The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfy. The lobby has a few games and sitting areas that were great for the rainy night. The pool and hot tub were in a nice solarium that allowed us to enjoy it while it was snowing. Overall cute and quiet. Will stay there again if in the area. Thanks!

Excellent hotel! Quiet even though right off the highway, clean rooms, polite staff, great breakfast. Pool could have used a vacuum and hot tub jets didn't work well but still a relaxing soak.

The hotel is conveniently located to the places we wanted to visit in the area. The room was large, and we appreciated the fridge. Unfortunately, the bathroom was very dated and musty. We liked having lots of towels, but we were afraid the shower curtain rod was going to pull away from the wall, it was bending at an awkward angle. The pool/hot tub were great to have since we visited on a hot weekend. Be cautious since the pool deck is very slippery when wet. The breakfast was much appreciated, there were many options, and we were grateful to have the convenience right down the hall from our room.

The room was clean, and a real country feel to it. The parking lot had a lot of space and was next to a restaurant, bar and grill (which had great food).The only thing that they might want to improve on is more lights in the halls, fix the space at the locks (it had a small space by it that could be seen into the room) The continental breakfast could use more options but what they had was good .The lobby had fresh coffee, tea and water there at all time was a great idea along with the games and puzzles would differently would book a room again there.

This hotel feels like "home". We stay there every time we take our yearly Lancaster trip. The beds are comfy, the staff is friendly, and the pool and hot tub are an added bonus. The puzzle and craft activity in the lobby gives another "home" vibe along with the free popcorn, water, and treats.

There was a terrible musty odor in our room. When I went to the front desk, I ask the front desk person if anyone else has said anything and she replied no. The moved us to another room. That room smelled just as bad. When I spoke with the front desk clerk in the morning about it. She blamed it on the rain they had. After I got home, I started reading reviews on this hotel. Reviews from years ago stated about musty smells. So both front desk persons were dishonest. I have very bad allergies and it has now affected me.

For a lower budget hotel this place is very nice. I read some reviews with some concern but found none of them present. The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom was spotless with a great sized vanity and nice sized towels.

Hotel is dated which we were expecting but the room was very musty smelling. We were given 3 other rooms to try but they were about the same. The weather was mild so we were able to shut off the a/c and open the window for a few hours before we went to bed. But we had to close it at night because our room was in the front and there was a lot of road noise. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but left after one night. We booked with Expedia between the hotel and Expedia we were able to get the second night refunded.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, affordable, very homelike and convenient. Everything was great from the check-in to the checkout. We would definitely stay here again when we visit the Lancaster area.

The room was not clean - they never came to clean when we were there. The floor had dirt all over it. The beds were ok. The comforters smelled. Over all not very happy and will never stay again when I am in the area. I was disappointed with the pool - it was extremely chlorinated and all of our eyes were burning just from sitting in the pool room. The pool temperature was rather cold.

We have stayed at many different hotels in the Lancaster area, but never at the Country Inn. It is now one of our favorites! Easy entrance and exit with traffic light. Very quiet with easy parking. Very secure with key card access into the other outside building entrances and rooms. Rooms are clean. Beds are great and we loved the shower.

Our room had a very strong musty odor, and a very hide, moisture content, so much so that the bedspreads felt wet to the touch. The smell was overwhelming, and was only tolerable because one of the people in our group brought her own room freshener products.

Rooms smelled moldy and mildew. Dirty room ! I wouldn’t put anyone or anything in our room. Smells fresh popcorn when you walk in after that it was all down hill. No ac on in hallways and rooms. We had to leave and we just drove all the way back home. Reunited our vacation!

The property is old, needs renovation. The bedding looks old. There is no tea kettle or coffee machine, no fridge, no safe in the room. Decor looks very dated. However the front reception is friendly, the room is spacious and the bathroom is newly renovated.

Very friendly staff. Comfy beds. Our room’s AC didn’t work well. No coffee in rooms but coffee in breakfast area (continental). Hallway and elevator were very warm. Balconies have awesome rocking chairs, but cobwebs need to be removed. Didn’t get to use pool, but it looked nice.

This is my second stay at this facility. It’s centrally located to all amusement parks, fast food, dining and shopping. Adjacent to the Inn is a great restaurant called Your Place Restaurant & Sports Pub. The food is delicious and service is great. The rooms are cozy but the beds could use an upgrade. I would definitely keep coming back as the staff and cleaning crew are amazing.

Let me help you with a horrible decision i made to stay at this run down molding ass motel. Breakfast is a joke . Plus they dont tell you that you have to pay $ 50.00 more a night. 2 months later i still never received my 100 back. So i called and they told me i must go though my bank to deal with this. So what i have to go out my way to get my money you took smfh

The staff was friendly but when we went into the back entrance to get to our room a door had a hole in it and it smelled musty Our room was clean but we paid extra to have a balcony with rockers and when my husband went to sit on one of the rockers the seat collapsed under him because the rocker was broken so he checked the other one and it was broken too He went to the front desk and they came and switched rockers from a different room but the fact that both rockers were broken was very concerning. My husband has back problems and could have been really hurt. The pool also didn’t have any towels in the morning even though 3 different workers came in and checked and all saw that there weren’t any clean towels there For over an hour none were brought We tried calling the front desk to ask for clean towels but the phone in the pool area didn’t work. The staff was very friendly but we were disappointed with some of the small things that weren’t being taken care of.

I was charged a $320 plus a $100 hold when I checked in so $420 was deducted from my bank account and then day I check out another $320 was deducted from my bank account I did get the $420 credited back to my account in a couple of days but I felt like this was a $420 hold not $100 like I was told if I wouldn't of had extra money in my account I could of overdrawn my account without knowing it. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that did this I had hotels charge me a $100 hold before but was never charged when I checked in and checked out even though they did credit the one after a few days but I was told $100 not $420 for this reason I will never stay here again

The staff wasn’t very friendly checking out. Just said do you want a receipt. Not I hope you enjoyed your stay and safe travels like most do! The dresser drawers almost fell on the floor when you pulled them out and the mattress was very soft. It’s reasonable and convenient but needs updating!

Very quaint. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy access and parking. Close to where we needed to be. However it is showing its age. Inconsistent shower temperatures were an adventure. King bed option would be nice.

The hotel is homey. A tad outdated in the part we stayed but lived the look of reception area. Live they they have games and popcorn there. And tables where you can sit in the lobby to play games. Had a few issues with rooms, etc. but I would stay here again. The location is Great. Lots of shopping about 30 minutes away from the Largest l Buffet ( it was AMAZING!!!) and 13 minutes away from Sight and Sound.

Still operating in pandemic mode. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. The continental breakfast is a joke. The only thing they had were some plain bagels and cereal packs. You’re not getting your money’s worth at this hotel.

Quaint hotel. Lobby was great. Free popcorn, options to have card games etc for the kids. Access to a dryer to dry swimwear quickly. Bathrooms newly renovated. Room and carpets need updating but clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast strictly continental- no waffles, eggs etc. but a nice selection for continental. I’d stay there again.

It's not the best but the people are lovely and we've stayed here many times. The beds are ok, I'm disabled and my back is always painful so it's the availability of a hot tub that counts. There are games available in the lobby and usually fresh popcorn there as well. They have free coffee, tea, cocoa there also almost always available. Pass on the continental breakfast...
