk fast), I had severe headache Friday midnight the clinic was close he used his phone to call pharmacy but no response and he gave me paracetamol to ease the pain. He’s a star. The WiFi is not strong in my room but still had good time.

SPA dyrt i forhold til andre. Reklamasjon for SPA ubehagelig av personale. Swimmingpool iskaldt, da bsr badet sjøen bedere og fint. Dream Beach brygge likte jeg godt og service var god og hyggelig. Vedlikehold av den andre brygge dårlig og var stengt. Sandbeach er ikke stor. Romfasilitet - store rom flott og renholdet super. Trenger oppussing og bedre vedlikehold- gardiner og vindue veldig gamle. Mat Frokostbuffé ok kveld middagsbuffé 2ganger dårlig 1 gang super. Dette hotellet har vell fått nytt managment og Staff er dårlig opplært. Dette hotell hadde flest russisk Tourister med dårlig oppførsel. Politiet måte hentes av resepsjonen.
